Excellent hotel with good service at reception, hotel room is clean and very strategic in the heart of Medan city.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.

El servicio del hotel es excelente y su ubicación, en pleno centro, es muy conveniente para viajar. El desayuno estaba muy completo y me alojaría aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Medan. El agua de la piscina estaba un poco turbia.

La ubicación es excelente n es justo en el centro de la ciudad medan. Hay un gran centro comercial: el centro de delipark justo frente al hotel w Sogo como la tienda de ancla. Hay muchas comerías n cine disponible en el piso superior. La seguridad del hotel es muy estrecha que me hace sentir seguro ... El personal allí r allí para darnos la bienvenida al hotel

Un hotel limpio y bueno con la mejor ubicación en la ciudad de Medan. La habitación era grande, limpia y muy cómoda. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. No se queja, pero que el pequeño gesto es necesario ... Sin embargo, la dama FO que me trató fue muy amable ... The hotel was unable to find in Waze and Google Map until we asked someone. The front desk staff aren't well verse in English and struggling to understand our English and broken bahasa Indonesia. Booked a room via trip.com and promised King bed but the hotel staff said all economy room comes with queen bed. We found booking information was misleading and felt cheated. There wasn't a toilet paper in the bathroom and I asked for twice. Promised to deliver but did not. The pillows of the room are not for normal human being and my partner has to remove more than half of the ” artificial form” of the pillows to reduce height.( I m more than 5 feet and he is more than 6 feet height).... otherwise it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with this kind of pillow.
