Recibimos lo que pagamos, aunque un poco más caro de lo esperado, dado el servicio y las instalaciones tan simples. Sin embargo, el desayuno estuvo bastante bien; incluso nos dieron gofres calientes.

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

El hotel está muy bien y los trabajadores muy atentos y agradables. Lo que no me gustó es que nos dieron una habitación justo al lado del ascensor cuando pedí si podía ser lejos. Te dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero con nada que pidas ya te hacen pagar de más. Y lo peor es que te hacen pagar un depósito que se supone devuelven a las 2 o 4 semanas. Muy peseteros. Un quiero y no puedo donde te intentan sacar el dinero por cualquier cosa cuando ya pagas un elevado coste por alojarte allí.

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

Divya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

This hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village  centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!

Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y el hotel está conectado a la estación de Skytrain, a solo 15 minutos en tren. Pero no está cerca del centro. El hotel te da $20 gratis para jugar por huésped durante tu estancia, ¡así que básicamente es dinero gratis para jugar en el casino! 🤣 También me hicieron una mejora de habitación de cortesía. 😍 Me encantó esta estancia y es una pena que cobraran a todos los huéspedes la tarifa del resort, aunque no la uses. ¡Pero aun así, fue una estancia bastante buena!

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

Terminamos las vacaciones de primavera con una estancia súper relajante de tres días y dos noches en el Four Seasons Resort Whistler, y fue justo lo que nuestra familia de cuatro necesitaba. Las habitaciones eran increíbles: súper cómodas, elegantes e impecablemente limpias. ¿La vista de las montañas? Absolutamente impresionante. Hizo que relajarse fuera mucho más agradable. La piscina climatizada al aire libre y los jacuzzis fueron todo un éxito entre todos nosotros, y a los niños les encantó especialmente la sesión de asado de malvaviscos que se celebraba todos los días de 4 a 6 p. m. ¡Fue una actividad familiar muy divertida y acogedora! Las instalaciones de ping-pong también fueron muy populares, aunque parecían estar muy solicitadas. El desayuno también fue un punto culminante: el bufé tenía una increíble variedad de opciones, y nos sorprendió gratamente encontrar caviar de BC entre las opciones de ese día. ¡Un capricho único y delicioso! La única pega fue la sala de juegos: es un poco pequeña, especialmente en épocas de mucha afluencia como las vacaciones de primavera o el verano. Se sentía un poco limitada para todos los niños que esperaban usarla. Dicho esto, el personal estuvo a la perfección. Fueron súper amables y serviciales, añadiendo pequeños detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Four Seasons Whistler sin duda cumplió con creces. Nos fuimos con energías renovadas y ya estábamos pensando cuándo podríamos volver.
