This is the second time I choose this hotel because of his excellent location however, this time I came with my family. On our first night my card couldn’t work so my husband went to the counter to settle the card issue while I outside my room. While waiting I saw someone sneakily try to take a photo of me but when I chase out the person escaped via the fire exit stairwell. The experience creeps me out. If it’s a staff trying to check why I was wandering outside the room he or she could have come to clarify with me, not sneakily take a photo or video of me at the corner without showing the face. But if it’s not a staff that’s doing that then something is wrong with the hotel security

Instalaciones: El hotel no enciende el aire acondicionado en invierno. La ventana de mi habitación da hacia adentro. Incluso con el extractor encendido y la ventana abierta, el termómetro solo alcanzó una temperatura mínima de 25-26 grados Celsius (esta era la temperatura nocturna después de haber estado fuera todo el día; sospecho que durante el día rondaba los 27-28 grados Celsius). Esto hizo que la habitación estuviera extremadamente calurosa y seca. Me desperté alrededor de las 4 de la mañana la primera noche con los labios resecos. Fui al mercado flotante e inmediatamente regresé para recuperar el sueño. Me desperté de nuevo alrededor de las 11 de la mañana por el calor; las sábanas estaban empapadas de sudor. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación. La segunda noche, mientras me aseaba, tenía mucha secreción nasal sanguinolenta. En el hotel, pensé que se debía al cambio de ambiente o a la exposición al viento frío durante el día, pero solo estuve al aire libre poco más de una hora. El problema persistió después de regresar a casa. Sospecho firmemente que la habitación, calurosa y seca, fue la causa. Aunque me comuniqué y conseguí que me cambiaran de habitación al día siguiente, la falta de descanso de la primera noche ya había afectado mucho mi estado. Me quedé sin palabras. Todo lo demás estuvo bien.

2D2N in this hotel in the off-season. I booked it based on the good reviews! BUT there were some unexpected things nobody talks about! Let’s go for a quick review👇🏻 What was good: • Super clean • A good firm mattress and two pillows to choose from: one soft and one firm ✨ • The bidet 🥰 • The price • Good Korean-style breakfast, but the same every day • Showroom full of Korean costumes • Sweet girl at reception, although she was a bit shy with foreigners 🤪 • Quiet outside, warm inside, and the air is fresher than in the city What was disappointing: • The TV turns on every time we come back — it’s kinda annoying • Since neither of us knows Chinese, we couldn’t use the voice assistant. We could've used it in English, but nobody helped us set it up (but it’s okay, because we visited just for the weekend) • Disposable towels 😅 (I prefer the soft cuddle of a real towel/bathrobe after a shower) • There were no dental supplies. It was disappointing and unexpected (but maybe it’s okay for a hotel at this price, who knows?) General conclusion: It’s the best option for a Korean-style photoshoot for a few days. Good for sleeping after walking around all day. But if you’re visiting just for the weekend and you don’t need photos, it’s better to stay somewhere near the city centre. As for me, I like fresh air, and in this hotel I could have it. In the city centre it’s only air-conditioned, so this is kinda the better choice for me… What about you? Who knows! When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. 我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。 由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。 回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。 房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。 下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。 而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。 这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。 唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

ทริปนี้เดินทางมาช่วงปลายธันวาคม เจ้าของโรงแรมจะทักมาผ่านทริปเพื่อมารับเราที่สถานีไปห้องพักเลย(ฟรี) - ห้องพักสะอาดมีน้ำอุ่นให้ มีกลิ่นบุหรี่นิดหน่อยแต่เปิดกระจกระบายอากาศก็หายแล้ว วิวของห้องพักติดกับแม่น้ำเลยค่อนข้างสวย - ในส่วนของการบริการอาหารที่นี่มีแม่ครัวที่ทำอาหารอร่อยมาก ถ้ามาสามารถลองสั่งเมนูไก่ตุ๋นเห็ดมาลองทานกันได้ มีรสชาติหวาน มัน มีกลิ่นสมุนไพร แต่ไม่เลี่ยน รวมไปถึงที่พักมีคาเฟ่ชานมสำหรับคนที่อยากดื่มด้วยเช่นกัน - ในด้านของการบริการ ที่นี่บริการดีมากกกก เราสามารถปล่อยสมองมาแล้วให้เจ้าของโรงแรมช่วยเลือกให้ได้เลยว่าจะไปกิจกรรมไหนดี จะมีรถไปรับไปส่ง โดยส่วนมากใช้เวลาไม่นาน(ถ้าไม่ได้ไปเทียนฉี เพราะโรงแรมค่อนข้างอยู่ใกล้พื้นที่กิจกรรมเลย) - กิจกรรมที่โรงแรมพาไป 1) ชมกวาง - เดินไปจากรรเลย ใกล้ๆมีน้องกวางอยู่สองตัวน่ารักมากกก 2) ล่องแก่ง - วิวสวยยย แถมตอนถึงปลายน้ำมาลงตรงบริเวณโรงแรมพอดีเล่นเสร็จขึ้นโรงแรมได้เลย 3) เล่นสกี - ทางโรงแรมมีอุปกรณ์พื้นฐานให้ทำให้ไม่ต้องเช่าเพิ่มเยอะ(เช่นเสื้อ กางเกงกันลม ตุ๊กตาเต่าที่ใช้เป็นเซฟตี้น่ารักมากกก) 4) ตกปลา - ที่ลานกิจกรรมมีคุณลุงมาคอยสอนวิธี ตกปลา ตกมาได้เกิน10ตัวเลย หลังจากตกเสร็จสามารถนำมาย่างกิน เค้าจะโรยผงอะไรไม่รู้แต่อร่อยมาก อร่อยจนแสงออกปาก ต้องลอง ที่ลานกิจกรรมจะมีพวกหม้อชาบู หม้อกะทะร้อนขายอยู่ด้วย 5) คาเฟ่ร้านชา - ร้านชามีขนมเป็นเซต ส่วนชามีทั้งแบบชานม และชาจีนร้อน อันนี้ก็อร่อยมากเหมือนกันอยากให้ลองมาทาน พนักงานที่นี่ดูแลดีมากๆๆ มาเที่ยวกันเยอะๆนะ ใครมาแถวฮาบินลองแวะมาฉางไป๋ซานดูได้ ราคาไม่แพงเลย กิจกรรมแน่น

Overall, we had a great stay despite a small hiccup with the pickup due to hotel staff turnover and miscommunication. The hotel room was amazing and super well designed with great amenities, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we had during our 2 weeks in Dongbei. Even though we didn’t book breakfast, the boss gave us free breakfast to comepensate for the poor experience we had with the pickup from the high speed rail (I would strongly recommend giving them a call to confirm the pickup rather than communicating through WeChat). The breakfast was super tasty and has lots of different side dishes (not saying this because it’s free lol), would definitely recommend. We were there during NYE and NY, and seems like people in the neighbourhood really liked fireworks. We probably saw fireworks 8 -9 times during our 3 days stay (including one from our host), super lucky! The local restaurant the host recommended was very tasty as well (not touristy so be prepared for a raw experience), food was great and fried eggs is a must try. The only issue with staying in this area was transport if you don’t have a driver for your stay in Changbaishan (which is a well known issue for all hotels in this area). Getting a cab took about an hour… after constant failing, the boss was so nice that she tried to call all her friends to see if they were available to drive us to the restaurant and we got there at the end!!!! 谢谢老板和老板娘的烟花还有小礼物，我们玩得特别开心！

Pros: - Gran ubicación con acceso a muchas pequeñas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor - El hotel está situado en uno de los edificios más altos de Changchun - La selección del desayuno fue excelente y el servicio del personal estaba maravilloso - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - El tamaño de la habitación era grande a pesar de tener un pequeño espacio de ventana - Hotel futurista y minimalista con robot para enviar comida a su puerta (entregas) - Aproximadamente 10 minutos a pie a “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” y Tram 54 Cons: - No es fácil encontrar la ubicación exacta en Didi App como es muy nuevo y hay unos pocos hoteles del mismo nombre alrededor de la zona - Se dijo que habían desactivado el condón (aire frío) durante el invierno y sólo se va a ahorrar aire caliente. - Para maximizar el espacio, no había ninguna zona de ahorro adecuada que podamos usar para ahorrar nuestros abrigos de invierno Total (Resumen) - Grande hotel para su ubicación y con muchos placeres locales alrededor. El servicio era grande con una gran selección de desayunos. Alta vista de piso de la ciudad. Sólo muy mal no había ningún aire acondicionado que podíamos usar, ya que la ventana estaba estrechamente cerrada. Grande habitación para familia que es un punto más. Feliz de volver quizás en verano la próxima vez.

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

強烈推薦宏煒私湯別院！整體氛圍感直接拉滿，新中式庭院設計雅緻又安靜，私密性做得特別好。獨立私湯泡池太加分了，泡完整個人渾身放鬆，卸下旅途所有疲憊。 房間內部乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，洗漱用品配置齊全，細節特別貼心。店家服務熱情周到，有需求響應超快，待人温和又實在。 不管是短途散心、朋友小聚還是親子出行都很合適，體驗感遠超預期，下次來這邊還選這裏，真心推薦給大家！

first of all the room is ok, very good view, but you will see like the wall is like scrap or old glued. amenities is there. but what make me feel my safety is not insecure theres those kind of ADULT MASSAGE ADVERTISE PAPER stuck in between my door!! how can you like this kind of thing into a hotel? I travel to many parts of china this is my first time seeing this kind of stuff. I dont know is culture or not, but this is supposing to not appear in a hotel. And secondly, when i lock my door, the chain lock is not there, the in door lock is like shakey. than the toilet cover is sooo dirty luckily the second cover is clean. other than that, the view is very nice and the attitude of the worker there is good, sorry for not directly speaking to you guys about this. its my fault. Please do improve your hotel security . And i ask for a non smoking room, the first thing i enter the first room i was suppose to live, the smell of smoke is strong. than i ask to change to a second room, thank god is better. Thank you hotel receptionist. I appreciate it alot. Please do read what the customer ask for. I want a nonsmoking room. not a room i first entered smell of smoke everywhere. other than that everything is ok location good, bus station just infront of the hotel. 5mins walk to the rrt.
