В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

Me alojé muchas veces, hotel muy recomendable. El medio ambiente, el saneamiento y las instalaciones son todos de primera clase. El servicio de la mayoría del personal fue muy bueno. Esta reseña negativa se debe a que el hotel no encontró en el sistema la reserva de una de las tres habitaciones que reservé, a pesar de que les mostré mi reserva. Uno de los miembros del personal de recepción incluso me pidió ver mi historial de pagos. El resultado final es que el hotel finalmente recuperó todos los pedidos en el sistema. Por un error del hotel, tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en este viaje. Siento que es muy grosero que el personal del hotel verifique mi registro de pago cuando ya presenté mi pedido. Espero que la habitación del hotel se disculpe.

Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone. It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive. One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

Персонал очень приветливый и вежливый! Большая зеленая территория. Номера маловаты, но не проблема.

We’re checked in at around past 5pm Nuru is wonderful she tried her best and Mancy was helpful though I feel we’re overcharged they are reviewing and will get back to us  Food was super all the way from lunch through dinner to breakfast  The swimming pools were also good

Our stay at Boxo was amazing. The staff the environment the food was a 10/10. We arrived late afternoon and were met by the lovely Harriet who gave us a nice little tour of the hotel. She was absolutely amazing and made us feel super welcome when we arrived. Our stay here was comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning which is a need in HOT Diani so that came as a welcome amenity. We ate at Boxo’s restaurant and the food was delicious. The cleanliness of the place was also really appreciated.Overall experience was amazing.I would recommend this place if you are in Diani.We stayed on February 8th 2026.

It was a perfect stay, we loved every bit of it. Good view, good people, good food, amazing drinks. Special thanks to Mr.Monaj Shah for making our trip very memorable by offering amazing hospitality.
