First, I must say I really like this hotel, I have been here a few times, great location, a golf course across the road, nice staff, good food, fair but not fantastic animation team. But this time it disappoints; they are refurbishing the reception as well as the big nice bar with the sea view. So, drilling and banging around the restaurant all day long, not very pleasant. It should be ready around November they say…. WIFI is very bad, I cannot work from here, one minute up, and 15 minutes down.

Our stay at Boxo was amazing. The staff the environment the food was a 10/10. We arrived late afternoon and were met by the lovely Harriet who gave us a nice little tour of the hotel. She was absolutely amazing and made us feel super welcome when we arrived. Our stay here was comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning which is a need in HOT Diani so that came as a welcome amenity. We ate at Boxo’s restaurant and the food was delicious. The cleanliness of the place was also really appreciated.Overall experience was amazing.I would recommend this place if you are in Diani.We stayed on February 8th 2026.

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone. It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive. One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

El hotel está un poco lejos de la playa, en tres rondas de aproximadamente 5-10 minutos. El bar es muy grande, dos dormitorios son adecuados para un alojamiento de cuatro personas, pero las instalaciones son relativamente viejas y la higiene es general. No sé por qué no recibimos mi mensaje de reserva. Después de llegar a las 7:30 en la noche local, esperamos media hora para preparar la casa. Si no hay tres paquetes completos de comida, ni siquiera se ofrece agua potable.

Отдыхали семьями в первых числах мая. В этот отель приезжаем не в первый раз. Устраивает соотношение цена/качество. Единственное что сильно раздражает - это вечно пристающих местные жители пытающиеся тебе что-то продать с 100% наценкой. Решили сходить на появившийся остров пешком и поняли, что зря пошли без тапок. Безумно много ежей. Местные «продавцы походов» выручили нас своими тапками, но цену за 3 человека выкатили аж 9 000 Kes, которая сравнима со стоимостью моторной лодки, которая отвезет в место где есть много разнообразных рыбок, морских звезд, и прочих морских обитателей.

MMathNerdSwahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

Otros hoteles en una situación similar tratan este problema molesto de una manera mejor y más profesional. El refrigerador estaba desaparecido en la habitación y el sistema de teléfono celular tampoco funcionaba. El hotel de 4 estrellas tiene un precio de 3 estrellas y ofrece un servicio de calidad y una calidad de servicio.
