Frühstück und Sauberkeit waren top. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Roten Turm ist perfekt. Parken im Parkhaus gegenüber oder direkt auf dem Hotelparkplatz ist ebenfalls super. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, ist die Dusche in der Badewanne. Für ein 3* Superior Hotel hätte ich mir noch einen kleinen Fitnessraum gewünscht. War nicht in der Beschreibung und daher nur eine Anregung.

El precio es muy alto y el estacionamiento es muy conveniente. Adecuado para los viajeros automotores. El personal del hotel es muy amigable, el entorno es bueno, es una nueva comunidad de residentes, muy tranquilo.

Las habitaciones son modernas y funcionales. Desafortunadamente, falta un poco de limpieza (pelo en el baño, los pisos podrían estar más limpios). Las camas eran muy cómodas, los edredones y las almohadas eran de temporada. Un poco de ajetreo y bullicio en el desayuno, pero esto era delicioso y suficiente. Las instalaciones del hotel son completamente suficientes. El estacionamiento es un poco incómodo, ya que el estacionamiento no pertenece al hotel y genera costos adicionales. Encontrar plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas en los alrededores, como turista con vehículo, requiere mucho tiempo y (al menos para mí) casi imposible. Óptima conexión con el transporte público, directamente en la estación de tren. En definitiva, a pesar de los pequeños defectos, un buen hotel justo en el centro de la ciudad. 👍🏼

La habitación está muy limpia, pero la cama tiene un olor peculiar. La mesa es demasiado pequeña para colocar el ordenador y el ratón. Hay una vinoteca y una barra de billar (probablemente) en el vestíbulo de abajo. No está permitido fumar en el habitaciones de invitados.

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht... wir haben ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht... das einzig barrierefreie war die breitere Zimmertür... laut Hoteleigener Homepage und den Fotos gibt es Haltegriffe am WC und einen Duschsitz in der Dusche... die Vorrichtung für Haltegriffeist da aber nichts angebaut... Notrufleinen sollen vorhanden sein, es gibt nicht mal eine Vorrichtung dafür... nichts davon war vorhanden... auf Nachfrage erklärte man uns es gibt 2 Kategorien barrierefrei... stimmt Rollstuhlfahrer können ja laufen und stehen in der Dusche... innerhalb von 6 Tagen war kein Zimmertausch möglich... auf mein drängen hin bekam ich wenigstens einen klapprigen Duschhocker... weit entfernt dem eigentlichen Angebot... an der Rezeption am Anreisetag bei unsere Beschwerde ging der Manager weg und es interessierte ihn nicht mal... wenn ich barrierefrei buchen u mir die Fotos dazu anschaue erwarte ich das auch so... man sagte mir ich hätte ja vorher anrufen können und nachfragen... aber warum? Ich habe das gebucht was abgebildet war.. nur nicht bekommen... es wurde uns nichts angeboten zwecks Entschädigung oder so... im Gegenteil selbst das Parkhaus mussten wir voll zahlen obwohl die entsprechenden Parkplätze von Faulen benutzt wurden und die Schranke nicht funktionierte... Das Essen war hingegen völlig in Ordnung... auch die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung... Verbesserungen gint es immer, aber wenn was fehlte an Handtüchern wurde es sofort gebracht... alles in allem ein sehr zentrales Hotel, aber für körperlich eingeschränkte Gäste im Rollstuhl ungeeignet... da muss extrem nachgebessert werden

The staff is the credit of this hotel. They were very friendly, helpful and made very nice packed lunch for us as we had to leave early. We had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is new and conveniently located near the train station and the main shopping street. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the historic center and Frauenkirche. Pros: Modern facilities, great location for shopping and transport connections. Cons: The area is noisy at night, and there were loud street noises outside the window. Breakfast lacked scrambled eggs and bacon, which was disappointing.

Travel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!
