La habitación era muy espaciosa para el precio, así que podía descansar cómodamente Es bueno para los que viajan en un largo tiempo porque hay una cocina de comedor con sofá.

Ellos tienen una piscina en el techo, la vista de la piscina fue la mejor. No me gustaba el parking que necesito para estacionar en el primer o 9  piso para entrar al edificio. Pero sobre todas las familias y parejas recomendadas.

Breakfast is very good. The staff working in the breakfast restaurant are just amazing. The people working there are so polite and helpful. They always smile. The sauna, swimming pools and jacuzzi are all very nice. Unfortunately hotel doesn't have access to the beach and on Amywj Island there are no public beach

الخدمة جدًا بطيئة ولا يردون على الاتصال بسهولة (ممكن جينا في موسم مزدحم) لكن هذا لا يبرر التأخير وعدم الرد على الاتصال من الغرفة الطعام داخل الغرفة لا يرقى بأي حال من الأحوال لمستوى خمس نجوم الغرفة شرحة ولكن ليست مميزة (حجزنا أقل فئة) طلبنا منهم يعملون لنا بيرثداي واستجابوا لطلبنا مشكورين الفندق موقعه ممتاز داخل مراسي جاليريا

فندق جميل جدا ولكن فريق العمل بالفندق غير متعاون .. ثاني تجربة سيئة مع خدمة عملاء غير متعاونة ..

The hotel was extremely clean and modern, definitely worth it, however the service is non existent. I am from the UK and booked this hotel for a transiting flight, on the hotel website I was able to book the exact times I required the room (hour by hour) and on trip.com It was the standard check-in 2pm and exit 12pm the next day which does not work. After booking I emailed the hotel twice with no response to date and it’s been 3 weeks. When arriving at the hotel I had to wait 5 hours before I could have access to my room and I only stayed until my flight departure time which was a total of 10 hours out of the 22 hours which the room was booked for. In this case, not value for money. The service needs to improve, either have an instant chat or respond to email in a timely manner. There is a premium number which I did not ring since it would have cost a fortune!

Nice resort setlled on Amwaj Islands with direct access to the beach. There are 2 pools, with one being infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room. There are also 3 diner options within the resort. Unfortunately all that is not clearly mentioned in their description but we were happy to discovered that on-site. We had the chance to have Harris as our Room attendant. He is so kind and works with perfection, he made us feel like VVIP. Thank you Harris! Thanks as well to the front desk manager and the french spoken Lady at the reception for the high professionalism !
