Hotel muy recomendable para pasar la noche si tienes algún vuelo temprano. El transfer funciona las 24 horas del día. Las habitaciones son cómodas, silenciosas y muy espaciosas. Tiene también una piscina y gimnasio.

The hotel is really well located for the town and local attractions, including the many beautiful waterfalls in the area. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor — it was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and convenient onsite parking. The only downside was that it felt a bit like a goldfish bowl, as there were no sheer curtains on the windows and people walking by could easily see in. The bathroom was fine, though the bath was a little tired. The lounge was lovely, especially during happy hour, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Lorne.

La habitación era muy tranquila, el complejo estaba muy ocupado con el restaurante y la sala de eventos llena de mi habitación estaba muy tranquila.
El hotel está muy bien situado, muy limpio y adecuado, muy bien calentado y refrigerado, fácil de ajustar a su gusto.
La habitación tiene un servicio y una entrada muy agradables, profesionales y agradables.

El servicio del receptor (Kavi) es excelente, esperando un tubo caliente/baño en el estúdio real todo el camino a Traralgon, sin embargo, sólo sabíamos que no tiene ningún bañón o bañón caliente incluido, aunque se indica en su sitio web 🥲 distinto de eso, la habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, la comida también es grande

SSolomon LoOn 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs!
Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

YYew Siong TanNovotel Melbourne on Collins was a fantastic base for our family trip! The location truly is perfect – having multiple free city tram stops within 100 meters made exploring effortless. We easily walked to major spots like Flinders Street Station and the stunning State Library Victoria. Food options were plentiful nearby, making ”food hunting” a breeze.
A major plus for us was the onsite parking. Renting a car was stress-free knowing we had a guaranteed, convenient spot each night (parking fee applicable, refer to hotel front desk).
The room was impressively spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of two adults and a kid. Having two queen-size beds was ideal – everyone had plenty of room to sleep well.
**Things that could elevate the experience further:**
1. Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast was good, a wider selection of hot and cold options would be appreciated, especially for a longer stay.
2. TV Upgrade: The current TV channel is very limited. Upgrading to Smart TVs with access to streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube would be a huge improvement for in-room entertainment, especially for families with young kids / toddler.
3. Shaving Kit Quality:The provided shaving kit's ”cream” (which was a soap) and blade weren't great. Offering a slightly higher quality kit with proper shaving cream would be a noticeable touch.
**Overall:** We had a very comfortable and convenient stay thanks to the unbeatable location, easy parking, and spacious family room. Addressing the breakfast variety, TV upgrade, and shaving kit quality would easily push this towards a perfect 5-star experience. Highly recommended, especially for families needing space and city access.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable.
Cleanliness:
This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible.
Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief.
Service:
The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously.
Facilities:
Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family.
Room:
The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep.
Overall:
While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.

Even room cleaning was requested in the morning, the room was still not cleaned after 3:30pm. Also, the housekeeping staff left a bottle of cleaner in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite good. We booked the buffet dinner for one night, but the food was just okay. The oysters were not fresh enough and refill was not prompt.

UUsuario invitadoI stayed at house 13 on March 10 2025, and there a gang of black people having a party over the night at house 12. I don't want to discrimate people and I used the word ”black” merely to describe that group of people that night. The music is very loud, and from time to time there are heavy drum beats which you can feel the vibration from the floor, and sometimes they knocked the wall of the townhouse separating house 13 / 12, and I supposed no one can sleep under this situation. Both my wife and me could not sleep but scared because they are young & strong black males. Finally we turned on the light at 2 a.m. and open the curtain to tell them to quiet from our 1/F balcony when 3 of them were arguing with a woman loudly in the common backyard. They ignored and continued!
At 5 p.m. it's raining but I could not tolerate anymore, I went out to tell them silence please! A big tall black guy (not brown, very black) said ” I got you!”.
Frankly speaking, I was a little bit scare., but what elase I could do?!
When the reception open next day (house 1?), I complained and requested a change of room (actually house). The reception ladies are very friendly and they said they had reported the police twice that night for the noise is too loud & affecting many customers staying at different houses that night. But they do the same regardless the police warning. According to the reception, she had blacklisted this customer from booking the Quest hotel chain nationalwide (Australia) anymore. When I returned to the hotel the other day, I got a thank you card apologize for what had happened together with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused.
Although I had a nightmare in this hotel, I think it is a one-off incident, and I will still recomend this service apartment.

UUsuario invitadoCheck in was a little confusing at first, as our booking did not initially appear in the system. After some investigation, it turned out to be a system mix-up and everything was resolved.
Once checked in, we were directed to guest services, where staff walked us through a map of the resort and explained the amenities, which was helpful. However, this was also when a sales pitch was introduced for attending a 90-minute seminar about their resort club, with offers such as restaurant credits. While I understand the business intent, raising this during check in especially while our family was waiting in the car was not ideal. A flyer to review at our own time would have been more appropriate.
The pool was excellent, and the go karts were a highlight. The track is well designed and suitable for all ages. One disappointment was the playground: it was shown on the resort map and mentioned at check in, but after searching for it we discovered it had been removed and is now just an empty area.
The rooms were clean and spacious, although they are starting to feel a little dated. The decking and outdoor furniture could benefit from a clean and re oil to make the space more inviting.
Overall, for a weekend getaway at a discounted rate, the stay was good value.
