We stayed in a Business king Room at the Chaoman Hotel for three nights.  we were able to check in and check out smoothly and done within 5 mins. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower is pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet. Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to restaurant.  Over all, a very pleasant 3-day stay.

We were welcomed by the hotel manager and staffs warmly with warm hand wipes, hot teas and frozen pears. They offerred us free room upgrade too. The room is clean and consists of underfloor heating which is essential in this winter period. I have this ”HOME” feeling stay at this hotel hence decided to extend one more night stay with them. They also provides free self service washing powder, washing machine and dryer for hotel guest usage.

I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased!The main advantage is the perfect location: right next to a shopping mall, and within easy walking distance to key attractions such as the Bloggers' Wall, Yanbei University, and the People's Park. At the same time, the hotel itself is very quiet and clean, which is especially valuable after a day of exploring the city. A special thanks for the delicious and hearty breakfasts - a great start to the day. The area is simply bustling with various cafes and restaurants, so I had no problems with meals. I definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to your city!

Заходите в эту арку, второе здание слева после арки. Там на первом этаже кондитерская, второй этаж ресторан.

JJulia Biryuk2D2N in this hotel in the off-season. I booked it based on the good reviews! BUT there were some unexpected things nobody talks about! Let’s go for a quick review👇🏻 What was good: • Super clean • A good firm mattress and two pillows to choose from: one soft and one firm ✨ • The bidet 🥰 • The price • Good Korean-style breakfast, but the same every day • Showroom full of Korean costumes • Sweet girl at reception, although she was a bit shy with foreigners 🤪 • Quiet outside, warm inside, and the air is fresher than in the city What was disappointing: • The TV turns on every time we come back — it’s kinda annoying • Since neither of us knows Chinese, we couldn’t use the voice assistant. We could've used it in English, but nobody helped us set it up (but it’s okay, because we visited just for the weekend) • Disposable towels 😅 (I prefer the soft cuddle of a real towel/bathrobe after a shower) • There were no dental supplies. It was disappointing and unexpected (but maybe it’s okay for a hotel at this price, who knows?) General conclusion: It’s the best option for a Korean-style photoshoot for a few days. Good for sleeping after walking around all day. But if you’re visiting just for the weekend and you don’t need photos, it’s better to stay somewhere near the city centre. As for me, I like fresh air, and in this hotel I could have it. In the city centre it’s only air-conditioned, so this is kinda the better choice for me… What about you? Who knows! Next time I’m gonna try a hotel in the centre or with hot springs. p.s. I forgot to made more photos or video, so some details it's all I have for this review. Thank you ✨

The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal. 2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river 3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang. 4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍 Thank you hotel boss for everything. We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness. We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰

HHannahMErdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back
