Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Leon d’Oro en Verona. El hotel está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la estación de tren, lo que facilita los desplazamientos. Está a un paseo del centro (unos 15-20 minutos), pero es una caminata agradable si te gusta caminar. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cómodas, lo que garantiza una estancia relajante. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda mi estancia, y el vestíbulo y las zonas comunes tienen un ambiente elegante y acogedor. Un pequeño inconveniente fue que no había aire acondicionado disponible durante nuestra estancia, ya que aún no era verano en Italia; me hubiera gustado que estuviera disponible para mayor comodidad. En general, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y una experiencia muy agradable. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Verona.

Aunque solo hay una gasolinera enfrente del hotel, la ubicación sigue siendo excelente. La parada de autobús a Venecia y al aeropuerto está justo enfrente del hotel. El autobús tarda 8 minutos en llegar a la Plaza de Roma. El hotel vende los billetes de autobús. Hay dos autobuses y el horario es muy regular. Nunca tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos. ¡Muy práctico! La piscina también está muy bien, no hay mucha gente. El desayuno estaba bien. El personal fue muy amable con la información, especialmente para llegar a Venecia y al aeropuerto.

Nos encanta la habitación del hotel, es muy espaciosa, limpia y hermosa 😍 Sin embargo, la ubicación no es la mejor, está a 18 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y todavía hay que tomar otro tren (2 paradas) hasta Venecia. Inicialmente pensamos que el hotel proporcionaría un servicio de transporte gratuito, pero solo nos dijeron que nuestro paquete no está incluido en el servicio de transporte y que debemos pagar 20 euros por persona por trayecto para poder utilizar el servicio de transporte. Esta es una villa muy pequeña y creo que les falta personal para trabajar. Solo había un recepcionista cuando llegamos por primera vez, y cuando nos dirigió a la habitación equivocada, tocó la puerta y había alguien adentro. Luego nos dijo que era una habitación equivocada. Cuando regresamos por la noche, no había recepcionista en el mostrador (esperamos 5-10 minutos y llamamos al timbre del mostrador). Nos sorprendió mucho que la persona de la limpieza que limpió nuestra habitación no nos llenó el agua y ni siquiera reemplazó los vasos nuevos o lavó nuestros vasos. Los vasos usados ​​se dejaron en el mismo sitio. En general, creo que lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación, pero no estaba allí para el servicio o si necesitas viajar a Venecia.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and overall clean well kept environment. Very close to an Aldi and a lovely little coffee shop if you walk further up the winding round, in the residential area. Hotel offers shuttle service to and from Venice at a visit of €10 per way and for the airport too at a cost of €8 per way. I think there is a train station nearby, which I did not use. Venice is about a 25 minute drive away from the hotel and for the dates that I was there, a €10 fee per day was applied to visit the city. The breakfast options were varied and tasted good, unsure about vegetarian options for sausages etc. The room I had booked faced the front of the hotel and had a fan/thermostat system however the windows did not open. The shower flooded the bathroom floor somewhat as there wasn't a stopper, the first night I was there. So I was extra cautious the next time I showered. All in all, I would recommend staying at this hotel. It was a positive experience for me.

We decided with Hotel De Len as our 3D2N stay in Dolomites. The room was very clean and the hotel service was great. It is in a small town in Cortina and we could feel the warmth service from the team. The team did a small upgrade for us as it was our honeymoon and the morning view was great! Would totally stay here again if we ever visit Dolomites

It is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel and the island are absolutely beautiful — a real gem. However, there’s a big but: catastrophic lack of staff. The service level is very weak. You can see the staff are trying their best, but there are simply not enough people. In the morning, all hands are on deck for breakfast. The reception and concierge desks are empty — when we asked where everyone was, we were told: ”Sorry, they're all serving breakfast.” Breakfast itself was a struggle: huge queues for coffee, and tables were left uncleaned. That said, this is the only downside of this beautiful place. Everything else we really enjoyed. Tip for future guests: Don't be afraid to book a room in the separate building overlooking the lagoon. Yes, it's a long walk, but the view from the room is absolutely worth it.

Puedes comprar el billete de autobús en la recepción del hotel. Hay un gran supermercado (CONAD) frente al hotel y algunos restaurantes cerca. Aunque la habitación es un poco pequeña, no se pueden abrir dos maletas grandes al mismo tiempo. La selección del desayuno está bien, solo la opción habitual de desayuno, pero el personal es muy agradable.
