My stay at Ureshino Onsen Yoshidaya Uchiroji Hondori (also known as Yadoya Uchiroji Hondori) was a tale of two extremes in the charming hot spring town of Ureshino, Saga Prefecture. The hotel was modern Japanese-style with smart check-in system. The twin room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exude serene comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The private onsen facilities truly shine— It was a free slot with 40 mins, which could be booked once via QR Code at the room. Ureshino's famous sodium-rich hot springs, renowned as one of Japan's top three for beautifying the skin, deliver silky-smooth water that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. However, the meal plan was a major letdown. I sent an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and stated I did not eat beef before. The customer service replied I had to pay extra per person in order to change the meat option. For over JPY 38,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, we anticipated premium kaiseki cuisine or traditional served Japanese dinner set. Instead, only a bento box with cold salad and an underwhelming beef and egg pie that felt mismatched for the price. Tragically, my husband experienced vomiting shortly after, likely food-related, which overshadowed our trip. And the breakfast was also disappointing, which was only cold sandwiches with a cup of tea or milk. Thus, I strongly recommend the hotel clearly states the exact contents of dinner and breakfast plans on booking sites—including detailed menus or photos—and offers flexible options, such as plan changes or alternatives, if guests fall ill from the food. This transparency and adaptability would greatly enhance the experience and prevent frustration.

Would definitely return to this hotel. Our room was very spacious and most importantly clean. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Their English were not very good but they tried their best with hand signals and mobile translators. We had breakfast included and the food was plentiful and delicious. The hotel offered a pick up and drop off service to and from the train station which is extremely useful. Overall a great stay.

Simple but clean and comfortable room. Soundproofing is ok (room was on 2F). We mainly chose this hotel because it had a free shuttle to Shiiba Sanso, whose rotenburo is truly wonderful. Taishoya only has indoor baths, unfortunately. We had dinner at the hotel, and felt a bit rushed, as if they wanted to close the kitchen early. Breakfast was more relaxed. We particularly liked the boiled tofu.

Nice hotel with old world charm and service. Though the room is a bit dated, the furniture is classic, beautiful and very clean. The outdoor onsen is calming and well designed. Too bad that the restaurant was fully booked and we didn’t have the opportunity to try their highly rated dinner.

Rooms are quite spacious for japan, smoking area available and parking was free of charge. No 7-Eleven or Lawson nearby, only a small supermarket - this hotel is only recommended if you have a car as otherwise everything is hard to reach.

El hotel está en una zona tranquila de la ciudad, pero es conveniente debido al servicio de recolección. No hay valor para el dinero, ya que los ingredientes de los alimentos eran básicos y el precio que cobraban eran bastante altos.

非常高資的傳統溫泉旅館，硬件維護保養得很好，後院的日式庭院很漂亮，整個旅館非常乾淨，優雅有心思的佈置和佈局很實用，有個別的用餐區，有capsule咖啡機，有客廳可以看報紙雜誌，出後院的門前都放好了拖鞋方便出後院參觀，每一個小處位都安排得很貼心，房間很大，軟件方面服務一流真的沒得說，員工非常有禮貌，晚餐是懷石料理，早餐很豐富，感謝旅館主人提供一個久違了的優質傳統溫泉旅館。

急遽唐津行きが決まり当日の予約に。私が女性客とわかったら隣2部屋を男性が宿泊しないよう配慮してくれました。 素泊まりのつもりでしたが、サンドイッチとコーヒーがついてたのが嬉しかったです。出発時に高速バスがあるのを教えてもらいました。 気持ちよく宿泊できました。次は大浴場に入ってみたいですね。

El hotel de la colina es majestuoso, como si tuviera un año y una carrera. No estaba reservando la cena, pero le pedí que lo escucharas y le daras un nombre grande en la habitación. Comí especialidades japonesas. El paisaje de aquí con vistas al río en una amplia sala de tatami es excelente. El desayuno buffet en la mañana era también una delicia. Es una hierba cuidadosamente preparada, y la sopa de tofu clara, una especialidad aquí, también fue una delicia. Claro, fue el mejor arroz blanco y arroz sonriso. Había muchas chicas, pero el sabor del hígado era el mejor Fue Ryokan Hotalu quien quería ir de nuevo.

El servicio es bueno, se remitirá a la estación, la comida es muy satisfactoria 😌 habitación nueva y cómoda
