The hotel is very comfortable and the receptionist and other employees are also very friendly. The place is very close to tourist attractions in Surabaya city. Located in the middle of the city too, so you can get access to any place

Sangat bagus, tapi petugas yang membawa kartu untuk masuk datangnya sangat telat.

The location is good but the way we go to this hotel is very traffic, service is good even they don’t have parking area properly but they give valley parking which is faster. The breakfast is delicious and complete

¡El aire acondicionado de mi habitación está calentísimo! Creo que este hotel debería revisar el aire acondicionado de todas las habitaciones para que le den mantenimiento. ¡Qué mal si duermes y el aire acondicionado está mal!

First time in Surabaya . Very very terrible experience at Swiss Belinn hotel .  First night due to my flight delay I check in around 10pm and I get a last room ( in front of the room is emergency exit ) very bad feeling when I step in the room, I feel “something” inside . Request to change but reception inform full house. Midnight my room keep got water sound , flush water sound !  Second morning I request to change room , 8pm finish work bck to hotel told me full ? I’m like ***? I requested to change in the early morning. One round of battle , I manage to change room , the boy told he help me take my luggage from old room, after 10 min , luggage that they sent to me is not belong to me!!!! Where is my baggage? After half an hour, my baggage is back to my room and they told me found it at the other room ??!! I got so many question mark in my mind . 11pm , a boy keep knock my dooor and call Ibu ibu……in the morning , housekeeping come in without knocking the door at 928am ! Thanks god  that moment I’m done changing !  Third night : this is the worst night for me. Been awake by toilet water sound again ! But this time is different , I feel something not right and I’m so scared. I try to ignore , but I feel “someone” sit on the other side of my bed and I feel my blanket is grasp firmly to the left side（I slept at right side ) ! The following is 447 am someone knock my door again !  I on my light and dare not to sleep anymore !  Fourth night : no story as I only back to hotel at 2am , I leave at 6am to airport  Hotel location is really good , breakfast nice too .

Stayed overnight because it was close to the station for the morning train departure.

Nginep bareng keluarga disini. Apartemennya bersih, fasilitas keren, lokasi juga strategis kemana mana dekat. Recommended! Next time kalo ke SBY, mau nginep sini lagi.

Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. Room: Comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, smooth WiFi connection. Amenities: There's a swimming pool, a nice window view, and a breakfast buffet. Good • Nearby convenient store, Circle K and Indomaret. • Nearby cafe, Kedai 27. • Nearby coin laundry shop. • There's a mini fridge. • Breakfast was good, varieties of selections. Bad • The aircon compressor box at the balcony can be a little noisy at night. • Toilet was kinda small, and the sink was separated.

Todo está muy bien, limpio y nuevo. Tal y como se ve en las fotos. El personal muy agradable e intentan ayudarte en todo.

This hotel is good for a short stay when you have an early morning flight as the location is only 20 mins to the airport. There is a swimming pool and spa service unfortunately I didn't have time to try it all. My room cleanliness level was so so but it wasn't a big deal because I only had a one night stay.
