El hotel es genial, pero está un poco lejos del centro. El personal es muy amable y atento. Siempre te reciben con una cálida sonrisa. Una de las recepcionistas, la Sra. Inna, es muy servicial y amable. Mi esposo dejó su celular en un Uber y ella nos ayudó a contactar al conductor, nos sirvió de traductora durante todo el trayecto y recuperó nuestro celular. Diría que su servicio es excelente. Sin duda volvería. Un detalle más: el baño es muy abierto, no muy adecuado si se viaja con niños.

Hicimos el check-in por la noche, por lo que no utilizamos el servicio de consigna de equipaje. Al momento de realizar el check-in compré el desayuno de un día. El precio era un poco diferente al que figuraba en el sitio web, pero era solo 1 euro, así que aún así lo compré. El desayuno estuvo bien y solo necesité comerlo una vez. Sin embargo, me cobraron el impuesto municipal cuando hice el check-in. Más tarde me enteré de que me lo habían cobrado cuando reservé la habitación. Cuando bajé para confirmar, me dijeron que el sistema no estaba conectado, por lo que tuve que esperar hasta el día siguiente para ayudar a confirmar. Como resultado, el hotel no respondió activamente. No fue hasta que volví a plantear la cuestión, cuando estaba a punto de realizar el pago, que se resolvió. Si tiene problemas similares, se recomienda preparar un comprobante de check-in en inglés para que se pueda realizar un reembolso sin problemas. Además, reservé una habitación doble, pero al entrar en la habitación me encontré con una cama doble, lo que me causó problemas. Tuve que bajar para comunicarme con el mostrador. Además del problema del impuesto municipal mencionado anteriormente, subí y bajé dos o tres veces, y la cara del personal del mostrador fue empeorando poco a poco, lo que me hizo sentir agraviado. El problema no estaba conmigo, sino que aún así tenía que sufrir emociones negativas. Los demás hoteles tienen buenas instalaciones y excelentes ubicaciones. I must say that my stay here with my husband was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. The service was impeccable, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The facilities were outstanding.. we thoroughly enjoyed the spa, gym, and swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and offered everything we needed to start each day perfectly. ❤️ The hotel's location was another major highlight. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Fuschl am See Bus Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding region. We were able to travel comfortably to Hallstatt, St. Wolfgang and Salzburg, all of which were easily accessible by public transport. On a beautiful sunny day, we rented bicycles from Jacob and cycled around the stunning Fuschlsee. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, crystal-clear waters, and peaceful countryside, it was an incredible experience and undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and would gladly return again in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, exceptional hospitality, and a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Salzkammergut region. ❤️✨

I was quite disappointed by the fact the our room was not serviced for 2 day in a row despite constant reminders and the hotel being a 3 Michelin keys hotel. Although the cleaning is well done, the fact that the room was neglected was unacceptable for this brand. It is for sure the worst rosewood I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities such as cotton buds were not replenished everyday. After the bath robe was used and placed on the ground, the housekeeping took it but never replaced it with a new one until I had to ask. Besides that, everything else was good. The staff was super friendly and sorry about the incident. The scenery was amazing. Personally, I think I would not return as it does not satisfy me overall. The lady at the Spa was also quite hostile when I asked for the spa appointment as she simply said no theres nothing available. The food here is absolutely amazing; I highly recommend ordering the coq au vin room service. The reception was kind enough to let me have early check in and accommodate met request for good views which was much appreciated. There were a lot of flies inside the restaurant which was quite annoying as it’s the first time I’ve seen flies inside a restaurant of this caliber.

El personal del hotel es genial y pagué por un desayuno excelente. Me gusta que el hotel esté justo al lado de la estación de tren y de un centro comercial enorme. La vista desde el restaurante también era impresionante. Salzburgo es preciosa y la recepción hizo todo lo posible por ser amable y atenta con los huéspedes. La habitación está limpia y es ideal para viajeros solitarios; la estancia valió la pena. Se puede ir andando al río Salz si te apetece correr un rato, y también está cerca de muchas atracciones. Una estancia cómoda y práctica, ¡qué pena no haber podido quedarme más tiempo! 🥲

Honestly the photos on Trip.com do not justify how beautiful the hotel it. Is an old hotel but beautifully and well maintained. The rooms ., the artistic painting in the passages and so much more is simply outstanding. The front desk was helpful and very efficiently. Honest Zell am See is a must see and stay for the Grand Hotel. Outstanding.

The hotel location is superb. Easy access to all the historical visit location. All are within walking distance. The hotel personnels are all very helpful and polite. They have share alots of location information and its a great help for 1st time to the city. The hotel facilities is superb. We love the SPA (Sauna, Steambath, swim pool). The breakfast is very high quality breakfast and has many choices. We love their pastry and breads. We definitely will come back to this hotel in our next visit to the city.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Zell am See. The accommodation was clean, beautifully maintained, and in an excellent location—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. What made our experience especially memorable was the incredible kindness and support from the hotel staff. We had accidentally booked the wrong dates through an agency, but the hotel team went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. They handled everything with such patience and generosity, which we deeply appreciated. The property also includes access to a covered parking garage—perfect for those traveling by car. Zell am See itself is a lovely little town, perfect for a peaceful family holiday. Highly recommended—we’d gladly return!
