El hotel es muy nuevo y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien diseñadas. La zona de la Primavera de la Edad de la Mancha es hermosa, rodeada de un ambiente tranquilo, y las instalaciones son completas y modernas. El personal Yuna y Deegli fueron muy amables y útiles, especialmente Yuna , Yuna fue arriba y más allá para ayudarnos. Yuna trabajaba muy duro para encontrar la solución para nosotros y finalmente nos ayudó a aparear con éxito nuestros iPhones con el coche. ¡Por esta excelente experiencia, el Nozo Hotel será el que se elige de nuevo en nuestro próximo viaje, muy recomendado para cualquier persona que busque comodidad, excelentes instalaciones y excelente servicio!

Tuve un vuelo cancelado por la noche, ¡qué suerte haber reservado este hotel! Solo tuve que caminar unos minutos hasta el hotel justo después de devolver el equipaje, ¡incluso con el carrito de maletas hasta la puerta de la habitación! Desayuné buffet en el restaurante del hotel, ¡qué bien! ¡Y el ascensor me llevó directamente a la sala de embarque! Las comodidades de la habitación son adecuadas; mi vuelo de regreso a casa fue cancelado y no tenía ropa de dormir limpia. Por suerte, tenían ropa de onsen cómoda que pude usar por la noche. :) Recomendado

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Fresh Air! We recently stayed here for a quick one-night stopover. It's a great mid-range option for those who prioritize location and comfort. The Highlights: Room Layout: Spacious enough for 2 people. The seperate bathroom zones and vanity/make up desk are convinience. Fresh Air: Our favorite feature! The windows can be opened slightly, which is perfect in winter to enjoy natural ventilation instead of the AC which will be too hot for us to sleep during the night. Facilities: The lounge and restaurant feel very airy and clean. Convenience: Located right near great food and walking streets. On-site parking is available (extra fee), which is a huge plus for us. Things to Consider: Water Policy: No water is provided in the room. Members have to pick up at the Front Desk. Booking Assistance: We tried to get help with a restaurant reservation, but the hotel required a deposite paid through them to do so. This was a bit restrictive for those using e-SIMs. Verdict: Perfect if you value a clean room and a breeze.

The location is the best which just one minute walking distance to the bus terminal to/from Toya Station and in front of the ferry pier. Please see my photo. Perfect location. The front desk receptionist lady was friendly. I was placed to a lake view Japanese style room. It doesn't include shower but toilet in the room and it looks like old but I love the room. The view from the room's window to Lake Toya was excellent. I love my room's window can be opened, I could see more clear to the lake view and to have fresh air from outside by opening the window. Even it was a raining day, cloudy and frosty. The view is still spotless good. The service was good. The room was clean, tidy and come with all necessity, but bath/shower excluded. However, based on the price, I was happy with it because I don't mind to use the bathroom in the onsen area on floor one. There was only two down side that I found: First, the male onsen area floor was sticky and slippery with moss (My left hand accidentally touched it and my hand was sticked with moss in outdoor onsen area) that includes indoor and outdoor area. I wish they would take more effort to the cleanliness of onsen area. Second, the suana was not available for customer to use. However, I had a fantastic sauna and onsen in 万世閣 (a hotel where is just a few minutes walk away from Toya Grand Hotel) by a paying walk in onsen fee(1300 yen) for non-resident. So, it didn't affect me much. Overall, my experience was good. I would give Toya Grand Hotel 8 out of 10. I love Toya Grand Hotel. I would recommend it.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from JR Hakodate station,and right next to the market with many seafood f&b options. It also located next to the sea and has an onsen at the top level with sea view. The staff are helpful and efficient. Check-in & check out (auto via machine) was seamless. The room is quite spacious with enough space for two open medium sized luggage. It also has partial sea view. Room is clean and well kept. The hairdryer and shower head are branded and of good quality.

A great overnight luxury transit hotel within 7 - 8 mins walking distance from JR Hakodate. Good service rendered by friendly highly trained staff. Worth a stay to experience Another 10 mins walking distance to the Red Brick House 🏠 for awesome retail shopping spree 🛒🛍️ to buy the local 🇯🇵 Hokkaido delights & savour local cuisine. The Hakodate Morning Market is right across the street with succulent fresh king crab affair feast awaiting 👑 🦀. A must visit destination for all in Sapporo not to be missed 🐙🦀🪼🦞🐠🦐🐳

Me quedé allí dos noches del 23 al 25 de enero. La ubicación es fácil de encontrar y conveniente, cerca de la estación de Sapporo y de Susukino. El precio es barato y la relación coste-rendimiento es buena. Al no ser un hotel hay algunos inconvenientes como cambiarse de ropa y llevar equipaje, pero Creo que es suficiente teniendo en cuenta el precio. El gran baño público también es bonito y limpio. Hay una recepción y otros lugares que puedes usar libremente en el segundo piso, pero también hay Wi-Fi disponible. Es muy cómodo de utilizar. Me gustaría usarlo de nuevo si voy a Sapporo.

La habitación está limpia e higiénica. El piso sur es más bajo pero muy tranquilo. Puede establecer el período de tiempo para limpiar la habitación todos los días. El transporte se encuentra a cierta distancia de la estación de metro y de la estación de Sapporo. Al lado hay una calle subterránea con varias instalaciones comerciales, lo cual es muy conveniente. El desayuno era muy bueno.

Room is basic, tiny and clean. Contemporary design with free vending machine drinks in the common lounge area which is a bonus. Well located in Susikino area with easy access to Odori Park, Nijo Market, Sapporo TV Tower and the subway.

The hotel is in the centre of Sounkyo and within minutes walk to the ropeway and Momijidani maple valley. There are not many dining options around the hotel thus is recommended to book their room with breakfast and dinner. The buffet was very sumptuous and they offered many free different alcohol drinks. There are 3 onsens located in different buildings. We tried the biggest one that offers both indoor and outdoor onsens. Views was breathtaking. We stayed in tatami room and when we entered the room we couldn't find our futon. Apparently we have to move the furniture in the room to make space for the futon. We didn't know so we send a message to the reception through Qr code provided (apparently there is no direct telephone connection to the reception) and was told that they will set up the futon when we go for our dinner. We found it strange as we were not informed when we checked in. Other than that everything is fine except the bathroom is a bit small and last call for breakfast is 8:30am which we think is a bit early. We need to wake up early for the breakfast.
