Nestled along the shores of Lake Chuzenji, some rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic Mount Nantai. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, featuring tatami flooring, scenic areas, and comfortable beds, perfect for enjoying the beautiful autumn leaves! A special thanks to the two staff members, Lisz and Yuka, for their excellent service and fluent English in introducing each dish. They were truly professional!

¡Era muy asequible, incluía cena y desayuno (tipo buffet)! Karaoke, mesa de ping pong y baños privados estaban disponibles con reserva gratuita, así que pudimos relajarnos y disfrutar, ¡lo cual fue muy satisfactorio! Está cerca de la estación, ¡así que sin duda me gustaría volver!

La ubicación del hotel no es muy conveniente para quienes viajan en coche, pero tampoco para quienes toman el transporte público. El único tipo de habitación que reservé fue una habitación para fumadores. Cuando llegué a la habitación, había un fuerte olor a humo, lo cual era muy incómodo. La oferta de comida fue muy buena, con sorpresas. Las aguas termales y los grandes baños son buenos. Este hotel realmente necesita mejorar su calidad de higiene. Las alfombras son todas negras y las habitaciones deberían ser para no fumadores. Pero la relación precio/rendimiento es muy buena, especialmente con los descuentos de Trip.com

環境：感覺這個酒店的房間很大，他是有客廳榻榻米那種很大一間，旁邊隔斷分隔開的卧室，床是榻榻米地鋪，很舒服的，屋子裡沒有泡湯池，酒店裡是有的，離車站很近，到車站之後可以打電話給酒店，幾分鐘就有人開車過來接了。附近步行可以去神社，訂房間是帶早餐和晚餐的，吃的不錯的。

It’s our first time visiting Nikko. The hotel is quite a distance from Nikko station so walking is not an option (take bus 2A/2C) and stop at stop number 11. Then, walk 5mins upslope to the hotel. The friendly receptionist spoke basic english. There were 2 smoking booths at floor 3&4. The onsen(both indoor and outdoor) was a nice experience. As there were few guest, I had the whole onsen all to myself. There was also 2 private onsens which you can book for 2000yen. Amenities were stocked up and I was impressed! Meals were included in the price, and dinner was an experience. Everything closes early here in winter. We were allowed check in at 11am, and proceeded to Kanaya Hotel (500yen) and to Toshogu Shrine (1600yen). We walked around the picturesque town with so many beautiful photo spots! If you’re catching the first train out of Nikko (7:37am), do note there is NO taxi service & breakfast starts at 730am so we had to forfeit breakfast. You have to walk out to the bus stop which comes earliest at 7:02am. Overall, a good first experience in a ryokan.

Great in every way, from the excellent location, just across from Utsunomiya Station, connected by an overpass, to the modern decor, the smiling front desk staff, the good security system, the spacious rooms, the comfortable seating areas, the beds larger than the Japanese standard, and the reasonably good breakfast. All staffs are very nice and attentive. I like the onsen on the top floor, spacious and nice, with two large pools both indoor and outdoor, see the view of the railway station, especially at night is beautiful. Last but not least, there are many cafe, restaurant, shopping zone and huge supermarket in the whole building. Recommended!

El hotel de Nikko, con una estancia fantástica, ofrece una excelente ubicación y una excelente ubicación. El hotel dispone de una piscina pública, mini mercado, máquinas de venta y café, que cubren todas nuestras necesidades. La ubicación de la estación de tren, fácilmente accesible desde la estación de tren a través del autobús, hizo que el explorador de Nikko fuera fácilmente, el transbordador complimentario de vuelta a la estación de tren en el momento de la salida fue un gesto pensado, redondeando una gran experiencia.

Tome el autobús Tobu Nikko y bájese en la estación Komae, luego camine cinco minutos hasta el hotel. La habitación tiene una gran vista del lago. Reservé una estancia de una noche con dos comidas. El buffet era delicioso y había ramen gratis como refrigerio de medianoche. Los grandes baños públicos no están abarrotados y tienen baños tanto interiores como al aire libre, lo que generalmente es agradable. La única desventaja es que no hay baño en la habitación ni ninguna tienda de conveniencia cerca.

The hotel is old so you definitely see how dated the facilities are but at the same time you know they are very well maintained. My room on the 3rd floor was spacious and had great view to Chuzenji lake. The sulfur onsen was great too. Staffs are professional, especially those in the dining room. They are vey attentive and quick to response to your needs.  The only downside is the location. If you want to find a lowkey hotel to relax in a remote area, Chuzenji is a perfect choice. But beware that there are only 3 shuttle bus a day. If you missed the last shuttle at 16h40 you will have to catch the last public Tobu bus at 18h and it takes like more than an hour to get to the hotel. No taxi, no uber available.

¡Wow! Este lugar fue fantástico! El personal es todo cortés y profesional. Las habitaciones del hotel son realmente limpias, y la atmósfera es tan relajada y tranquila. Me disfruté de las vibraciones naturales, y la vista del río por la ventana es perfecta! El sonido del flujo de agua y las aves que se ahogan lo hizo un gran sueño de noche. La escena de la mañana es aún mejor. No tengo quejas. Fue un gran lugar para parar y descansar y admirar su entorno. Aproveche la piscina y las primaveras calientes. (FYI: No se permiten tatuajes si tienes ningún, por lo que no te preocuparás cuando veas el signo.) De lo contrario, todo fue genial sobre mi estancia! ☺️
