El Hotel Sahrai es un hotel privado y hermoso al aire libre, situado fuera de la ciudad, y es una buena opción para los viajeros que desean vivir fuera del aire libre y de la ciudad vieja. El hotel está situado en la cima de una colina y el techo ofrece una hermosa vista de los antiguos barrios de la medina y los judíos. Esta es una buena opción si tienes mucho equipaje, ya que no se permite que los coches te caigan en Riads dentro de la Medina.

If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome. The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

Instalaciones: Las habitaciones son enormes para ser un Riad, haciendo honor a su título de suite. Las camas son cómodas y los baños son luminosos. Las zonas comunes son de primera categoría en Fesri; vale la pena visitarlas, sacar fotos y disfrutar del edificio de 700 años de antigüedad. Sin embargo, ha sido recientemente renovado, así que no se preocupe por las instalaciones anticuadas. Los muebles y demás materiales son exquisitos, incluso con incrustaciones de nácar. Durante mi estancia, en el día más caluroso, el aire acondicionado de mi habitación de lujo no funcionaba bien, así que me cambiaron a una suite familiar (las otras habitaciones estaban llenas, lo que demuestra su popularidad). Entorno: Las fotos muestran la belleza de las zonas comunes: paredes de mosaico, atrio, vegetación, sillas, etc., todo con una meticulosa artesanía. El hotel está en pleno casco antiguo, a unos 15 minutos a pie del aparcamiento. Hay muchos callejones, pero recuerda buscar los carteles de los hoteles en las paredes; no son difíciles de encontrar. Servicio: En general, el servicio fue excelente. El personal del hotel fue muy amable, el desayuno abundante y la terraza ofrecía vistas únicas del casco antiguo. Sin embargo, el personal que se encarga del equipaje no es empleado del hotel, por lo que se aplica un cargo adicional (trabajan duro para su trabajo, así que pagarles está bien; solo tienes que preguntar al hotel con antelación). En resumen, ¡muy recomendable!

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

No more support We were unable to reach the hotel because our Qatar Airways flight through the Middle East was cancelled due to the war. We had booked three double rooms. I contacted Trip.com for assistance, and also reached out to the hotel directly via messages and email to explain the situation. Unfortunately, we did not receive any support or response at all. In contrast, many other hotels in Morocco were understanding and offered free cancellations or flexible rescheduling. This hotel, however, was extremely rigid and showed no consideration for our circumstances. I was initially very impressed by the hotel’s décor based on previous reviews, but given this experience, it’s something we will seriously reconsider if we ever return to Morocco in the future.

Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress. Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool. Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

Instalaciones: el momento es muy grande, el baño es muy dulce, en general, es relativamente antiguo, absolutamente incapaz de decir paciencia, el único defecto es que la red es realmente muy mala, básicamente igual a la falta de red...La puntualidad es que la red es muy mala. Higiene: ¡muy limpia  Ambiente: es un poco difícil encontrar la carretera en un gran paquete. Hay marroquíes en el camino para ayudar. ¡Y aún necesitan los pequeños peces, pero el dueño de la tienda los cerró fuera de la puerta, no les damos los pequeños peces! El entorno es muy claro, el jardín de la piscina también es muy bonito, muy bien fotografado! Servicio: El servicio es muy bueno, te dará un plato verde cuando te quedes, y te preguntará qué quieres al desayuno, todo el sabor marroquí puede comer!

My family and I had a lovely time during our stay at Riad Dar Elbellar. All staff are excellent and v helpful, especially Salma and Quisim. The owner Zac has ensured the Riad is beautifully decorated with a wonderful roof terrace where we enjoyed an evening meal (too hot to sit out during day). We also enjoyed having our breakfast in the indoor dining room (with air conditioning). We were in Fes for a birthday celebration, so didn’t do much sightseeing but staff can help book if you do want to explore Fes.
