I had a fantastic stay at Swiss Belin . Located right opposite to Tunjungan Plaza , This hotel is located right at the heart of everything . One of the best experiences was when it came to hospitality cleanliness and amenities . Staff 10/10 . Aya and Yuda doing fantastic check in and check out . Highly recommend for those who cannot compromise on hygiene and convenience .

Super good location. 5min walk to Tunjungan Mall, the best n biggest mall in Surabaya. Near to many good restaurant. Stuff was friendly. Everything looks new n clean. Bed is comfy n not too soft. Just to my liking. Breakfast serve mostly traditional local food n some international selections, not too many varieties but ok for my 2 night stay.

Hotel tengah kota yang cocok untuk staycation. Lokasi dekat dengan TP mall & jalan tunjungan, room surprisingly cukup luas dengan harga yang termasuk murah. Menginap disini pada saat long weekend & hotel rame dengan customer keluarga dengan anak kecil. Terdapat swimming pool di lantai atas, kolam renang cukup untuk berenang santai dengan anak kecil. Pengalaman yang cukup menyenangkan berlibur di kota sendiri, staff juga sangat ramah & membantu.

Very low standards of cleanliness. After checking in, I asked for the floors to be washed because there was dust and small debris everywhere. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Old hotel but well maintained. Rooms r huge n clean n the ac is very cold n i like it. The only minus thing is that the tv channel , no Hbo/Cinemax. Breakfast not much variety but taste ok. Staff r very helpful. Recommend fr this hotel.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Banyuwangi me encanta estar allí. No puedo describir lo grande que son todos los empleados allí muy útil gracias al personal de la cocina y la recepción para mantenerlo bien.vea la próxima vez.♥️❤️🤎

Location at the center of surabaya, you can go north, west, east easily - medium distance. The food is taste is just okay recommended for transit hotel, where you need a bit time for rest.
