Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Delhi, India

Esta es una reseña personal de mi estancia. Me alojé aquí dos días y fue fantástico. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de metro, lo que facilita mucho el acceso. Los servicios, el agua y la comida también fueron excelentes. El registro de entrada y salida fueron muy sencillos. Disfruté mucho de mi estancia y sin duda volveré.

What a wonderful experience. We were greeted  by such friendly and kind staff. They were quick and easy with the check in and checkout processes. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Security is excellent and very safe. The manager even gave me money for the metro. So grateful. They also hire hearing impaired staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. That was heartwarming to see. Well done. I will be back again for sure. Thank you lemon tree hotel.

El hotel es muy tranquilo y muy limpio, perfecto para relajarse después de un largo día. También está cerca de algunas atracciones turísticas, lo que hizo explorar super conveniente. La ubicación es fácil de encontrar y muy accesible. En general, una experiencia cómoda y sin problemas.

El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, la habitación era bastante aceptable, con ducha de agua caliente, pero estaba un poco fría. Les pedí que organizaran un taxi para que me recogieran, y el taxista fue un poco grosero y me preguntó por qué no tomaba un taxi ya en el aeropuerto. Al llegar, me cobraron de más tanto por el taxi como por la habitación, pero estaba demasiado cansado para discutir con ellos (el taxi debería costar 200 rupias, pagué 800, la habitación debería haber costado 1650 rupias, pero en total pagué 3500, incluidos los impuestos).

Muy impresionado con la limpieza y la hospitalidad del hotel. El personal manipuló todo profesionalmente y nos hizo sentir cómodos. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, limpias y bien equipadas. Seguramente volverá a visitar.

Aunque es comprensible que registrarse en hoteles de la India pueda ser un engorro, el problema principal fue que el hotel reservó la habitación equivocada. Solo me dieron una de dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales. Tras confirmar repetidamente que era un error, me dieron una habitación doble. Todo el proceso de registro fue agotador y tardó al menos media hora. La ubicación de la habitación también es crucial; si te asignan una habitación que da a la calle, es muy ruidosa; una habitación en el segundo piso, en el interior, es más tranquila. Recomiendo traer tu propio secador de pelo; el hotel ofrece un número limitado. El servicio de habitaciones también fue muy ineficiente, lo que me hizo esperar más de una hora por mi pedido. La ducha, sin embargo, tenía agua caliente y la cama era cómoda.

Room: Very convenient for an early-hour connecting flight! The room was clean; the bed was very comfortable; toilet and bathroom were clean with good hot shower. Had provided me with good rest! Restaurant: It opens 24 hours. Nice vibe! Food was really good - I had one of the best buttered chicken I have ever had, really fresh and hot! The hotel offered breakfast-takeaway at early hours too. This was really good! Not just “a breakfast”, I was impressed by the extensive full breakfast - from juice to coffee, fresh fruit, cold items and hot items - all readily packed to take with me. Service: I must say - very nice team of people, and they really tried best to meet your needs and to look after you well. The restaurant team was really attentive and friendly; and the front desk team was very welcoming, and helpful. Mr Ravinder at the front desk was very informative, attentive to details, professional, and had been most helpful. Thank you very much! I had two enquiries which required assistance, the front desk team offered prompt speedily help! Most appreciated! Thank you very much indeed.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to the Airport.

From now hotel grand regency is my first choice in Delhi to stay. Really I had a great experience here.... clean room.. clean sheets .... great ambiance with nice staff service.
