Llegamos tarde, pero conseguimos recoger las llaves. Muchas gracias. El baño en la habitación está muy frío durante el período de junio. El calor en la habitación no cubre ese espacio. El agua también podría ser un poco más caliente durante el invierno.

Room was really spacious and kitchen came with basic seasoning namely salt and pepper. There were tons of cockatoos on the porch in the morning so it can be a bit noisy but most people would usually be up by then so it should be fine.

Ventajas: Cerca del aeropuerto, hay un servicio de traslado en autobús y puedes recoger y dejar en el aeropuerto simplemente llamando a la recepción, lo cual es muy conveniente. El servicio de recepción fue cálido y cortés y nos permitió registrarnos una hora antes. Desventajas: El hotel es obviamente antiguo y no ha sido renovado. La basura en el baño de nuestra habitación no fue tirada, lo cual fue una gran penalización. El efecto de aislamiento acústico es medio.

Exceptionally positive stay and experience at this amazing hotel. The staff was very polite and, friendly and helpful all the way from check-in to check-out. The bath house and hot springs experience was one of a kind, very relaxing, refreshing and enjoyable. I will give it a 5 star rating and looking forward to visit again soon..

I booked to stay at the location on short notice and in the days before an event in Melbourne. Regarding the booking I got a very good rate. I can’t complain about the price. The location was excellent for my needs and was close to the city centre and food. There is an Aldi directly beside it too. The overall check in and I suppose check out process was easy enough but I felt like the counter staff were expecting a complaint when you approach and so weren’t very friendly until they realise you aren’t complaining, at least I wasn’t. The room to be honest was fine. The place is not brand new but the sheets were clean, the shower was clean and for $90 a night I had a 2 bedroom apartment with enough space got 4 people so it was fine. I read reviews on another site after booked and it was harrowing thinking that I was going to be staying in a bed bug infested dirty roach hotel however, it was not the case. Overall the room was honestly run down with old furniture but there was a full size working fridge, microwave, tv that worked and had Netflix, hot water and a comfortable enough bed with clean sheets.

Aaahh the serenity. This is one of the most peaceful and tranquil holiday parks we have stayed in. The grounds are loaded with lots of Australian native plants - attracting lots of birds and in the evening we could listen to the waves rolling in. Lovely. Our only complaint would be that the vinyl floors held quite a bit of dirt - as evidenced on our socks on the first day. We chose to wear slippers after that.

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

We stayed for 3 nights! The location is great! Super close to the Queen market and stations. We enjoy the SPA and swimming pool, the room is nice and clean. The kitchen facilities was not very enough! The cooking stuffs was very small. It was not enough to cook food for 4 ppl, and no oven equipped. One point made me very disappointed to the hotel. We left the room at 10:40am, and expected a cleaning service after we left. When we return after 3pm. The room was not cleaned, no bath towel, no replace of shampoo and shower gel, and the rubbish bin was totally full after 2 nights stay. I got a card at the door said we put a ”Do not disturb” sign (we didnt put) , and the staff wrote at 1:40pm. I went to the reception and bring the supplements myself. The receptionist said will investigate the situation, and it was no any follow-up and reply to me. This was the 1st time I have ever met, and it was a very bad ending in the au journey.
