We had no issues with the property itself. It is a historic house in beautiful Hallstatt. We already knew about the staircases and need to bring luggages up those staircases. What we were surprised about was the extremely low level of service for such a beautiful property. Apparently the manager was on leave and left two inexperienced girls in charge. Understandably Hallstatt limits vehicular traffic and our car could only stop at a designated spot about 15 min spot from the property. Our driver had called ahead to tell the property we were arriving and asked if shuttle could be arranged. The answer was the only option was to walk. Imagine lugging luggages through the snow. On arriving at the property, we told the girl receiving us to arrange a taxi at checkout to bring us to the dropoff point to meet our driver the next day. She promised to do so. Half an journey before the appointed time she told us no taxis were available and the only option was to walk. You can imagine our frustration with this level of service. A wonderful property let down by extremely poor service.

Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

Es war alles sauber und top ausgestattet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gab sogar Badesatz, Duftkerze, 2 Willkommenspralinen, einen kleinen Sublementspray und Makeup Handtücher, alles Inkludiert. Die Dusche mit den Lichteinstellungen war ein kleines Highlight. 😄 Sämtliches Personal ist auf Fragen und Wünsche umgehend, freundlich und kompetent eingegangen. 👍 2 kleine Mängel wurden ebenfalls sofort aufgeschrieben um sie umgehend reparieren zu lassen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, zusätzliche Speisen konnten bestellt werde, wie z.B. Avocado Toast, Eierspeise, weiches Ei,... (ohne Zuzahlung). War etwas aufgebraucht, wurde es auf Anfrage aufgefüllt. Draußen sitzen, unter der Markise war bei den sommertemperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist auch super, direkt im Ort, aber kaum Straßenlärm. Man ist in ein paar Minuten direkt am Mondsee. Eigene Garage ist verfügbar und top designed, jedoch könnten die Parkplätze ein wenig breiter und länger sein. Preis/Leistung war für uns ok, über Trip haben wir anscheinend sogar wirklich etwas gespart. Jedoch die ausstehende Kurtaxe hätte man noch vorab irgendwo mitteilen können, die beim check-out bezahlt werden muss. Alles in Allem top Hotel für einen entspannten Urlaub. 😎

Love this hotel! The breakfast is nice and they offer sparkling/still water all day. There is a sauna and a gym and many places to rest with a good view of the river.

Excellent service with amazing leisure facilities like swimming pool and saunas. Hotel members are all very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is fresh with different varieties of choice. Regretting not to stay for a longer time, would definitely recommend if someone want to have a relaxing vacation.

La habitación es muy cálida, muy popular, hay un pequeño balcón, puede ver el paisaje de la montaña afuera, también está cerca de un hermoso río, puede llegar en diez minutos a pie de la estación de tren. La actitud de la tía de la tía de la zona de comida es muy cálida, el precio no es barato, pero la habitación no es grande, Lo importante es no saber por qué la gente se siente muy presionada, la cama es muy pequeña, el baño se siente un poco viejo, siempre se siente no muy limpio... y se siente tan lejos de secar! Me he caído en el baño y tengo que esperar a que termine el baño! La recepción no es muy amable para los asiáticos del este o para los no ingleses, es un poco mediocre

El hotel en general está bien, es reservar la habitación del lago, y verla muy bien. El aislamiento de sonido no es bueno. En general, los empleados se han mostrado en la recepción con los perros, 30 euros por día, que son precios normales, pero no hay ningún suministro para los animales de compañía, ni siquiera los pantalones. La puerta te despertó a las ocho de la mañana. Comí la cena del hotel, y una posición con el sonido de desayuno, pero el sabor es muy general, los alumnos tienen sus relojes, parecen muy bonitos, pero no son deliciosos, guapos. El hotel sauna también puede estar en el centro de la ciudad, y la habitación está casi llena de esperar la noche. Las toallas que ofrece el hotel son muy fijas, esto es bueno. Voy a la ciudad no está muy lejos. Estacionamiento gratuito.

Breakfast has limited choice but quality is there over a buffet style. Pretty outdoor pool , sauna and chill area around the area. Also include a morning yoga session for my stay.
