Hotel location was super close to food and shopping. Room was also clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful in providing info on how to take shuttle bus to airport, which was nearby, and allowed us to stored our luggage after check out. One of the best rooms I stayed at on my trip

The room comfortably accommodated three people, and its proximity to Nakajimakoen train station was a major plus. However, we were disappointed to learn upon check-in that air conditioning was unavailable outside of summer. The central system was set to heater, making the room quite stuffy for three guests over our four-night stay. Unlike other Sapporo hotels where we had the flexibility to adjust the in-room temperature, this lack of control was a significant drawback. We hope the hotel will consider offering greater air conditioning flexibility in the future, as this issue would otherwise deter us from returning.

Hotel Torifito Otaru Canal offers a fantastic stay with its prime location. You can easily walk to the famous Otaru Canal and the bustling shopping street, which is a huge advantage. The room was modern, new, and spotlessly clean. We were traveling with one 20-inch luggage, and the space was manageable for us. The amenities were great, and we particularly appreciated the two mirrors—one on the desk and one full-length mirror—which are very useful for getting ready. A couple of things to note for future guests: The hotel does not provide free parking, so you'll need to factor that in if you're driving. Also, while they provide green tea, coffee is not available in the rooms, which might be a downside for coffee lovers. Despite these minor points, we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and modern comfort.

A 6 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Hakodate. El mercado matinal está muy cerca y el hotel ofrece vales para que los huéspedes desayunen en las tiendas del mercado. El desayuno no se sirve en el hotel. Por la noche, las calles que conducen al hotel a través del mercado están oscuras y tranquilas. Fotos de vistas desde el hotel.

Mejor que la imaginación, el valor del CP es muy alto, el entorno es bonito,  El desayuno es japonés, puede aceptarse, pero debe levantarse muy pronto, el desayuno debe terminarse antes de las nueve horas,  hay un supermercado cerca de él, muy conveniente, ¡Ir al restaurante de atracciones es muy conveniente, el precio no es demasiado caro, el entorno está tranquilo! Pero el cuarto de baño es muy fino, el pico de flores es débil, un poco incómodo

We booked the family room. Room is big, clean and quiet. Even our room is nearby elevator, and the hotel is by the road side, we didn’t hear any noise/sound. Comfy bed. Walking distance to susukino area. They only have 13 parking slots for guests, website written first come first serve, free for guests. However there was one night we saw one free slot but one japanese lady stand there waiting her daughter for about 30 minutes and said they paid for the parking, we can’t park. We stop there as there was no space at the nearest parking. We checked with front desk, the staff on duty (a lady, can’t speak English) communicated with them in Japanese and then told us we can’t park there. We had to get a paid parking nearby and tried to communicate with the front desk again. She said hotel manager will reply us in email about this case. The manager emailed the next morning informed they will put a cone whenever there is a free slot the next day, they will reserve a slot for us. The next day morning as there were many slots so we just park our car there. But we didn’t see any reserved parking with cone. The hotel and room is good. Just need to improve the front desk service. We stayed 4d3n.

Un Perfecto Estate con una Vista – I Wish I could stay longer! La vista de la Torre de TV de Sapporo en la noche fue sorprendente, especialmente mientras se relajaba en la silla de masaje en la habitación tan bonito toque! El hotel estaba limpio y el personal estaba muy amable y bienvenido. El desayuno también fue un destacamento todo era fresco y delicioso. Una noche definitivamente no era suficiente. La próxima vez, estaré seguro de quedarme más. Altamente recomenda este hotel para cualquiera que visite Sapporo!

I'll never forget the peace I felt at the onsen on this ryokan. The view of the lake, the silence, the stillness. Highly recommended.
