I am sorry to say that a mistake was made in my reservations for this hotel. I initially booked Nov. 5-7. Then I thought that it had been extended from Nov. 8 -12 and paid for that time but somehow it wasn’t. So today the reception person was very difficult telling me that I had to move immediately and was no help to me at all. I had stocked my room with food in the kitchen, about $ 100 worth which I cannot now use. In fact he suggested another hotel and I asked him to telephone that hotel and he said that he did and they had a room. When I got to that hotel, they did not have any call from the him from the Villa Sonsta so he lied to me about that and they had no room so I had to find another which you will see that I have done at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel with no kitchen. So I had to cancel that extension at the Villa Sonata who refused me sny reimbursement saying that I had to contact you. You will find my new reservation at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. So please reimburse my account with the Villa Sonata. I am very upset with the way that this was handled by them. They said my room was booked anyway so they will have booked it to somebody else for that period Thank you.

This stay didn’t quite live up to my past experiences. The full board package was misleading — it didn’t include everything as expected. Despite arriving at the proper check-in time and completing online check-in, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes, which was frustrating. The food, which used to be a highlight in previous visits, wasn’t up to the same standard this time. That said, the staff were friendly and tried their best. Overall, a letdown from what used to be a reliably good place.

Como mi vuelo salía temprano en la mañana, lo tomé cerca del tranvía. Es fácil viajar en tranvía y puedes caminar hasta el casco antiguo. Las instalaciones internas están bien por el precio. Sin embargo, había un olor a aguas residuales proveniente del fregadero, así que le doy una puntuación negativa.

El hotel es excepcionalmente grande y lujoso, y ofrece una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Hay un suministro continuo de comida y bebida, que incluye cerveza, whisky, vodka y Pepsi, disponible durante todo el día. El personal de recepción es muy amable, aunque no pude hacer el check-in temprano a las 13:30, lo que fue un poco problemático. La playa cercana es excelente y el hotel ofrece un túnel especial para acceder al mar cristalino. La habitación era excelente con una gran vista del mar. Sin embargo, tengo algunos comentarios sobre la limpieza de la habitación: la taza de Nescafé debería limpiarse a diario, ya que estuvo dos días sin limpiarse. También sería mejor tener un aire acondicionado más potente en el restaurante donde se sirven el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. La variedad de alimentos es amplia, pero el horario de la cena de 19:30 a 21:00 es demasiado corto y debería extenderse hasta al menos las 22:00. Me gustó la idea del mini desayuno disponible de 00:00 a 07:00. En general, la estancia fue buena y disfrutamos nuestra estancia en el hotel.

On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

El hotel era cómodo, céntrico y limpio. Nos atendieron muy rápido y bien a la llegada al hotel, a pesar de nuestro late checkin. El hotel esta bien aislado del ruido. El día que llegamos era la final de la champions league y desde la habitación no se escuchaban las fiestas de la calle. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. Lo más destacable es la comodidad de la cama!! El baño amplio y con todos las amenidades repuestas cada dia. Muy recomendable

We stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway. The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious. We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses. The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics. We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

Hotel is in the best location walking distance to all shops and old city. Hotel itself is great staff are friendly and helpful. Had no problems at all throughout my stay this was my first time in Antalya, if I was to visit again, I would definitely be staying in this hotel. Breakfast was decent. Tea/coffee in room with mini bar. Iron in the room Gym/suna/indoor pool available to use at your own ease.

Отличный отель за свою цену. Территория большая и красивая, выбор еды огромен, номера чистые, в номере есть всё необходимое и даже больше. В день заезда нам подарили пляжную сумку и футболку, и еще принесли комплимент в номер. Было очень приятно. Есть развлечения на любой вкус. Всем рекомендую 👍

El Hotel está muy bien en general, pero creo que no llega a cinco estrellas. Necesita una buena reforma para ser un cinco estrellas. Yo lo valoraría como cuatro estrellas. La ubicación en primera línea de playa y un poco alejado del bullicio de la ciudad, es perfecta para disfrutar con tranquilidad. La comida es muy buena y muy variada. El buffet es genial. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de este Hotel es el personal, siempre atentos/as y agradables, y en especial sus camareros/as y el servicio de limpieza.
