Really nice place, very relaxing with both pools being in excellent condition, rooms could be called a little old fashioned but still up to date and really good air con. The hotel is a little further out of the city but was still close to a Woolworths

El hotel es excelente y muy recomendable! ¡Afortunadamente estamos dispuestos a quedarnos en una habitación de esquina con vista panorámica! La única interrupción es el desayuno... que está mezclado con los otros dos hoteles y por debajo del estándar esperado.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The only downside was the room that I was given was on the top floor and the noise from either some sort of pump or the outside unit of the air condition was so overwhelming that I couldn't sleep well all night.

This hotel is centrally located on the esplanade, and this is its main plus. In everything else, in my view, it loses out to the Hilton , to which I moved after a few days. My room smelled to the extent it made me feel unwell. The two swimming pools they boast are a joke. In the first glass pool, you are fully exhibited to everyone on the esplanade, which is why no one swims. In the second one you can't swim if there's anyone else in the pool, it's that narrow. The spa is a private massage joint. I was given a parking spot with no remote the first day, and allowed to park as an exception - their parking is too small to accomidate a hotel of this size. It has no ev charging. The breakfast is nowhere as good as the Hiltons. In any case I fixed all these problems by moving.

This resort has a really great swimming and transporting service! My room has a ocean view and the guest service are really nice ! Highly recommended to you guys if you visit airlie beach

After reading very mixed reviews, we went ahead and booked it. The result: very mixed feelings. The location was beautiful, the sights breathtaking, the animals adorable, but when it came to actually spending time there, there wasn’t much to do. We arrived on a later ferry so we knew we wouldn’t have much time to enjoy the sun after arrival, however because of a mix up, our suitcases went missing for an hour making us miss any chance of getting in the pool while it was hot out. After, we went for dinner. There are only 2 restaurants available, and without making a reservation before hand, it’s a bit hard to go when you want. The food was ok, but expensive as one would expect from a place like this. Once dinner was finished, the evening entertainment (Alice in Wonderland screening) was already underway and we found ourselves with nothing to do at 9pm. Early night for us. The following day we planned a day of snorkelling, stingray feeding and kayaking. We appreciated the free snorkel gear as well as the clear safety instructions and recommendations of the lifeguard. The sting Ray feeding experience was amazing and it was clear the staff knew what they were talking about and were passionate about the animals. Kayaking and other water sports were cancelled however because of the high winds, leaving us, once again, with nothing to do. Early dinner (very entertaining moment with wallabies attempting to steal our food and being super cuddly), a walk around the beach, movie in the room, and early bedtime. So all in all, beautiful location with great experiences of the weather allow, make sure to bring some entertainment if the water is too cold to swim in the pool or the weather turns sour. Maybe a book or some board games? Also: if you want food in the late afternoon, make sure you bring some snacks as there is a limited selection available.

Es un hotel su poco raro. Las habitaciones son sencillas y un poco anticuadas, tipo motel, pero sin embargo la zona de restaurante, la piscina (que permite hacer largos) y el jardín están muy cuidados y son muy agradables. Tiene acceso directo a la playa de Mission Beach que es muy bonita y está a 5-10 min andando de la zona en que se agrupan las tiendas y restaurantes. El desayuno un poco flojo, cobrando un extra por un expreso.

Brand new and right next to The Ville with plenty of bars and restaurants, however staff not helpful when aircon in room not working, especially with the North QLD heat

Habemos disfrutado de nuestras estadías en la Villa pero anoche fue terrible. Los ascensores no eran fiables, ya que se desmoronaron, esto significaba que la mayoría de las veces sólo 1 ascensor estaba funcionando y los tiempos de espera eran locos. Un ruido mecánico repetido hizo que durmiera difícil. El baño tenía una gran burbuja que hizo que se quedara muy inestable. La máquina de hielo en el piso no funcionaba. No sería una diferencia de precio si me hubieran dado un desayuno de pre-reserva frente a la aparición. El aire acondicionado en el lobby no funcionaba. Al verificar, la gestión parecía tener incluso flujos con reclamaciones similares y estaban fuera del punto de preocupación.
