El registro de entrada fue rápido por parte del Sr. Saran. Fácil acceso al aparcamiento (no es necesario sacar ticket. El recepcionista registrará la matrícula de su coche y podrá entrar y salir del aparcamiento cuantas veces quiera). Solicité decoraciones de cumpleaños y me alegré muchísimo al verlas. ¡Fueron increíbles! ¡Y también nos regalaron un pastelito! ¡Gracias, St Giles Wembley Penang, por su hospitalidad! Reservé una habitación Premier King. Me impresionó la limpieza y la comodidad de la habitación. La habitación era espaciosa. La cama era cómoda, solo que la almohada me resultó un poco dura. Bonitas vistas desde la habitación. Habitación tranquila. Desayuno 9/10. Mucha variedad de comida. ¡Delicioso! Especialmente el taufufa. ¡Repetiré tres veces! 😊 El gimnasio está bastante bien y tiene el equipamiento adecuado. La vista a la piscina es Komtar. Excelente ubicación. A poca distancia a pie del centro comercial 1st Avenue y de la mayoría de los lugares. Espero que este hotel mantenga los servicios y la limpieza durante mucho tiempo. Seguramente volveré al St Giles Wembley Hotel en mi próxima visita a Penang.

Gracias a ello, el equipo de hotel Penang Amari actuó rápidamente y profesionalmente, y nos siguieron, y el gerente de la mujer y el equipo de gestión del tipo llegaron rápidamente para evaluar la situación. Proporcionaron apoyo inmediato y ayudaron a organizar el transporte al hospital más cercano, para asegurarnos de llegar en 10 minutos. Gracias a su rápida respuesta y atención, la vida de mi amigo fue salvada. Y incluso después de comprobar que todavía nos han escrito preocupaciones sobre la seguridad de los huéspedes. Estamos profundamente agradecidos por su generosidad, eficiencia y dedicación durante un momento tan crítico. El deseo de todo el equipo continuó con éxito y todo lo mejor. El hotel es ideal para parejas en luna de miel y para quienes buscan privacidad. El paisaje de la playa es muy bonito y relajante. La zona del hotel que rodea el hotel ofrece una gran variedad de comida local y cafeterías. Aunque la recepción de algunos dispositivos móviles es limitada en la zona del hotel.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I chose a Premium King Room with a sea view and balcony. Overall, the room was perfect and I had nothing to complain about. The amenities were complete and well provided. That night, we had dinner at Seafood Surfers. The prices were reasonable, and there was a wide variety of seafood choices. I especially loved the oysters, which were available as well. The breakfast buffet was great too. In the evening, I wanted to visit the spa centre, but the prices were a little too expensive. Parking was free, and the hotel is close to the beach. Guests can simply use their room card to access the connecting overpass bridge, which leads directly to the seaside across the street. I would definitely return to this hotel again. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Overall, there was really nothing much to complain about.

Generally it's o.k. Hotel is abit run down. The aircon in the room that i stayed is hardly cold. 1st night the wifi in the evening like after 9.30pm don't seems to be acccessible. Each time you want to access the hotel's wifi, you have to keep on logging in again after each use. Not user friendly at all.

I recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Penang and overall I absolutely loved the experience. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere, great facilities, and truly lives up to the Hard Rock brand. Everything from the ambiance to the service made the stay enjoyable and memorable. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to breakfast. After finishing our food, the dirty plates on our table were not cleared promptly, so they remained on the table for quite some time. It would be better if the staff could be more attentive in clearing used plates to ensure a more comfortable dining experience. In addition, the variety of food was not as wide as expected from a Hard Rock Hotel. Overall, I still had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Las habitaciones del hotel son muy amplias y se puede apreciar el encanto antiguo de la construcción original, lo que lo hace ideal tanto para viajes de negocios como para estancias en familia. Desde la recepción, ubicada en el vestíbulo, se percibe el ambiente de un hotel boutique. Sin embargo, debido a que el hotel utiliza mobiliario de época, hay algunas zonas que no están tan impecables. El desayuno se sirve a partir de las 8 de la mañana.

Esta fue mi segunda estancia en este hotel. Aunque la ubicación es un poco alejada, no hay problema si vas en coche. Las habitaciones son estupendas; todas tienen vistas al mar, lo cual es una gran ventaja. Sugiero que el hotel añada algunas instalaciones a la zona de la piscina, porque el sol es demasiado fuerte y resulta muy incómodo. Además, hay muy pocas instalaciones para niños. Esta vez, la selección del desayuno me pareció limitada y el sabor había empeorado bastante 😢. Los niños tenían muchas ganas de desayunar, pero se llevaron una decepción.

THE MOST AMAZING HOTE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN 10/10 1. Hotel Locaiton: Perfect as its not in the city and by the beach, amazing for relaxation. Hotel is surrounded by souvenir shops and street food. 10miute walk from Ferringhi Walk where there is a nice selection of street food but my favourite of all is that its just a 2 minute walk from my favorite restaurant in Malaysia, Ferringhi Garden. Penang trip isnt complete without going to Ferringhi Garden. Its an amazing restaurant with the most beautiful collection of plants, there is no other place like it in Malaysia. 2. The Hotel: Nothing bad to say about it. The design, the decor, everything about this hotel makes me want to stay there even longer. Its such a nice feeling being there. Facilities are clean and complete. 3. The Room: CLEAN. NICE. SPACIOUS. BEAUTIFUL. Every inch of the room is to my liking, i could not have asked for more. Mattress is thick and oh so comfortable. Aircond was cold. Room was very spacious. 4.The Buffet: The room came with breakfast for 2 and it was the perfect buffet to start each day with. Selection was incredible even better than a lot of buffet Ramadan Ive been to. They had everything from selections of breads, to nasi lemak with 12 different sambals, 5 different meat dishes to eat it with, assorted fruits, assorted cheeses, 2 types of porridge with the FULL suites of condiments, salads, pastries, roti canai with all the curries you will ever need, to your above average selection of continental breakfast menus like, beef bacon, beef and chicken sausages, hash browns, deli meats, smoked fish. And there is more! there is a made-to-order menu which many patrons are not aware of. I tried the minute steak and it was good!(pictured below) PS: Hakimi from breakfast service was spectacular, I requested strawberries for my picky 2 year old and he delivered. On the other hand, ANIS FROM THE OMELETTE STATION WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE, SHE NEEDS TO IMPROVE HER SOCIAL SKILLS(this is my one and only complain) Overall my stay was 10/10 and this will be the ONLY hotel i will be staying at if when im at Batu Ferringhi. I plan to go to Park Royal Batu Ferringhi Annually, its just that good!
