Visit Hokkaido with parents last week, I reserved the cross floor double bed room because of the separate toilet and bathroom . However , the room they offer is totally different with the photo . My parents really upset about it because that is the worst toilet they had never been in Japan . We will not reserve this hotel if we know that the toilet is not separate and not offer electronic toilet board. The room is clean , however , that is not our ideal type . Staff is kind however only one room can change. Location is fine, few restaurants nearby . My parents had bad experience with the hotel And they really don’t like the traditional toilet We don’t mind to pay more to enjoy better facilities Hope trip.com can upload more photo to provide more accruate hotel information

Esta vez nos alojamos en un hotel cápsula que solo admite hombres. Elegimos una cabina superior, que nos daba más espacio para organizar nuestro equipaje. La cama era bastante cómoda, pero la almohada era un poco baja, algo a lo que no estaba acostumbrado. Para ducharte tienes que ir al piso 8. Básicamente, hay mucha gente si vas después de las 10 de la noche. Puede ser porque es temporada de nieve y hay demasiados turistas. Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en Keihan y debo decir que fue una experiencia excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, me impresionó el ambiente acogedor y el personal profesional y amable. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y eficiente, y de inmediato me sentí como en casa. La habitación en la que me alojé era espaciosa, limpia y estaba bellamente decorada. La cama era increíblemente cómoda y me permitió dormir muy bien. También aprecié las comodidades modernas, como un televisor de pantalla plana y Wi-Fi gratuito. El baño estaba impecable, con artículos de tocador de alta calidad y una ducha tipo lluvia.

This is our second time staying here and this time was better than the first time. We ate dinner here as well and the dinner was not as expensive as I expected. The hotel gave us a 20% discount for dinner. We went to the onsen. Everything went well. A little expensive, but the breakfast was worth it, although you have to wait 30 minutes to enter the breakfast restaurant. The room was super clean. Sone staff don’t speak English.

Tuve un vuelo cancelado por la noche, ¡qué suerte haber reservado este hotel! Solo tuve que caminar unos minutos hasta el hotel justo después de devolver el equipaje, ¡incluso con el carrito de maletas hasta la puerta de la habitación! Desayuné buffet en el restaurante del hotel, ¡qué bien! ¡Y el ascensor me llevó directamente a la sala de embarque! Las comodidades de la habitación son adecuadas; mi vuelo de regreso a casa fue cancelado y no tenía ropa de dormir limpia. Por suerte, tenían ropa de onsen cómoda que pude usar por la noche. :) Recomendado

Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good. My husband prefer the Japanese dining it is less chaotic compared to the buffet restaurant as it has less people. Location is great. Walking distance to a few tourists attraction.

Excelente ubicación, pero arrastrar el equipaje desde la estación de tren al hotel cuando hay nieve puede no ser tan ideal. El hotel es nuevo y limpio, con microondas y lavadora en la habitación. Conseguí una habitación frente al monte. Hakodate, fue increíble.

We booked two rooms for a family of four. First, the location is strategic, they have a back door leading straight to Tanukikoji shopping street. Second, the service is attentive. They offer heating pads upon arrival to the hotel during the midnight 1am. Third, the rooms are clean and well organised, the layout makes sense and the toilets are the best. Will return! 5/5.
