«Reservé una habitación familiar y era muy espaciosa, con dos camas grandes de 2 metros. La distribución general del espacio era lógica, y los dos baños estaban separados en seco y húmedo, limpios, higiénicos y cómodos. La señora de la limpieza arreglaba la habitación todos los días, y siempre me sentía seguro al volver a la habitación después de un día agotador. Descripción: absolutamente un nivel de 5 estrellas y todavía no puedo creer que hayamos pagado un precio tan bueno por experimentar un hotel tan agradable. Ventajas: El hotel en sí no está en la zona turística, lo cual considero mejor, ya que las zonas de moda y turísticas suelen tener mucho tráfico y no se puede llegar en coche hasta el hotel, sino que hay que caminar un poco, lo que me parece demasiado trabajo arrastrar las maletas para encontrar hoteles. UUsuario invitadoLo mejor de viajar con mis hijos a Chongqing durante el feriado del Día Nacional fue reservar el Hotel Regent. Originalmente había pensado reservar el InterContinental, pero después de una noche de dudas, finalmente elegí el Regent, que ofrecía una habitación más grande, una ubicación más tranquila (de hecho, más conveniente) y un servicio excelente. La primera noche, mi bebé se mareó y vomitó. Varios miembros del personal nos abrieron la puerta enseguida y nos ayudaron con el equipaje y otros asuntos. Al registrarme, me dijeron que nuestra familia, dos adultos y dos niños, podía lavar 12 prendas gratis al día. ¡Sí, 12 prendas! Me sorprendió tanto que pregunté tres veces. El servicio de lavandería fue excelente: lavaban, planchaban y empaquetaban las prendas todos los días, colgándolas en el armario. Había solicitado una habitación para no fumadores en un piso alto en mi reserva, y me la proporcionaron. También les proporcionaron a los niños albornoces, zapatillas y artículos de aseo. La cama de 2,4 metros de altura era lo suficientemente cómoda para toda la familia. Los aperitivos y bebidas en la habitación eran gratis y estaban deliciosos. La ubicación del hotel es fantástica. Abajo está el parque Jiangtan, y al otro lado se pueden ver Hongyadong y Liziba. La vista de la ribera es impresionante, mucho más agradable que la abarrotada entrada a Hongyadong. Durante las vacaciones, el tráfico cerca de Jiefangbei es tan congestionado que resulta casi insoportable. El otro lado es mucho más cómodo. Después de alojarme en el Regent Chongqing, seré más exigente al reservar hoteles. Si un hotel del mismo nivel tiene menos detalles que el Regent y es más caro que el Regent, querré dar una mala reseña. 😂

From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and took care of every detail to ensure a seamless experience. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a cozy bed, high-quality linens, and a modern bathroom stocked with premium toiletries. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room’s cleanliness throughout my stay. What really impressed me was Kathy’s thoughtfulness. When I mentioned I preferred ordering takeout, she not only provided recommendations for the best local delivery options but also offered to have the food brought directly to my room. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of fresh choices, and the location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful at night. The fitness center and pool were clean and well-maintained. Thanks to Kathy and the entire team, my stay was flawless. Jinke truly knows how to make guests feel valued, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

ZZnccA menudo me alojo en ese hotel en Changsha, pero esta es la primera vez que me alojo en Chongqing. This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful. Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out. That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience. The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay. However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast. The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype... In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

Las siguientes son áreas en las que el hotel necesita mejorar: En primer lugar, la habitación doble estándar de negocios es solo el tipo de habitación básica del hotel. No hay guardarropa en la habitación, lo que no es coherente con la habitación doble estándar de negocios marcada en la interfaz de reserva de Ctrip, que contiene un armario y un vestidor. Si esto le importa, considérelo detenidamente al hacer su reserva. En segundo lugar, el hotel tuvo algunas omisiones al confirmar los pedidos de los clientes de Ctrip. Sin embargo, las flores se quedaron abajo y nadie me las subió. Solo después de que pregunté activamente, el conserje las llevó a la habitación, lo que hizo que mi pedido anticipado de flores fuera inútil. 2. Pedí al hotel que decorara la habitación con antelación según mis requisitos, pero había objetos de decoración adicionales en la habitación que no se retiraron. 3. Me ascendieron de categoría de habitación a una con vistas al río, pero había obras de renovación debajo de la habitación con vistas al río y se podía escuchar el ruido de la construcción. 4. The showers are also great( two in every shower room) Great quality TV with great sound. Good selection of movies( not the latest releases) but all free. Food at the hotell restaurants had good standard. The best we have experienced in China. But for double the price we would pay for the same quality Chinese food in Norway. Surprisingly! But keep clear of the pizza. It is actually just a frozen pizza type. Very small. We didn’t order any more western dishes after that, except for the Cesar’s salad. Which was good. The place is old now and a bit worn. But it’s still is very very beautiful and high quality. Where this hotell really shines is the services of the staff. Even if they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Chinese they are very patient. To a Norwegian it is almost too much. They carry your bags even when thy are too heavie and many for one person. They drive you you to and from your room if you have a villa. We got an upgrade from ordinary room with hot spring pool and double bed to a villa! Because we found 6 small worms in the shower room. I think this is pretty hard to avoid in such a sub tropical and humid environment. But we reported it to the staff and they immediately gave us an upgrade with a complementary big fruit basket. We were blown away by this huge upgrade. Only thing that was a bit negative and unexpected is the extra deposit fee which is quite high. I think this should have been more clearly informed in the hotell booking and hotell online page. We were a bit low on funds as Banyan tree was our last hotell stay in China before leaving and we were on a planned but tight budget. We solved it of course with our Mastercard but it caused a bit stress for us. And a second thing is that using Alipay instead of WeChat is more difficult at the hotell. ( not impossible)But without Chinese phone number you can’t use WeChat.

UUsuario invitadoLovely hotel. Convenient as close to the airport. Great location for us as we arrived at midnight and the hotel was less than 15 minutes away by hire car, booked through ***********.  Staff are friendly even when busy.  Great breakfast spread.  Friendly reception - keen to help out with local knowledge.  We were on level 20 and had expansive outlook, thank you.

CCindeeexLa habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se habían podido entrar. A las 8:00, 28 de mayo de 2025, el tipo del departamento de la cortesía me ayudó a comunicar con una persona de entrega. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de metro de Haitangxi, y el único pequeño abajo necesita cambiar los ascensores del piso de la planta baja al lobby, y luego al cuarto. El hotel no parecía que había estado en funcionamiento durante 9 años es limpio y bien mantenido
