HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Sapporo Park offers a fantastic variety of breakfast options, from Japanese specialties to Western classics, all freshly prepared and delicious. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is convenient for exploring Sapporo. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay with great dining options. No the best onset, but ok at the same time.

really close to the canal, walking distance from most of the Otaru highlights! if you’re driving, just park slightly off the hotel ~1 min walk away. (we only found a spot a bit too late..) that’s abt 600-700yen per day, else it’s 1500 yen to park at the hotel.. and you have to vacate by 11AM. so if we did this again we’d park at the other parking lot! breakfast is amazing although it was SO CROWDED!! onsen is nice but just a small room so it gets really crowded at peak times.. appreciated the amenities in onsen tho! (skincare) view from room is nice if you’re facing the mountain~

Los niños dicen que el dueño del hotel debe estar obsesionado con la cultura tradicional. Las habitaciones son limpias y limpias. Love the modernistic look of the room. Excellent location because is so near the seafood market. Car park is next to the hotel and it’s free parking. Need to exchange for the exit ticket and it’s open air car parking. We like the microwave, induction cooker, bowls, plates and simple area to warm up food.

The profession service at Furano La Terre is highly commendable. We arrived 8:45 pm due to some delays collecting our car at New Chitose airport. Our dinner was served hot immediately upon arrival. The chef & kitchen staff served us with a smile & patiently explained the dishes and showed us how yo enjoyed the dishes. We were so touched & at the same time apologetic. The onsen is very good & the breakfast and view outside was exceptional. We are glad we stayed at the Furano La Terra and will come back again. Thank you to the front desk staff and the chief stewart who served us dinner. Highly recommended 👍

The room was very spacious for the two of us and was well equipped with all amneities we require for 4 nights stay in Sapporo. They even have a sauna room which was perfect for the cold weather. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, utensils, a small portable cooker for those who intend to cook. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience store just right below the hotel. The nearest train station is about 8 minutes walk away and approximately 20 minutes walk to Nijo market / Odori mark. Was not a big isssue for my friend and I. There's also car park located behind the hotel, but it is limited (13 lots) on a first come first serve basis. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely place and is suitable for family as well.

Our stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo was nothing short of amazing! We are a group of 5 & were traveling around Hokkaido, starting & ending off in Sapporo. We emailed the hotel to request if they could store some luggage for us till we return, as well as help us with restaurant reservations, and the staff were super prompt & extremely nice to accede to our requests. We even got upgraded to bigger rooms when we returned! We always felt so welcomed by the staff who were very attentive & so willing to help us. Needless to say rooms were very comfortable & onsen was great too (equipped with Dyson hairdryers). Location is also good, accessible via an underground passage all the way from the Sapporo station to Marumi Coffee Stand (so convenient cos it was raining when we arrived). Thank you so much for the great experience, I will gladly return to Cross Hotel!

My Stay at a Hot Spring Hotel in Lake Shikotsu Marukoma Onsen Ryokan is truly a hidden hot spring hotel that few people know about. It's a rare outdoor hot spring hotel in Hokkaido, directly facing the unfrozen Lake Shikotsu. The scenery is incredibly beautiful! However the transportation is terrible 😞😞😞. It's close to New Chitose Airport, and is too far away from the city. There are only 3-4 public buses per day and it took hours to get there. 🥹🥹😭😭😭 But if you're driving on a self-drive trip, then forget it. The hotel occupies a large area by the lake, and there are no restaurants around since its secluded location 🥹🥹. If you don't book meals in advance, you can only buy instant food from the hotel's convenience store. Fortunately, you may have a high chance of encountering deer. Anyway, the outdoor hot spring is free. In the morning, there are usually no people around, so you can take photos. Private Hot Springs: There are two private hot - spring pools, one indoor and one semi -enclosed facing the outside. But! You must book it during the daytime. It gets dark early in winter. If you booked it at 7 p.m. then you couldn't see anything. The breakfast is good.
