Es un hotel de estilo vintage de los años sesenta Por supuesto, las habitaciones han sido renovadas, pero el hotel mantuvo el encanto del estilo de los años sesenta Fantástico, realmente perfecto y la ubicación es justo en el centro

La ubicación es buena, ir a la plaza de armas, zona comercial y la orilla del mar es conveniente. La higiene es limpia, el equipo está completo. El agua caliente es buena, las flores son buenas, hay sal, hay sal. La decoración es un poco de estilo norteamericano. El personal de servicio es cuidadoso, muy útil. El desayuno es rica y hay muchas variedades.

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Una estancia de tres noches muy cómoda, con una excelente relación calidad-precio. La habitación tenía vista directa a las montañas nevadas y al lago a lo lejos, unas vistas impresionantes. Además, está cerca del pueblo, perfecto para paseos matutinos y vespertinos. El servicio fue excelente. Reservé excursiones de un día al Glaciar Grey y a las Torres del Paine a través de la recepción, que fue muy amable. La limpieza y el ambiente eran excelentes.

ホストのご夫婦をはじめ、弟さんなど、とにかく皆さん親切で優しくて、まるで家族のように温かく接してくれたことに感謝します。素敵なお家、庭、お部屋、素晴らしいベット、ペットの犬と猫たち、美味しい手作りのご飯、ハーブティー、窓辺の景色、農場、広がる海、全てが私の心を癒してくれました。他のゲストも、とてもいい人たちばかりで、とてもとても居心地がよかったです。 深夜に到着した際も、優しく出迎えてくれたこと忘れません。とても疲れていましたが、この家に着き、メリータに会い安心しました。 プンタアレナスに来る際の宿は必ずここにしてください。本当に本当におすすめです。また、ここに泊まりに来たいです。 本当にありがとうございました。

Back again after five years. I had room 807 on the top floor facing the plaza. It had a smallish double glazed dormer window that had seals that were hard, but due to the lack of traffic there was very little traffic noise. A bit of hallway noise due to the gappy door. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. There was a sofa bed in the room but no mattress. Only Chilean PowerPoints in the room with no USB outlets. No kettle, no bottled water, no slippers, no robes. Hotel instructions and information including menus where via a QR code on one wall.  Typical South American buffet breakfast with lukewarm runny scrambled eggs, nice hams and cheese. No bacon or sausages were offered. Average pot coffee. I ordered a poorly made bitter cortado the first morning and it cost $3,000 pesos extra. I had excellent dinners in the beautifully renovated Faro restaurant all three nights of my stay.  One of the great things about this hotel is that there are free MTB bikes available for guests for the limited number of bike paths available.  Would stay again.

Muy especial, la ubicación es buena, cerca del mar. La habitación no es grande, la higiene limpia, las instalaciones están completas. Hay una solución de tintorería, una lavadora de pelo, una ventiladora. Hay calor y muy caliente. No hay muchas variedades de desayuno, pero la cama es razonable. Hay dificultades, el personal de servicio de la recepción es muy útil, gracias. El cuarto estaba equipado con unas orejas, pensé que era muy grueso, en realidad muy tranquilo.
