Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

직원 분들도 친절하시고 시설도 너무 깔끔하고 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 관광지 이동도 호텔 바로 앞에 트람이 있어서 쉬웠습니다. 공항 가는 버스도 바로 앞에서 1번만 환승하면 갈 수 있어서 최적의 장소였어요!

The hotel is only remembering its glorious days. The rooms are grand, but have no more mini bars. The size of the bathroom a bit compensate it. However, the hair dryer can be used only with an open closet doors, giving a feeling like being in a closet and sweating from the heat of the hair dryer. The breakfast is ok, but the surrounding is so shabby, literally asking to have the breakfast fast and leave. The surrounding of the hotel is like in the middle of nowhere. We chose it because of the swimming pool, but at the end used only the gym that was very well equipped. To sum up, next time we would chose rather more updated hotel without a pool than this one that is very shabby in our opinion. Also, we will NOT BOOK via TRIP because we got tricked this time by apparently receiving a special price for our search with all the settings, but that was a TRICK!!! The prize didn’t include breakfast, so at the end we paid a way more than the original offering: paying extra 25 Eur per person x 4. The breakfast is not worth it 25 eur at this hotel. Also, TRIP kind of booked for as the rooms for smokers. Thanks to the reception, they have double checked it with us when we arrived, so we got the non-smoker rooms. Though, they forgot to ask about the breakfast leaving us with the unpleasant moment next morning.

The best value for money option. The hotel quite new so everything looks fresh. Great food and the waterpool with wonderful star ceiling. It was my third stay there and so far the olny choice I will consider in the nearest future

En mi opinión, es un hotel muy bueno. Solo una cosa (en mi caso) no me gustó: las ventanas que no se pueden abrir… Mi habitación estaba en la planta 17, así que las vistas eran maravillosas. La habitación quizás un poco vieja, pero bien: grande, con cama cómoda, ducha y bañera. El gimnasio es el mejor que he visto en mi experiencia hotelera. El hotel también tiene casino y muchas cafeterías y restaurantes. La ubicación es muy cómoda, se puede llegar a todos los lugares famosos del centro.

Maravilloso por dentro, muy bonito y muy muy limpio. Está a 3 minutos andando de la ciudad antigua, la ubicación es lo mejor del hotel pues puedes salir de noche a pasear por la ciudad antigua y volver a pie. El desayuno muy bien, no tan extenso como el del hotel Reinanssence del aeropuerto (que tienen un buffet fantástico) pero también está bien. En resumen, muy buen hotel, nos ha encantado. Y el servicio excelente.

El personal del hotel es muy amable y educado, el desayuno es rico y la ubicación es perfecta. A sólo cien metros se encuentra la estación central de trenes y un centro comercial. ¡Puedes comprar crema de manos de leche de cabra local en Carrefour!

Perfect Location and Nice Hotel but House Keeping and Room Service quite poor . Body wash and Hand wish not filled despite request at Reception. Further also requested English Breakfast Tea at Reception but not even one put in the room !!

La señora de recepción me dijo que me daría una habitación renovada espero que me guste. Muy Satisfecho limpio Las instalaciones son muy nuevas. La habitación no tiene olor. Pertenece al centro de la ciudad. Frente a la estación de tren, camine por el pasaje subterráneo y llegará al hotel. Hay un gran centro comercial al lado de la estación de tren. También hay tiendas de ropa situadas junto al hotel. También están disponibles en ROSSMAN y tiendas de conveniencia. Hay una parada de tranvía justo afuera del hotel y es muy conveniente tomar 4 paradas de tranvía hasta el casco antiguo. Tardaron veinte o treinta minutos en tomar un taxi hasta el aeropuerto. No hay agua en la habitación. Si desea agua embotellada, debe preguntar en la recepción. Hay un dispensador de agua al lado del ascensor en cada piso.
