Si tienes un vuelo temprano y necesitas un lugar cerca para descansar, ¡te recomiendo este hotel! Está ubicado en la segunda planta del aeropuerto, lo cual es muy práctico. La habitación estaba limpia y era muy cómoda, y las comodidades eran excelentes. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno, con muchas opciones para elegir. El personal fue muy amable y servicial; nos ayudaron a subir las maletas y siempre estuvieron ahí cuando necesitábamos algo. En general, todo estuvo genial. Si vuelvo a Medan, ¡sin duda me alojaré aquí!

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed. I would recommend for those who are looking place to stay in Medan! I love the food, the hospitality and the ambiance. Will choose this hotel again when I come back here!

The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

The importance of welcoming guests who attend by a security guard or receptionist. - The check-in process is smooth, good and requests are fulfilled. - clean and tidy rooms, amenities available. - TV channels are very bad, TV broadcasts are difficult to watch. - the swimming pool was very busy and full, there were no officers on duty, the pool floor was very dirty with food and water waste, there were no officers to clean the area. There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions. - The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors. - In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well. - the checkout process was good and there were no problems. This hotel is very close to Kualanamu Airport, about 20 minutes by car. The Wi-Fi service is fast, and the password even made me smile. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, but when I asked for help with the luggage trolley, the communication with the staff on the ground was a bit slow to respond to the pager. In the end, we only waited a few minutes, not hours, so it wasn’t a big problem. The room was comfortable, just right for a transit stay while waiting for the next flight.

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Amazing resort hotel in the island. delicious meal & friendly staff, the standard service is so high. I love the pool and secluded garden, location is right on the beach. Strong WiFi connection and all facilities. The individual bungalow has beautiful Balinese art attached. I can't thank you enough for well management hotel.
