Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi.

The front desk is very friendly. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is a basic selection with a local choice of foods. Locations near padang town. Walkable within the local spot

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

Near to Jam Gadang. Big size room and comfort hotel for family traveller. Only, need to improve breakfast foods where we experience all 3 days having under par quality of foods especially the chicken based dish.

Un poco decepcionado, Reservar 2 habitaciones en la aplicación de viaje pero una vez que se comprueba en la información del servicio al cliente que la habitación reservada estaba vacía y ofreció otra habitación con un costo adicional de 100 millones, Podríamos rechazarlo, pero porque ya era noche y no podíamos aceptarlo. El hotel es nuevo, por lo que sigue limpio, pero las instalaciones no son completas como la televisión.

Good location and nice view of Rooftop. Swimming pool too small and not serviced well. Check out anticipated of one day, the Hotel didn't reimbursed the night (unknown the reasons).
