We booked this last minute because we needed a hotel after an overnight flight to use before could check in to our actual hotel. This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes. The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in. The room was completely unexpected ! Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep . Great value for money for the price we paid!

昭蘇牧雪居｜治癒旅途的寶藏民宿，下次來還選這裏✨ 平時網上預訂民宿，心裏總會有些忐忑，擔心實景和圖文不符，踩雷失望。但這次在昭蘇入住的牧雪居，徹底顛覆了我的固有印象，給我們的伊犁之行添滿了温暖與驚喜。 我們從伊寧一路自駕來到昭蘇，抵達時午後烈日炎炎，疲憊不已。好在前台小格姑娘特別温柔熱情，貼心快速地為我們辦理了入住。我們預訂的是民宿盡頭的180度景觀房，四面超大落地窗的視野真的太絕了！窩在客廳柔軟的白色沙發上，便能靜賞流雲漫卷、遠山清朗，昭蘇的治癒風光盡收眼底，氛圍感直接拉滿。 民宿已經開業兩年，但房間設施維護得格外乾淨整潔，幾乎看不到使用痕跡，實景和平台圖片一模一樣，沒有任何落差，讓人特別舒心。 出發前我提前添加了店家微信諮詢活動事宜，全程響應及時、耐心細緻，事事為客人着想。對於民宿而言，乾淨優質的硬件是基礎，這般貼心走心的服務，才是最動人的温度。還有工作人員小升，也為我們的行程給出了超多實用建議，真誠又熱心，特別靠譜。 入住期間我們在這裏吃了午餐和晚餐，支持網上小程序點單，特別方便。從房間過來，餐食就已經貼心備好，不用久等。本地牛肉口感絕佳、鮮香入味，地道的口味讓人回味無窮。同時體驗了店內的自助洗衣服務，設施齊全好用，細節體驗感拉滿。 店裡還有兩衹可愛小狗天天和哈雷，性格温順親人，一點都不怕生。每晚散步回房，它們都會一路乖乖護送我們，看着兩小衹在草原肆意奔跑、撒歡打滾，自在又治癒，光是看着心情都變柔軟。 最特別的是，民宿還安排了豐富的哈薩克族民俗體驗活動。我們親手體驗了擠牛奶、分離奶油、手工打饢，最後和大家一起分享親手製作的饢餅，沉浸式感受當地特色民俗文化，旅途變得格外有意義。 我們在這裏安穩住了兩晚，第二天來回夏塔景區，看完天馬浴河的表演回到民宿已經晚上十點了。本以為深夜返回衹會簡單接待，沒想到工作人員主動上前問候遊玩體驗，一句温柔的關心，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。能把服務做到細緻入微、把客人放在心上，真的特別難得。 臨走前，工作人員還特意為我們推薦了風景絕美、車流稀少的小眾路線，讓我們一路伴着草原美景，安心順暢地抵達瓊庫什台。 全程沉浸式體驗下來，滿心都是歡喜與感動。如果下次再來昭蘇，牧雪居一定是我們的不二之選！真心推薦給來昭蘇旅行的朋友們，值得奔赴、值得反覆入住💛

Esta pensión, situada en la zona oeste de la ciudad, ofrecía una estancia agradable, un remanso de paz en medio del ajetreo del Primero de Mayo. Al abrir la ventana, se veía un pequeño callejón y, justo abajo, una cafetería. Se podía ver a personas mayores de Kashgar descansando cerca. La planta superior también tenía un espacio agradable para tomar fotos. Los recepcionistas, un señor mayor y una joven, fueron muy amables; era fácil contactar con ellos para cualquier cosa. ¡Muy recomendable!

Me alojé aquí nuevamente en mi viaje de regreso desde Xinjiang. La ubicación es conveniente para el transporte y las compras, las habitaciones están bien equipadas, el restaurante del hotel tiene un buen ambiente, el precio no es caro y el sabor es delicioso. Pero el mostrador de servicio abrió demasiado tarde en la mañana, y nadie vino a cobrar ni a emitir multas de estacionamiento después de las 8:30.

The hotel is quite nice, the restaurant downstairs is really the best! Situated far away from the train and bus station but I guess everything is in Urumqi! Close to the parks in the center though!

Overall, quite a decent stay. You really can’t beat the location. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the main entrance to this side of old city. The balcony overlooks the main street and I loved sitting there and taking in the sounds and smells. The building itself is a bit older and it shows. The table in my room was a bit dirty and aged, and there was an ashtray which suggests smoking can be allowed in the room for prior guests, but thankfully there was no cigarette smell in my room. Unfortunately, there were a few setbacks. The bathroom shower did not drain well and after 5 minutes water would start flooding out of the shower room to the hallway. There are two washers in a lower room but they were both occupied with sheets that were just sitting there and had not been put through the wash cycle yet. It seemed like the hotel uses these as their main washer for their linens. When I was checking in, the front desk person seemed confused if I had a reservation but that’s about as much as I could figure out with the language barrier. My trip.com reservation said I have a late checkout of 4pm but they came to my room around 2:45pm and said I was supposed to check out at 2pm. Thankfully I had everything packed up and said I could leave at 3pm. No one came to my room to clean so my trashcan was full. You can hear everything on the street which wasn’t a big problem to me, sort of white noise drowned out by the second day. However, the second day there was a new group of tourists that arrived and spent a lot of time on the balcony (as they should) but their noise was very audible and quite annoying. You could also easily hear people going up and down the stairs and in adjacent rooms.

Very nice hotel and very convenient location just 5 minutes away from Kashi airport, rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly especially the driver ally is very generous guy and the girl at the reception at night very friendly

房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，設備齊全，環境好，前台工作人員服務有個小姐姐服務不好，我們到了遊客中心説來接我們，也沒説什麼車，我們等了半個多小時也沒車來，打了幾個電話她説車來了好幾趟沒接到我們，也沒給我們打電話，我們也不知道來的是什麼車，問了幾次才説是酒店的觀光車，要我們去找，最後是找到了，要我們理解她，真沒道理可講，早餐票也沒有給我們，等到晚上別的工作人員才給我們，説上午忘記了，這個小姐姐還跟我們説接送衹一次，進出要自己去坐公交車，但其他工作人員聽到後靜靜告訴我們，如果等不到公交車就打電話告訴他們，會派車接送，第二天還是這個小姐姐，我們跟她要一瓶水，她説不提供水，房間裏有，真沒有人情味，我們來新疆一個月了，就是這個小姐姐給我最不好的體驗，我住酒店一般都是給好評的，這一次給這個小姐姐差評，其他的都好。我們長者出來旅遊，要的就是服務態度好，聽了暖心，一般的人對我們會很好，我們也會説謝謝和感恩

La habitación está limpia, el entorno está cómodo, el tipo de habitación está actualizado gratuitamente, el servicio está muy atento, el viaje es muy conveniente, la entrega de coches especiales, no tiene que ir a la recepción y esperar en fila, directamente al cuarto para hacer el estadía, la paciencia es la introducción de proyectos de juego, la experiencia de comer y vivir es muy cómoda, la próxima vez que vuelva a vivir aquí, Recomiendo que todos vivan.
