La habitación está en el piso superior, es un típico edificio de la casa inglesa reformado, la vista es muy limitada, además de eso, todo está bien, especialmente el servicio del restaurante es excelente. La señora del restaurante me ayudó a preparar algo de comida temporalmente por la mañana debido a la hora de la hora. Gracias.

Es un edificio impresionante, así que tenía algunas expectativas. La habitación era un poco fechada en la parte más reciente. No muchas como se puede esperar de este tipo de hotel. La zona del bar es muy agradable mirando hacia un maravilloso jardín y, por lo tanto, el restaurante. En esa nota, la comida fue dejada en tierra. He pedido un pollo de curry verde tailandés. Estaba muy aguardando esto, pero cuando llegó fue una decepción total. El pollo probablemente fue un resto de otra comida, muy seco. La salsa no era como el curry verde y el arroz que estaba microondas. Las amas eran muy guapas y se disculpó y la que la quitó de mi cuenta. Dijeron que tenían un chef de agencias. ¡Así que es una vergüenza!!

La ubicación es muy buena y el aparcamiento es difícil de encontrar.  La habitación era limpia y temprana, con una cama firme, el clima era muy caliente, y aunque en la habitación había un fan, el calor estaba estirando y tan caliente.  La piscina interior era de gran tamaño, pero era tan increíblemente caliente en el edificio, era difícil respirar!! (Abra las puertas para dejar que un poco de oxígeno en!) La cena era buena, como el desayuno la mañana siguiente.  Muy caro para una estancia moderada.  Aquí tienes un buen personal.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived and rooms were spotless, everything we needed. Did have a little musty smell but it's an older building didn't spoil they stay. We ate in the lounge bar food was lovely staff again were great. We requested a quiet room and it was didn't hear a noise peaceful stay. There's a nature walk on the grounds it was nice of an evening to take a little stroll lovely surroundings I'd stay there again

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena en un campo de golf en las afueras, muy cerca de la autopista pero hay que conducir. La única queja es que el desayuno es realmente malo y todo lo demás es bastante bueno.

Este hotel es el hotel más rentable de mi viaje a Inglaterra, ¡muy valioso! La habitación es grande, la cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas, las instalaciones son completas, el estacionamiento es gratuito y el desayuno es excelente. De hecho, debería ser una transformación de una antigua mansión, el jardín es muy grande, me recuerda a Downton Manor. El hermano pequeño de la recepción es súper gracioso y tiene una expresión rica.

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!
