Hemos estado 3 noches en este precioso hotel localizado en el centro de la ciudad. La habitacion en la que nos alojaron en un piso alto tenia hermosas vistas a la ciudad una cama extragrande y muy comoda. Inmejorable atencion de todo el personal. Llegamos de noche,tarde, y gracias a una eficiente y amable empleada nos consiguio lugar en un city tour maravilloso para el dia siguiente. El desayuno es espectacular. Volveriamos encantados. Gracias a todo su personal.

El hermoso dueño Quy y su esposa se han vuelto a mirarme durante mi estancia aquí. Compré un billete de autobús a Hoi An y la compañía de autobuses ordenó que el hotel cancelara- en el momento en que descubrí sobre él, los propietarios ya habían estado en el teléfono tratando de encontrarme una alternativa. No podía haber pedido una mejor experiencia, gracias tanto Qui y su hermosa familia por hacerme tan bienvenida. ¡Recomendaría la Boutique Canaria a cualquiera, pero especialmente a los viajeros solos, ya que el nivel de atención que me dio aquí me ha hecho absolutamente.

Our 2nd time back to this paradise. We stayed at the 3 bedroom villas overlooking the amazing ocean. The champagne breakfast was something we looked forward to daily . The staff at the resort were always at hand to make our stay exceptional. Special call out to Bich who was appointed our resort concierge , she contacted me in advance for massage booking, meals arrangement and in villa bbq set up. She even helped arrange for a day trip to Hue. She was always checking in on us to ensure that our stay at the resort was perfect . 5 days passed really quickly and we are already planning our 3rd trip back to Banyan Tree Langco. My recommendation is to spend your time at the resort, there is so much to enjoy. The amazing food, exceptional service and the tranquility of the resort sets them apart from many other resorts I have visited.

Lovely hotel and staff excellent especially mr loi he always made us welcome when we returned from our trips and what a smile he had.Totally recomend this resort it was clean and we would go back .Also its right in the middle of town close to all shops and its located close to all major tourist attractions.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy bien situado para los pequeños mercados de calle, el río y los restaurantes locales. También pudo prestar una silla de ruedas de hotel que le permitió salir y mucho más que si sólo podía usar sus ataúdes.

From the minute you step out of the car, you are made to feel welcome here. You are taken to Reception while your bags follow behind, and after a few questions at the desk, you are given some refreshing cold tea and a small, sweet, mung bean cake whilst your final details are sorted. Then you are taken to the room and all the amenities explained whilst your luggage arrives. My first impression was that the room was more modern and spacious than I thought. I had the king size garden view room on the third floor with balcony (5301). The bed was massive and very comfy, with several large pillows. The curtains are floor-to-ceiling and, most importantly, actually black out the light extremely effectively. There is a large couch in the corner. The television is large, with about 30 channels. The main english ones are CNN, Discovery, a film channel and a music channel. The minibar - oddly - is cheaper than drinks at the restaurant so feel free to take a coke (£1.50) or beer (£3) knowing you won't be heavily penalised! At least a 2 litres of glass-bottled water are provided free per room per day, and more is given at the turndown service. I also drank the tap water and had no worries. The bathroom is spacious, and features a wet-room rain shower with circular bath. There is bag with free toothbrush/cotton buds etc, but remember not to steal the bag itself or the dressing gowns or flip-flops as they will charge you (there is a price list, or all can be bought at the gift shop). The toilet paper is also soft. The view from the balcony was incredible (see pics), looking out onto the mountains and canal that runs through the property. You can see bats flying past at dusk, and no doubt there'll be a few geckos on the wall to keep the bugs at bay! Do be careful though as you might get a few insect bites at night. Breakfast is included, and downstairs in the main building in the Marketplace. It's a typical buffet - bacon, sausage, tomatoes, an egg station, cold meats, pastries, donuts, breads, muffins, fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt will all be familiar to the Western guests, whilst traditional Vietnamese and Chinese dishes are also present. Tea and coffee are ordered on demand - latte/cappuccino etc, and there is also a cava and mimosa station (all free). You can sit inside in the air conditioning, or outside on a patio where you can also feed the goldfish in a big pond. Great variety, and tasty food. The bread is simply fresh, soft and moreish. Out of the hotel and the facilities are all on point. The pool is massive - some 350m meandering through the grounds - and has a pool bar with food and a happy hour from 3pm-6pm (BOGOF cocktails and beer). The beach is private and clean, the sea is quite shallow and warm. You can take a motorised canal boat for free every half hour that goes out to the 8th hole of the golf course. Walking the grounds is pleasant and pretty as well - the hotel shares open grounds with the Banyan Tree next door - and there's plenty of

La ubicación del hotel está en el centro, cómoda y fácil de encontrar. A la derecha del hotel hay Highlands. En mi opinión, el hotel ha sido renovado, la habitación y el equipo están bien, pero todavía hay algo viejo.

Ficamos hospedados no Hotel durante a nossa Fam Trip e ficamos agradados com a beleza do Hotel. Os quartos eram amplos e muito confortáveis, com camas macias e confortáveis. A equipe do hotel foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa, sempre pronta para ajudar em tudo o que precisávamos. Sentimo-nos muito bem acolhidos durante a nossa estadia. O pequeno-almoço era bastante agradável com muita variedade . É importante ressaltar que, apesar de toda a beleza do hotel, a presença de alguns bichos inofensivos rastejantes, pode ser desconfortável para quem tem medo desses animais. Além disso, é necessário cuidado em relação aos mosquitos, o que é bem comum em regiões quentes. Outro ponto a se considerar é que, em futuras construções ou reformas, sugiro que a sanita não fique no exterior do quarto, pois o calor e a presença de mosquitos e outros insetos podem tornar a experiência um pouco incómoda. Porém, de maneira geral, a nossa estadia foi muito agradável e recomendamos o hotel, mas com as devidas precauções em relação aos itens mencionados acima. Estaba allí por 4 noches. Sólo un hermoso resort! El desayuno era grande, abundancia de comida para todos desde oeste a comidas de sián. El cuarto es hermoso, las vistas son hermosas, pero durante mi estancia lamentablemente lluvió todo el tiempo ! ;-((() Bicicleta alrededor del resort es un MUST.
