Ideal location for foodies and shoppers! The location offers a safe and convenient environment with eateries, cafes, convenient stores, pharmacies and souvenir shops just a stone’s throw away. The hotel side door connects directly to Block 5 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It’s also near enough (within 1.5km) to walk to the Nijo fish market, Odori Park and Sapporo JR station.

For the price I think the room was nice and fairly large for Japan the public bath and onsen was a nice touch too. There was a slight unpleasant smell however coming from the toilet. Breakfast was okay the buffet is the best out of the 3 options. Location is pretty good not too far from the train station but walkable to the main downtown (~1km plus) pictures is from the Japanese breakfast

Hotel room is new and clean. Breakfast have variety of food, we enjoyed so much and happy with the breakfast. Advise to check in earlier to get your preferable time slot, they control it by every half an hr, you need to choose your bf slot for the next day. Not very close to Otary Station but still walking distance, not too bad actually only like 7 mins walk. Very near to Canal, we start the day at Canal and ended in Music Box Meseum. Overall enjoy the stay, we rest well and had good sleep here.

This was my second stay at this onsen hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, although the receptionist could have been more welcoming, as he did not greet guests with a smile. The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the night lounge area, where guests could relax with mulled wine, coffee, and fresh grilled apples while enjoying a foot spa. The hotel was clean throughout, and the meals served were fresh and of good quality.

Not much choices of hotel/resort because of same day booking. Its traditional type of Japanese style resort that provide green tea powder & kettle filled with hot water & 2 type of Hokkaido biscuits. Room are spacious, only the bath area tiny.

Visit Hokkaido with parents last week, I reserved the cross floor double bed room because of the separate toilet and bathroom . However , the room they offer is totally different with the photo . My parents really upset about it because that is the worst toilet they had never been in Japan . We will not reserve this hotel if we know that the toilet is not separate and not offer electronic toilet board. The room is clean , however , that is not our ideal type . Staff is kind however only one room can change. Location is fine, few restaurants nearby . My parents had bad experience with the hotel And they really don’t like the traditional toilet We don’t mind to pay more to enjoy better facilities Hope trip.com can upload more photo to provide more accruate hotel information

I'll never forget the peace I felt at the onsen on this ryokan. The view of the lake, the silence, the stillness. Highly recommended.
