The room was great and clean. The sevice was very good and the complimentary breakfast very tasteful. I stayed with my family and it was a very wonderful experience here. Highly recommend this place.

My recent trip to PC Malam Jabba was perfect from start to finish. The Ramadan experience was seamless, with both Sehri and Iftar being outstanding in quality and variety. Her attentive leadership made the stay feel personal and stress-free. • Zaryab (Reception): Professional and welcoming, providing a great first impression. Everything—from the hospitality to the atmosphere—was flawless. Highly recommended!

The room was fine and the food was average. What disappointed us was how the hotel handled our early departure. We had to cut our stay short because the road between Peshawar and Islamabad was going to close—and it did—so we couldn’t stay for the second night. We requested a refund for the unused night, explaining that these circumstances were beyond our control, but their response was unsatisfactory. We would have appreciated more understanding and flexibility.

Generally, it was a decent hotel compared to other available hotels near Swat. Location was good too. However, given the price that we paid, we dont think it was a 4-star hotel. At best, it should be rated between mid tier to upper tier 3-star hotel. While the rooms were clean, it took some time for hot water to be available. Basic amenities were not available in the room and had to be requested, though the staffs were friendly and helpful.

One of the best stays I’ve had so far. The location was beautiful, the staff were exceptionally hospitable, and the facilities and food were excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended

The hotel is in a very good location, clean, new, the breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. Especially the scrambled egg menu. All employees are polite and service-minded, ready to help at all times when needed. Sometimes the staff always asks if I need any help. From the hotel you can walk to Murree mall and Murree hill.
