Reservé este hotel con amigos para un viaje. La habitación estaba muy limpia y las instalaciones eran muy bonitas y nuevas. Mucho mejor que en mi última estancia. El paisaje también era precioso para la fotografía. Me encantó y sin duda me alojaría de nuevo si tuviera la oportunidad.

Wish I could give their service 6 stars! The front desk agent was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us to carry our luggages to and from the rooms and can delivers any parcel to the room promptly. I even accidentally left an item at the inn and they offered to send it to me by post to my next hotel, at no cost 🥹
Room was clean and well-equipped too, though take note that the toilet & shower area are semi-transparent and transparent in between. Beautiful, chill garden as you enter the hotel lobby. Would love to book this hotel again if I’m ever in Suzhou!e

衞生：一般，廁所門正對着床，而且有很大的異味，明顯是沒有收拾乾淨，但是比較好的就是，在我第二天入住的時候發現房間已經被收拾過了，異味也小了很多，但是收拾之前並沒有告知我
環境：環境不錯，窗户很大，雖然壞掉了打不開，屬於灰空間的廊道很黑，也沒有燈，全靠月光和另一頭的燈光，晚上走比較嚇人，積水清理的也不及時，洗衣房很昏暗，設施也比較老舊
服務：太好了，服務人員的態度很好，但是有點太好了，以至於我那一圈有人半夜一直在哭像**一樣，酒店員工説進行了勸阻但是那個住客不聽，所以任由她打擾我們這一圈的住客睡覺，我們是來住店休息的，不是來**歷險的，這件事本來有其他的解決方案，但是衹是任由她哭了一整晚，導致我們這一圈的住客一整晚沒睡

El mejor de los varios hoteles y habitaciones que alquilamos en nuestro viaje a China. Lo reservamos para las primeras y ultimas noches de nuestro viaje circular. Para la segunda reserva, íbamos con muchas ganas de volver al hotel porque habíamos estado muy a gusto, y encima nos informaron de que nos alojaban en una habitación mejor, por que no les quedaban del precio que habíamos pagado. Una pedazo de suite espectacular, nos dio mucha pena tener que irnos tan pronto jaja. El barrio nos encantó, estuvimos muy a gusto y además tienen un gatito adorable.

Visité Wuxi y la ubicación del hotel es bastante buena, cerca de la estación de metro. Las instalaciones están completas y el servicio de recepción es excelente. El único inconveniente fue que la ducha de la habitación que reservé tenía un olor muy fuerte. Lo mencioné en recepción al hacer el check-out y espero que lo mejoren en el futuro.

El servicio es increíblemente bueno, el ambiente también es excelente y el personal es súper amable. Te ayudan a bajar el equipaje, te saludan con frecuencia e incluso te envían guías turísticas y recomendaciones de comida local. ¡Realmente te salvan la vida! Good place. My second time here, because it is near wenchang street. The staffs doesn’t know how to speak english though, it says on their page they will help you with taxi, but they did not and just ask me to call by myself. But overall, it is good, place, amenities, breakfast.

UUsuario invitadoI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

As a foreigner, I was blown away by the laid back atmosphere and abundance of amenities and activities available. From water sports like boating and jetskiing to numerous campsites and restaurants, this place has it all!
My personal favorite spot was the Shark Bar restaurant - the owners and staff are phenomenal! The vibe and atmosphere are unbeatable. Highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance.
A huge shoutout to the hotel staff and managers for providing exceptional customer service throughout our stay. We will definitely be back for more unforgettable memories. #NanjingYunshuijian #PerfectGetaway #DreamVacation

UUsuario anónimoMy family and I totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and amenities are really good. The service staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is actually very good for tourist because it is very convenient to assess a lot of food and photo taking sceneries. The thing is, it is not exactly easy to find the taxi will only send you to a place nearby and then you would have to figure out how to go to the hotel. There are some rooms on the second level so it might be a bit tiring to climb up the stairs but we were fortunate to get rooms on the ground floor with a courtyard view. Do look out for mosquitoes but there are mosquito repellent provided. Breakfast is also provided, we had noodles and some condiments. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Quiero destacar especialmente el cabezal de la ducha; tenía un flujo de agua abundante y era increíblemente cómodo. También hubo muchos detalles detallistas, como las bolsas de detergente para la ropa, los artículos de tocador con candado e incluso los antifaces; estos pequeños detalles realmente le dieron un valor añadido.

HHalf Gwailo ABCOverall an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay at this tiny cosy hotel in Zhouzhuang, for our final leg of our 6 days Suzhou trip. We took a didi over to Zhouzhuang, which was faster and cheaper than I expected, just a little over half an hour.
The hotel staff called me the day before to arrange for pick-up near the watertown ticket office. Actually I can't speak Mandarin and their English wasn't too good but we ended up chatting on Wechat as Wechat has a built-in translate function in their chat.
So, 15 minutes before we arrive, we just had to let them know on Wechat. And the staff is already waiting for us, helped us with the luggage and guided us through the ticket buying process.
You do have to pay for the ¥100 RMB ticket to get into the watertown and the ticket is good for 3 days. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance.
I picked this hotel because it was right inside the watertown and it had the ancient Chinese interior, although all the amenities are modern, including a robust and high-tech Kohler smart toilets in each bathroom.
There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and the coffee shop owner is friendly and takes his coffee craft seriously. The hotel gives you 2 free drinks during your stay and the coffee menu is quite extensive. If the hotel rooms are not booked on that day, we are told the hotel opens their doors to coffee customers.
The hotel owner is actually younger than I expected so I am impressed she meticulously created this authentic experience and the attention to detail. She was friendly and helpful and was open to accommodating our needs.
We booked the entire 2nd floor, which was 3 bedrooms and we had 6 adults in our group. This tiny hotel only has 3 bedrooms so if you booked all 3 rooms, you pretty much get the entire hotel to yourselves which include the first floor which is spacious and comfy.
When I visit Zhouzhuang again, I am looking forward to stay here again. It's certainly not cheap, but you do get what you pay for - which is people passionate about hospitality (in a Chinese way) and also a hygiene and staying experience that is certainly up to international standards.

Just outside the hotel there is a McDonalds and many convenience stores and also restaurants. lots of parking spaces. the bed and the pillow are very comfortable, they change the bedsheets regularly. the negative side, the sound proofing is very bad can hear people talking from another room but they provide free ear plugs, the hygiene needs to improve a lot, the first room I had have a very strong urine smell coming from the toilet but they changed my room but the next room the shower drain was not cleaned and the bathroom was clogged. i informed the front desk and they informed the house cleaning immediately but the house cleaner did nothing and i have a flooded bathroom for 2 days, this was only sorted out when i told the house cleaner myself when i saw her, disappointed with the house keeper as she told me just remove the drain cap instead of her to clean the clogged drain. the floors is also not cleaned as it’s very dirty. was cleaned only after the 6th day of my stay. supposed to be non smoking hotel but still people smoke in the rooms. there is free washing machine and dryer but the dryer takes 2 hours to dry and still will not dry completely, the washer takes 48 minutes to wash cloths and there is only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer. lucky I stayed during the off seasons so not many people. overall stay is good. for the hygiene I would suggest the management to check on the hygiene of the rooms regularly which very important .

AAdora WhitneyMe alojé en el Houju Courtyard Design Hotel (también conocido como The Humble) durante mi viaje a Suzhou, y aunque el lugar es sin duda digno de Instagram, mi experiencia en general fue bastante decepcionante.
Tenía grandes expectativas después de ver las magníficas fotos y vídeos en línea; la arquitectura tradicional de estilo Suzhou y el tranquilo ambiente del patio se veían increíbles. Pero cuando llegué, la realidad no estaba a la altura de la estética.
La ubicación está cerca de la calle Shantang, ideal para explorar, pero el hotel está a unos 5-10 minutos a pie de la calle principal. Si llevas mucho equipaje, este paseo puede ser muy incómodo, especialmente en temporada de lluvias, como fue nuestro caso. Tuvimos que arrastrar las maletas por callejones estrechos bajo la lluvia solo para registrarnos.
Otra cosa que me sorprendió fue que este no es un edificio hotelero independiente. El hotel está en la planta 4 de un edificio de uso mixto, con restaurantes y otros negocios en las plantas inferiores. Eso significa que cualquiera puede usar el mismo ascensor, lo que no es la experiencia más privada ni segura, especialmente si esperabas la sensación de un hotel boutique más exclusivo.
Al entrar en la habitación, el baño no estaba bien limpio: había pelos alrededor de la taza del inodoro y las puertas del baño parecían endebles. Además, el inodoro hacía ruidos burbujeantes constantemente. Tuvimos que llamar al personal para que lo arreglara, y nos explicaron que se debía a problemas de presión de agua comunes a todas las habitaciones.
Dicho esto, debo reconocer el mérito: el personal fue muy servicial y atento, y respondió a los problemas con rapidez y amabilidad, lo que definitivamente afectó un poco la experiencia.
Conclusiones:
Si bien el Houju Courtyard Design Hotel (The Humble Hotel) luce espectacular en las fotos y tiene una excelente ubicación cerca de las atracciones de Suzhou, la estancia en sí no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. Se trata más de la estética que de la comodidad, y conviene estar preparado para espacios compartidos, poca privacidad y algunos problemas de mantenimiento. Si lo visual es su prioridad, vale la pena una estadía corta; pero si busca una experiencia más cómoda, similar a la de un hotel, es posible que esta no sea la opción adecuada.
