Hoteles con Spa en Gansu, China

We had a fantastic stay which was made even better by a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and had toiletries for kids. There are many amenities available and the toiletries given is definitely more then the other hotels. Bottled water are easily accessible in every floor which is a great idea. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The meals in the hotel are tasty with huge portions given. Overall, it was an excellent experience and will definitely come back again.

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

¡maravilloso!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely nice and the room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay, especially since we arrived at midnight. The room itself was modern and clean, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of a humidifier, which was perfect for Lanzhou's dry climate. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which made everything all the more convenient. Our overall experience was positive, with the high standards evident in both the room quality and the attentive service. It was a very comfortable overnight stay.

The service at the front desk was consistently good. They helped with getting an electrical adaptor, early morning taxi, etc. The buffet breakfast was reasonably priced with good fruit. But only once in three mornings was a cook available to prepare the Lanzhou signature dish of beef noodles (niu rou mian) My room was fine but a bit dated. However, I chose the cheapest option. The location close to the main gate of Lanzhou University and right next to a subway stop on the busy line 1 was perfect. The English at the front desk was much better than my Chinese.

Nice hotel. Of course everything about the room was great. I would say that I don't think the price is worth it though, as I don't think that the hot springs are quite worth the entrance price. But everything was fine. All very quiet and relaxing and clean and everyone friendly
