Ive travelled around the world and been at hotels of different categories, however this hotel had by far the best staff on reception one could hope for. Super friendly, engaged and willing to help with recommendations. I was able to check in 2 hours before the actual check in time. Maria checked to see whether my room was ready herself and handed me the keys. She also booked a sailing trip for me and took care of everything. Taxi back to the airport was arranged by the other receptionist, whose name was Maria too I believe. The young man at reception was also great - as was the lady at breakfast and the cleaning staff all very polite and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and I had a bottle of water in my room. Located 2 min walk away from bus stop 3, a supermarket and various restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Loved the location, the villa and the management. Our villa had a beautiful balcony view over the lake and a wood fire inside a well as central heating. The owners were super kind and friendly. The hotel villas are in a very remote location high in the mountains and that's what we loved about it. Stunning scenery all around, it was beautiful. Dinner was available at the hotel but we wanted to go for a drive. We had coffee and a light meal at Plaz Pezoulas which was about a 15min drive away. The shower was hot and breakfast was nice. The owner gave us 4 bottles of water for our drive upon checkout which was very thoughtful. 10/10

Tuvimos una estancia encantadora en el hotel. Está cerca de los monasterios que planeamos visitar. Nuestra habitación tiene balcón y una bonita vista. Además, el edificio tiene ascensor, así que no tuvimos que subir escaleras con equipaje pesado. Ofrece un desayuno muy variado. Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada, sobre las 14:00, y no había nadie en recepción. Volvimos después de comer y pudimos registrarnos. Quizás deberíamos haberles avisado de que llegaríamos antes de las 15:00.

Hotel maravilloso en Kastraki. Dos noches maravillosas. Personal super amable. Desayuno excepcional. Lástima que toda esta perfección del hotel se viera truncada por un aire acondicionado que tenía vida propia. Incomprensible. Se encendía y se apagaba sin que nosotros con el mando lo solicitáramos. La única solución fue cortar la luz. Una locura.

A lovely family hotel. The room I got was homely and warm, everything was clean and tasteful. Good breakfast at a really cheap price I arrived injured and in bad shape, and the hotel owner treated me like I was her family member. It's encouraging to meet such good people. I will definitely come back here again. I must mention the bed which was extremely large and comfortable.

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado al inicio de la ruta turística por Meteora. Hay aparcamiento gratuito justo enfrente. La habitación era espaciosa, con un bonito balcón. El desayuno fue estupendo, con deliciosa comida griega. El anfitrión nos dio información detallada sobre qué hacer y ver en Meteora.

La ubicación del hotel no estaba mal, pero las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas. Me alojé dos noches y, al segundo día, cuando pedí dos botellas de agua, me dijeron que las comprara en el supermercado. Me quedé atónito. Me preguntaba si sería por lo barato que era. El personal de recepción solía estar ausente durante las horas de entrada y salida anunciadas. Vi a un huésped deambulando en su coche después de llegar sobre las 20:00. El impuesto municipal es de solo 1 € para dos personas. Las escaleras que subían a la habitación eran muy estrechas y peligrosas. Las luces no funcionaban. No había ascensor. El aparcamiento estaba en la calle. La ducha del baño era tan estrecha que tenía que tocar la pared para lavarme. La ubicación del hotel es conveniente para ir de compras y a restaurantes. The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.

Personal de la habitación. La ubicación es muy conveniente y a pie del centro de Volos y del puerto y de la zona de grandes restaurantes y cafeterías. Delicioso desayuno y ambiente limpio. La habitación era increíble junto con muchas comodidades. Seguramente volverá a visitar.
