We stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

Disappointing Room Size  The hotel room I received didn’t match the specifications promised during booking. Advertised as a 26 sqm King-sized space, the room I walked into was significantly smaller (around 20 sqm) —cramped and difficult to navigate, with barely any space for luggage or comfortable movement. Initially, the service agent insisted all rooms were the same size and claimed I’d been upgraded to a Queen-sized room. They also told me no alternative rooms were available due to full booking. After nearly an hour of late-night discussion with the on-duty manager—around 11pm—I was finally offered a room that was noticeably more spacious and aligned with my expectations. This experience highlights the importance of honest and accurate descriptions in hotel listings. I hope future guests won’t have to deal with the same confusion and inconvenience.

El hotel es moderno y limpio. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas cama de calidad. Grande cama. Ducha y baño limpio y moderno. Nice toque con botella de agua y cocina. El desayuno era horrible. ¡La placa continental era de hambre y queso! No hay huevos por 20 minutos. Platos quemando caliente, salsajes. Realmente barato y ni siquiera sabía como salsa! El peor desayuno jamás comido en un hotel. La vergüenza que el resto del hotel fue bueno en todos los sentidos.

1. La ubicación del hotel es especialmente buena. En la zona central de Chiping Kamden, hay un estacionamiento público junto a él y el estacionamiento es muy conveniente. Pero la navegación debe tener en cuenta la dirección, y el nombre del otro hotel en la zona es el mismo. 2, este día, el hotel me informó provisionalmente de un problema en mi habitación, así que me trasladó a otro hotel más avanzado fuera de la ciudad, y el entorno y las instalaciones son mejores.

La habitación es buena, es que el ascensor está roto, el camarero está muy bien, ayuda a mencionar la puerta de la habitación.Es el mejor hotel de la ubicación de la visita a la escuela.

Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

El entorno es invencible. En el campo de golf, todas las direcciones son exuberantes, grandes áreas de césped y bosque, y la decoración es elegante. El desayuno y la cena son buenos, el precio es razonable y la actitud del servicio es buena. Está a cierta distancia del centro de Cotswolds, pero es fácil llegar a Bath a alta velocidad. Lo malo es que las habitaciones, especialmente los baños, son demasiado pequeñas, no hay ascensor, la escalera es muy estrecha, es inconveniente llevar equipaje grande y este hotel admite mascotas. Hay perros ladrando en las siguientes habitaciones por la noche.

Not worth the price. The place is stunning don’t get me wrong. However, it was a bit disappointing in terms of hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel room was a bit disgusting with a vape and used slippers under the bed with hairs in the bath upon arrival. Furthermore, no TV remote and any information of what to do in the hotel. Breakfast was brilliant but when you weigh the price of the hotel and the hospitality, I just don’t think £300 was worth the stay. Furthermore, the spa was rammed with children and parents so the size to person ratio was a bit much. Furthermore, restaurants are always booked up and it’s difficult to get a reservation unless you want to end up in the horsebox restaurant last minute. Bartender was rude when under pressure from the restaurant as I asked for a drinks menu, to which he pointed me to go and get the menu for it. So just ultimately a bit disappointing especially since a room is nearly half a grand.
