What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Séjour très agrable ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés, chambre au 4eme étage avec vue sur la mer, juste magnifique ! Coucher de soleil extra Petit déjeuné très bien, partie faite maison ! Accueil vraiment top, de bons conseils, service parfait ! Je ne peux que recommander ! Effectivement grosse montée quand on revient de rethymnon mais bon, ça vaut le coup !

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

Needed a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes. The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony. There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend

Redelijk hotel. Ruime kamers. Moderne interieur, maar er is weinig aandacht voor de hotelgasten. Communicatie gaat over het algemeen via whatsapp. Dat is prima, maar weinig persoonlijkheid, wat we in andere hotels op kreta meer hadden. Helaas niet heel schoon. We hadden strandhanddoeken gevraagd. Speciale handdoeken voor strand hadden ze niet maar desondanks bereid om te helpen. Beperkt aantal eigen parkeerplaatsen, maar over het algemeen kun je op straat wel een plek vinden.

This hotel is very nice and clean, it has a nice pool outside and awesome balcony view. Room was very nice.

Nice little hotel in a nice little downtown area, just a few minutes walk to shopping area and good restaurants, reception are exceptionally nice and helpful.

¡BIENVENIDO DE NUEVO! Fantástica alegría y placer que hemos tenido en el Hotel Aquila durante nuestra estancia allí en Heraklion, era nuestra primera vez. Lo disfruté en el desayuno, nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y con suficiente espacio con terraza y excelente vista... La piscina en el sexto piso era placentera... Todo el hotel es interesante tanto en el exterior como en el interior... Este hotel tiene mucho que ofrecer y lo más importante es ¡Dale un toque de felicidad a tu estadía! Muchas sonrisas desde Belgrado :)) J&K

El hotel es un hotel increíble y familiar con todo lo que puedas solicitar en el terreno. Los platos también tenían una gran variedad con diferentes ambientes para varias noches. El entretenimiento se abrió en el mismo momento que me iba y la canción del lado del bar era tan hermosa, un gran toque al espacio que le da que la exclusividad adulta se siente lejos de las otras áreas del hotel que se ocupaba de toda la familia.

Excelente servicio, amables y profesionales nn podría haber encontrado mejor
