The location is superb good. It is a SkyTrain hotel. The staff is friendly. The room quality is good, clean and cozy. The hotel swimming pool is amazing, it is a wonderful place for individual, couple and family. Due to it is a Casino hotel, you need to accept your neighbour made some noise after midnight. And this hotel has already been the first stated owned hotel, it is worth to stay when in town.

Hotel limpio cerca del terminal de ferry. Desayuno básico pero bien. A distancia del centro. Aparcamiento gratuito. Buenas habitaciones. Excelente cama. Excelente WiFi.

El hotel está muy bien y los trabajadores muy atentos y agradables. Lo que no me gustó es que nos dieron una habitación justo al lado del ascensor cuando pedí si podía ser lejos. Te dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero con nada que pidas ya te hacen pagar de más. Y lo peor es que te hacen pagar un depósito que se supone devuelven a las 2 o 4 semanas. Muy peseteros. Un quiero y no puedo donde te intentan sacar el dinero por cualquier cosa cuando ya pagas un elevado coste por alojarte allí.

front desk was really friendly and nice considering we checked in at minute. rooms were clean and cozy with microwave but no hot water kettle. overall a nice place for a place to stay in kelowna

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

This amazing hotel was renovated in 2024.  It is bright, clean, high ceilings give an open atmosphere.   The breakfast room is spacious!  Excellent selection for breakfast including eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice .   Desk staff were lovely.  This hotel was a great surprise!  Fabulous location in Penticton and quiet.

La higiene es el único planchado. El entorno es bueno, elegido frente al patio para ir a la habitación, sentarse en el balcón para beber y estar cómodo. No está lejos de la ciudad de abajo, conducir pronto se puede llegar. Recomendado!
