I booked my stay at IP Resort Casino through trip.com and it was the first time I had used this site. I got a fantastic price for my stay but was a little nervous that it was too good to be true. I needed to change my reservation to check in a day later than originally planned. Was super easy to do. Once I got to the IP to check in at the mobile kiosk, I got a message stating ”reservation date mismatch”. No worries, go to the front desk. The lady at the desk states that they don't have my reservation. They showed my original check in date of July 8th, but I was put as a ”now show”. I informed her that I had changed my reservation to check in on July 9th. Showed confirmation email, etc., nope they don't have a reservation for me. She gets the manager La Sara who tells me same info. Basically, the whole thing is out of their hands and I need to contact trip.com. Now, by this time I am so frustrated. Mainly because we had multiple people in our group who had also booked through trip.com and changed check in dates and had already checked in with no problem. Well, long story short- I get with trip.com, they call hotel and iron out the issue. Turns out that the error was on the trip.com side when I changed my reservation they never notified the hotel. Thankfully there were rooms still available and they were able to check me in. Trip.com went out of their way to make it right, and so did La Sara. This woman was fantastic and SO helpful. She helped turn what could've been a horrible experience into a great stay. She and I ended up chatting for a while afterwards and ended up we had a lot in common. Kudos to La Sara and trip.com's customer service for making everything turn out fantastically.

Aunque el personal era muy amable y útil, Esta ubicación no respondió a nuestras expectativas , Las habitaciones no eran las mismas que las fotos que no fue decepcionante el fin del mundo . La señora delantera nos dio otra habitación, pero la nueva habitación no era muy limpia, había muchos pelo en la ducha y en el baño, Después de estar en la carretera durante 12 horas cortamos nuestras pérdidas y nos acostamos . He estado en muchos Hiltons y esto fue honestamente la más sucia que he visto hasta ahora .

El hotel fue agradable y la jornada de juegos de apuestas pero las mesas de tarjetas son sólo para la casa que no se ahogan o cortan tarjetas antes de ponerlas en la máquina de ahorro así que me gusta jugar cartas así que fui a la puerta ****** siguiente en el parque de estacionamiento y jugó cartas porque se sufletan y cortan las cartas como deberían y cinco mejores probabilidades para el jugador así que sugeriría sólo jugar slots sin juegos de mesa pero el hotel es él mismo fue muy bueno y los restaurantes

Great resort! Amazing service all the way around! Very clean and love that it was smoke free! The casino was also great and had a great selection of tables and machines. The cafe food was great for most of our meals and the restaurants were perfect for our dinners!

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location for getting to the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast excellent, and all the staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

If you're seeing a show, this is the best choice for an overnight or weekend stay! There's so many food choices. The pool area is so nice. Really enjoyed my stay and the concert!!
