Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and provided great service. The facilities were also in good condition, making the stay quite comfortable. The location, however, was a bit far from the city’s CBD area, but getting there was still easy thanks to the nearby tram access. Overall, a good stay with only the distance being a small downside. good view at night if you get a good room.

Excellent getaway accommodation!! Sitting in the beautiful Olinda area, cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. Such an healing experience here with peaceful surroundings of fresh air and trees.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The room was beautifully styled, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of high quality. The absolute highlight of our stay was the swimming pool. It was stunning, with incredible views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The hotel’s location was also ideal, right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a truly 5-star experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Our stay was a last minute booking. The venue and accommodation is just beautiful. Attention to detail in every aspect. We will definitely be back and next time for longer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location and helpful staff The hotel is really well located for the town and local attractions, including the many beautiful waterfalls in the area. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor — it was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and convenient onsite parking. The only downside was that it felt a bit like a goldfish bowl, as there were no sheer curtains on the windows and people walking by could easily see in. The bathroom was fine, though the bath was a little tired. The lounge was lovely, especially during happy hour, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Lorne.

The hotel was a last minute booking and the reviews made me stay here rather than another hotel. The hotel is in a good location and a nice area. Clean and spacious rooms and nice quality shampoo and body wash. We would have liked to use the hot springs and assumed they were part of the hotel amenities, but they need to be booked in advance which was disappointing. Generally I would recommend this hotel but make sure to book the hot springs.

Una muy buena experiencia de alojamiento. Esta es un campamento automotor en Tolcan, en el punto de partida de la carretera del Océano Atlántico, con varios tipos de habitaciones. Las habitaciones son grandes, limpias y cuentan con cocina completa, compramos comidas en Coles y WW no lejos para hacer dos comidas. El campamento está situado en la orilla del océano, a pocos minutos de coche del centro de la ciudad. Si se quedan fuera del trabajo, colocarán el cajón en el cajón de entrada y llamarán para preguntarle la contraseña del cajón.

Muy buenos lugares con muchas instalaciones que pueden utilizarse Y hay un spa de piscinas. También puedes alquilar un traje de neve. Y el departamento de ventas puede comprar café antes La habitación es muy grande El salón es suficiente para hacer negocios La cocina está completa.
