Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Experiencia fantástica. Las habitaciones y el exterior de la propiedad, aunque grande, podrían ser mucho mejor con un abrigo de pintura y problemas de piombo menores resueltos además de eliminar las pinturas de las cucharas exteriores. Sería muy recomendable este hotel. Muy grande ubicación. La comida era adecuada para un rey y tuvimos nuestro propio chef con otras 3 personas esperando por nosotros.

The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We stayed at the hotel twice within a five-day period, and on both occasions, the staff provided excellent service. They were courteous, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay, making our experience pleasant and comfortable. We truly appreciate their professionalism and warm hospitality.

El hotel ha llegado a los años. Pero super servicio y es suficiente para un parada intermedia, es a pie en unos 30 minutos.

El hotel es un hotel de calidad, el hotel está situado en el edificio principal, y el hotel está situado en una zona hermosa y bien diseñada, el personal está bienvenido, siempre interesado en nuestros deseos. La piscina es pequeña, pero las habitaciones con vistas al jardín y los clubes tienen sus piscinas, así que la gente era poco, tranquilamente era posible mentir en la mentira. No me gustaban los taxis obsesionados en la entrada al hotel. Llamado el Uber, así que no nos dejaron que el conductor nos recogera! ¡Era necesario subir un poco más alto ( hacia el Gokolam Hotel) y sólo allí podíamos entrar en el coche. ¡Muy desagradable, y para un hotel de esta clase no está claro por qué permiten el estacionamiento de un taxi, no se sentía seguro! Tenga en cuenta que si usa el limpiador, el conductor no podrá ir al territorio del hotel e incluso a la puerta, tiene que ir más arriba en la carretera, sólo allí puede sentarse en el coche, pasando esta mafia de taxistas.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the resort. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views. There are swings for both kids and adults, ***** with a dedicated kids' play area, making it a great choice for families. We booked a Garden View Cottage with a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was good. For lunch and dinner, we ordered à la carte. The overall service was excellent, and the staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. A special thanks to Mr. Nalin from the F&B team. He provided exceptional service and took great care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made our experience memorable. A few suggestions for improvement: The open swimming pool has a minimum depth of 3 feet. A 2-foot shallow section would be much safer and more enjoyable for small children. The other two swimming pools were under renovation during our stay, so I couldn't comment on them. Adding more North Indian food options to the menu would be appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this resort to families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

An unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

Un Marriott es un Marriott. Salvo por algunos inconvenientes menores. El primer día, solo había una bata en la habitación, a pesar de ser doble. El segundo día, la bata desapareció. El menú del minibar es una cosa, pero otro producto completamente distinto tiene una selección mucho menor de la que se indica. Por lo demás, todo bien. Es un hotel elegante, con desayunos normales. Tiene una bonita piscina con gimnasio. El restaurante está abierto las 24 horas, lo cual es muy práctico. El personal es muy amable y profesional. La próxima vez que vaya a Kočani, me alojaré aquí.
