I do love the hotel. Spacious room, stylist. The staff was very nice. Convenient location and service are very attentive. The reasons I didn’t give five stars as the followings: 1) the room was clean on the surface only, for example the back of plate didn’t clean and I found my others leftover behind the sink 2) no options to purchase the cake they served 3) the facilities are not for kids under 16y

The room is spacious, clean with good facilites. There is outdoor public bath apart from the indoor one and this is exceptiknal with business hotels. The semi-buffet style breakfast with very fresh food is good value or money. The hotel is right in front of the Inuyama Station.

Se tarda unos cinco o seis minutos en caminar desde la estación Hisaya-Odori. Hay un ascensor en la salida más cercana, por lo que es conveniente arrastrar el equipaje. Sin embargo, el ambiente circundante es bastante cómodo si desea ir de compras y comer tarde. -Aperitivos nocturnos en la zona más concurrida de la ciudad de Eishi Yaba, tendrás que caminar 15 minutos o más, pero tomar el metro parece engorroso (Castillo de Nagoya), pero el ambiente aquí no es tan ruidoso. La casa de baños es bastante pequeña. No hay muchos tipos de comida para el desayuno, pero todos tienen sopa, arroz, bollos y ensalada. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding—every staff member, including the kitchen team, was exceptionally polite and attentive. We were especially impressed that staff waited at the lift lobby to greet guests with a respectful 90-degree bow, which truly reflects the high standard of Japanese hospitality. During our 10 days in Japan, we stayed at several hotels, and this one clearly stood out for its amenities and service quality. The breakfast was simple yet enjoyable, done well without trying too hard. Both kids and adults loved the comic corner, even though we couldn’t understand Japanese—it was still a fun and unique experience. The pillow bar was another thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of our stay. The location is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance, and the availability of free parking is a big plus. Overall, this hotel left a strong impression on us, and I would confidently recommend it to friends and family.

The best choice for a budget solo traveler. It offers free unlimited drinks all day, unlimited curry with rice for breakfast, unlimited fresh ramen noodles at night, and free alcoholic drinks in the evening. There is a lounge on the 11th floor, a public bath with a hot pool and sauna, and free shampoo, body soap, conditioner, hair gel, hair spray, and face and body lotion. It also provides free toothbrushes and razors. The locker fits a 20kg size luggage if not, you can put it at the large luggage compartment and ask for chain with lock at the lobby. There are coin washing machines and dryers available as well. Heads up to those with tattoos: this hotel only has a public bath, and tattoos are not allowed.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

Really love this place it’s in a really narrow street but right in the middle and next to the Westport the amenities are generous great and I’ve never been in a sauna where you can actually see the ocean. They also have a big cold bath and in addition to do Hansen another hot bath next to the sauna they also play really nice music and From analog amplified hi-fi equipment that is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure, even though I’m not geek in that area. The whole island is of course very small does not much to do and you have to go there if you really want to relax and just enjoy some seafood. There are not many restaurants in the area and I would recommend to just reserve food at the hotel I had to breakfast, which was outstanding. It was Shabu Shabu tako squid, and lots of other Japanese sites.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Location is good, we just took buses to go Sakae and Nagoya Station - there is also a 7/11 across and beside is a Mega Donki. The hotel is too pretty, nice colors and adequately sized. Amenities also are provided, and staff were all accommodating. If was a great experience - too bad i didnt have the time to try the public bath. Highly recommended!

Situado justo al lado del río Ure, con una buena vista desde la habitación. Puedes usar sus 2 baños de primavera en privado durante 45 minutos cada vez, o puedes pasear por sus 2 hermanas hoteles para baños de primavera más grandes. El hotel se encuentra en una casa tradicional y se encuentra en una calle de la que se puede atrapar y no se puede llevar grandes maletas, así que sólo empaqueta un pequeño bolso y deja la maleta abajo o en el coche.

Last minute booked this hotel with onsen as this accommodation is the nearest to Nagoya station then. But it is still a 12 min walk from Meitetsu Nagoya (where you take the train to airport). Onsen is very small with 4 washing cubicles in the female. Amenities provided within the onsen are also limited eg 1 hair dryer with no seat. But the hot water relaxed the muscles after 1 day walking. I booked a bigger room that is meant for 2 to 4 pax. Comfortable stay, return your unused toothbrush and toothpaste in exchange fo a small treat. Welcome drink until 8pm is a plus point.
