La habitación es grande, la cama es cómoda, el baño tiene una puerta para la zona de ducha para que no se moja en todas partes. El champú es de buena calidad y como el olor. El desayuno es superior a la media y tiene muchas opciones. La casa de baño es una habitación con camas de camas de la reina, pero se encuentra en camas de camas de gemelas.

It’s a very impersonal service. While pleasant enough, the reception staff do the bare minimum in terms of effort to be any way helpful or welcoming. There was no water in the gym both evenings and some of the equipment was broken. Most hotels have bottled water in the rooms, no such luck at Coffee Fellows. The WiFi was very poor and there is no USB port for charging a mobile device in the room- bring your own. The online check-in is messy and not well-designed. That all being said, the hotel is very quiet and pristine in terms of cleanliness and is very functional.

La habitación era bonita, limpia y ordenada, la calefacción era potente, la decoración artística y el servicio de recepción fue amable. Como era Nochevieja, solo teníamos una habitación disponible para un día y tuvimos que cambiar de hotel, lo cual fue un poco incómodo, pero el hotel nos guardó el equipaje. No hay ascensor en el edificio anexo, y yo estaba en el segundo piso, junto al comedor de desayunos, así que si tienes el sueño ligero podrías molestarte, pero eso no es un problema.

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Se trata de una cadena de apartamentos estilo hotel, muy cerca del metro, a sólo cinco minutos a pie. La zona alrededor del hotel es muy tranquila, rodeada de una o dos empresas y un apartamento comunitario, por lo que también es muy segura. La recepción del hotel es muy acogedora, habla varios idiomas y tiene una comunicación sin barreras. El hotel ofrece un desayuno sencillo, pero para las personas que se quedan más de diez días, hay pocas opciones. El restaurante del hotel ofrece café gratuito a los huéspedes. La conexión WiFi gratuita es esencial. Los programas de televisión son básicamente en alemán, por lo que no usé la televisión durante mi estancia de diez días. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, completa con refrigerador, estufa, cafetera y todo tipo de vajilla. También adecuado para viajes familiares y vacaciones. En general es bueno y vale la pena recomendarlo.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring Munich. The overall vibe of the hotel is very peaceful and traditional, making it a relaxing home base. A Quick Tip on the AC: It is important to note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

Excelente estadía en el hotel, la pasé muy bien gracias a todo el personal desde recepción hasta cocina, excelente desayuno, gente muy servicial, de corazón gracias a todos ustedes.

Short walk from the central station. Good location. The room first smelled cigarette. The reception kindly changed me to another room.  The room is big , and clean, with many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker. However, it is cold. We book two rooms, one room come with a radiator, my room doesn’t. I believe there is central heating, but the room is below 20 C. Reception is only up till 10pm. When realising, the staff has left.

Ubicación genial, personal amable y servicial. Instalaciones sencillas. El estacionamiento en el lado de la calle por la noche genera ruido de los autobuses que se dirigen al aeropuerto. El precio era bueno así que lo recomendaría. .
