This is a five-star hotel with impeccable facilities. While it's a little outside the city center, it seems to be located in an upscale residential area with many embassies. Perhaps because of this, the clientele consists mostly of government officials and international organization personnel, with few tourists. In other words, I felt the services geared towards tourists were somewhat lacking.

While there’s no major negative thing about this place, there is also no major positive. It stands out like a much better looking “Hollywood style motel”. The breakfast is adequate. The location is more or less ok. The fact that Dili needs people to have or arrange transportation continually does no favour for the hotel, but has nothing really to do with the hotel itself, of course. It is just that fact that there is nowhere really walking distance from it.
