Hoteles con Spa en Sumatra Septentrional, Indonesia

This is my 4th or 5th stays when coming to Medan. We stayed for 3 or more nights normally on every trip. The services and everythings are perfect and no fault. Breakfast are always meet our expectations. Bed is good and so comfort. I ll come back again in May 2026.

The hotel is fantastic. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect. I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan

La primera vez quedó aquí, todo estaba fuera de límite. El servicio era muy agradable especialmente Deya, ella está siendo tan profesional me maneja mientras se echa un vistazo. Y todo el resto del personal es increíble. El desayuno también es bueno aunque era bastante ocupado. A pesar de eso, realmente tuve una agradable estancia.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas del que se podría decir que es bastante satisfactorio. Es solo que no puedes conseguir una habitación según tu solicitud. Por un gran servicio El desayuno es delicioso y variado pero suele acab**** y las colas son largas por lo que el dim sum es el más solicitado

The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

El servicio del hotel es excelente y su ubicación, en pleno centro, es muy conveniente para viajar. El desayuno estaba muy completo y me alojaría aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Medan. El agua de la piscina estaba un poco turbia.

Karibia hotel always be my favourite choice as its very convenient to nearby town . Its closed to my friends here in Indonesia. Receptionist ramah , housekeeping juga bagus . Restaurant juga bagus , menu sarapan nya pelbagai and worth it. Always come back here again . Salam dari Malaysi

We booked 2 rooms and were extremely disappointed with the condition of the rooms. • One room had blocked drainage at both the sink and bathroom, making it difficult to use the facilities. • The other room’s toilet bowl was very dirty with visible stains and was clearly not properly cleaned. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable for a paid stay. These issues caused great inconvenience and raised concerns about hygiene standards. We expect the management to take this matter seriously and improve room maintenance and housekeeping.

La ubicación está en el centro de todo. Hay parking de vip frente al hotel. El desayuno es variado y muy bueno! La habitación es limpia, enorme. Pero no hay baño. El adaptador de viajes y hierro está disponible a petición. Cabar comida está disponible hasta tarde de la noche. ¡El servicio es excelente! 👍🏼

Mi estancia aquí fue muy agradable. El personal fue amable. El menú del desayuno cambiaba a diario y estaba muy rico. Alojarse aquí a un precio razonable y desayunar fue una gran oferta.
