¡Este hotel fue lo mejor de nuestro viaje! La ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca de restaurantes y lugares de interés increíbles. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, moderna e impecablemente limpia, con una cama cómoda. El personal, especialmente el de recepción, fue increíblemente amable y servicial, ofreciendo excelentes consejos locales. El desayuno tenía una selección fantástica, fresco y delicioso. El hotel estaba muy apartado de las principales atracciones de San Marcos, pero era muy fácil llegar con el barco lanzadera del hotel Hilton. Todo estaba muy bien pensado y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todo el mundo.

El hotel está alejado del centro y en una zona algo aislada, pero se puede llegar a pie en unos 20 minutos caminando. El punto fuerte es que está a tan sólo 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren en caso de que sea el medio de transporte que ese utilice. La ventaja es que el precio es bastante más económico. El hotel es muy grande y amplio. Limpieza perfecta. El inconveniente es que falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones, por ejemplo, nuestra puerta no se cerraba y podía acceder cualquiera desde fuera. Nos intentaron cambiar a otra habitación pero la luz del baño estaba fundida. Así que optamos por dejar las maletas en consigna e ir a visitar la ciudad mientras buscaban una solución. Finalmente encontraron otra habitación de las mismas características y tenían nuestro equipaje allí cuando volvimos. El personal fue atento y agradable.

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Buena ubicación cerca del lago Garda. Hotel grande. Diseño sobrio. Habitaciones confortables. Personal amigable. Buen precio por dinero.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and overall clean well kept environment. Very close to an Aldi and a lovely little coffee shop if you walk further up the winding round, in the residential area. Hotel offers shuttle service to and from Venice at a visit of €10 per way and for the airport too at a cost of €8 per way. I think there is a train station nearby, which I did not use. Venice is about a 25 minute drive away from the hotel and for the dates that I was there, a €10 fee per day was applied to visit the city. The breakfast options were varied and tasted good, unsure about vegetarian options for sausages etc. The room I had booked faced the front of the hotel and had a fan/thermostat system however the windows did not open. The shower flooded the bathroom floor somewhat as there wasn't a stopper, the first night I was there. So I was extra cautious the next time I showered. All in all, I would recommend staying at this hotel. It was a positive experience for me.

Great mountain stay with excellent service and views I stayed one night at Hotel Villa Argentina during my trip through the Dolomites, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. Pros: • The breakfast was excellent, especially the bacon and omelet — a nice touch before heading out for the day. • The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and requests very smooth. • The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially if you’re lucky to get a mountain-facing room — peaceful and scenic. Cons: • The hotel is a bit far from the town center, so it’s more suited if you have a car or want a quiet stay in nature. • The building is old, though the rooms and bathrooms have been nicely renovated, so it’s comfortable once you’re inside. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet, scenic stop in the Dolomites with good food and service.

La habitación es muy agradable, especialmente en el estilo oriental de Venecia. Sólo el baño, como algunos ya han mencionado, no es adecuado para la habitación. Es limpio y está equipado con todo lo que necesita/espere. Sólo difiere del estilo. Y un poco más de destacar son los grandes cons de aire en frente de la ventana que un super alto. El resto era realmente perfecto. El desayuno buffet incluye todo lo que necesitas. Sólo el café en polvo que puedes conseguir por el precio - descanso necesitas ordenar por separado, que es diferente a otros 5 estrellas Hotel donde he estado antes. Al menos un café «bueno» debe incluirse en el precio alto. En general, es una buena estancia con un personal muy amigable y la ubicación es perfecta, ya que está cerca de las mejores vistas.

La ubicación es buena, a unos 10-15 minutos en autobús desde la estación de Mestre y hay un autobús directo a la isla principal de Venecia. Puedes comprar el billete de autobús en la recepción del hotel. Hay un gran supermercado (CONAD) frente al hotel y algunos restaurantes cerca. Aunque la habitación es un poco pequeña, no se pueden abrir dos maletas grandes al mismo tiempo. La selección del desayuno está bien, solo la opción habitual de desayuno, pero el personal es muy agradable.

It is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

Este hotel tiene una arquitectura bastante inusual, nos encantaron todos los diferentes espacios. Cuando entre en la zona de recepción, observe los hermosos círculos de cristal de Murano que iluminan la zona. A pocos pasos de la parada del vaporetto. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas, las camas son súper cómodas. Muy tranquilo. Hay un bar/terraza genial con vistas a la Laguna; disfrutamos de cócteles allí un par de noches. Las bebidas son caras. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en Murano por unas cuantas noches, visitar Burano y otras islas cercanas, qué delicia mágica. Nos habíamos quedado en la isla de Venecia durante unos días, por lo que fue agradable alejarnos de las multitudes. El hotel organizó un taxi acuático en barco de madera hasta el aeropuerto, lo cual fue lo más destacado de mi fabulosa estancia en Venecia.
