We enjoyed our stay at the resort. However, the service in the restaurant was disappointing. We waited a long time for our food and even saw it sitting on the counter for about ten minutes while all three waiters were standing around, seemingly avoiding their customers. On another day, we specifically asked whether it was still happy hour before ordering drinks, and the waitress confirmed that it was. When she returned with the drinks, she told us that by the time she had gone back to the kitchen, happy hour had already ended. This was frustrating, as it was unclear why she would confirm happy hour and then refuse to apply the discount, especially since it was minimal. When we went to check out, we noticed some inconsistencies on the invoice. There was an extra dinner and drinks charged to our room that we did not order. When we pointed this out, the staff were unable to find a receipt for those charges, so we recommend double-checking invoices carefully. Apart from these issues, our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was often occupied by many children whom we suspected were not guests of the hotel

Hay muchas actividades de entretenimiento en este hotel, como la carrera de golf, el paseo de la mañana, todos los empleados del Departamento de entretenimiento juegan. Hay niños y clubes de niños, los empleados enseñan a los niños a hacer cocinas locales y las instalaciones de entretenimiento también deben estar completas. El desayuno es muy rico. We stayed at Tamanu for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was cozy and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect space to relax. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Fiona and Anthony did a fantastic job managing the resort — their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. A special thank you to Anthony, who went above and beyond by personally returning our wallet after we accidentally left it behind in the room. We are truly grateful for such kindness and care. Highly recommend Tamanu for anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway!

It was good, nice view, nice people. Unfortunately I got bite from some insects after I woke up. Overall is perfect. Recommend

Suihkuverho olisi enemmän kun tarpeellinen, nyt vettä roiskuu paljon laajalle alueelle. Aamupala todella niukka, halvemmissa paikoissa runsaampi ja monipuolisempi. Lisämaksua halutaan heti lisävaihtoehdoista. Allasalue hieman liian varjossa jos haluaa olla auringossa. Ranta oli pohjasta ikävän tuntuista liejua - ei tee mieli mennä uimaan. Snorklausta varten pitää mennä kauemmas jos haluat jotain nähdä. Huone jonka saimme oli ihana - oma terassi ja piha suoraan merelle. Muissa huoneissa vain parveke, ei ollenkaan näin kiva. Huone tilava ja siisti. Sängyt hyvät ja tyyny vaihtoehtoja. AC toimi hyvin. Keittiön varustelu ok. Kajakit ja suplaudat kiva lisä. Sijainti hieman syrjässä, mutta jos myös pidät kävelystä niin tämä on toimiva. Henkilökunta oli huolehtivaa ja ystävällistä, kommunikointi ennakkoon toimi hyvin. A shower curtain would be more than necessary, now water splashes over a much wider area. Breakfast really poor, cheaper places have more and more variety. Extra charge is immediately wanted for additional options. Pool area a bit too shady if you want to be in the sun. The beach was a bit muddy at the bottom - you don't feel like going swimming. You have to go further for snorkeling if you want to see something. The room we got was lovely - private terrace and yard directly on the sea. Other rooms only have a balcony, not that nice at all. Room spacious and clean. Beds good and pillow options. AC worked well. Kitchen equipment ok. Kayaks and paddleboards a nice addition. Location a bit remote, but if you also like walking then this is functional. The staff was caring and friendly, communication in advance worked well.

Friendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.

We had a great stay in a studio apartment. Very spacious and a nice breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Staff are very friendly and it's a short walk to a big supermarket. Port Vila seafront was about a 20 minute walk.

Было чудесно! Не требовалось просить клининг, бунгало милое и ухоженное. Очень понравился душ. В патио приятно сидеть. Территория тоже прекрасная. Пребывание в отеле было приятным! Огромная благодарность персоналу

Проживали в отеле с сыном в домике у моря номер 4 в июле 2026 г., сам отель нормальный, цена соответствует качеству, не дорого. В отеле брали только завтраки ( в основном омлет с овощами, горячий шоколад). Обеды и ужины не брали, т.к. ранее читали что они дорогие. Трансфер из аэропорта до отеля заказывал заранее в отеле по электронной почте, написали сразу же, трансфер в одну сторону стоил 12000 в национальной валюте, оплачивали его по приезду по банковской карте. Обратно трансфер также заказывали в отеле, обошелся в 120 долларов США. В принципе считаю, что трансфер дорогой, но служб такси он-лайн не смог найти, а отель от аэропорта на расстоянии более 60 км., поэтому пришлось согласится на этот вариант, другого варианта не было. После выезда из аэропорта заехали в супермаркет , купили еды, вместо обедов и ужинов в отеле. В домике в отеле все есть, горячая вода, хорошие постельные принадлежности , полотенца, также в домике есть своя газовая настольная плита, посуда, чайник, тарелки, ложки и вилки, можно самим приготовить еду. Но купить около отеля негде, поэтому закупили еды заранее в супермаркете по прилету. Сейфа в номере нет, тапочек нет. Территория отеля большая, есть много мест где погулять, большая прибрежная полоса. Сотрудники отеля вежливые, приятные, территория отеля ухоженная. В общем, в этом плане все супер. Что не понравилось : в номере нет интернета, для меня это было существенно, интернет только в лобби отеля, где ресепшен и столовая, очень жаль. Хорошо, что наш домик был прямо у ресепшена, хоть это было удобно. И надо иметь в виду, что до обеда на пляже очень большие отливы, хотя нам это было не принципиально, мы просто гуляли по океану, это было супер.

飯店位置距離市區大約40分鐘車程，面積不大。 擁有自己的海灘跟小碼頭 住客可以免費使用獨木舟、SUP，面鏡需要租借。 建議自己租車，飯店安排單趟去市區要7000vt，整天使用車子加司機要30,000vt。 房間不會給鑰匙，他們說只有他們服務人員跟住客，不能擔心。 甚至我們房間的門還很難關好，完全走一個隨興路線。 飯店的東西不是太好吃，早餐還行，其他午餐點過penne筆管麵超級鹹，晚餐點過魚漢堡麵包跟法棍一樣硬，披薩還行，薯條是好吃的。 景色很美，我們住了四晚，大概就是午晚餐比較麻煩。
