Decent room size. Dinner took a while to arrive but tasted nice. Breakfast was alright too but didn’t have any hash-browns. Pool was not that big but did allow children over the age of eight to go into the jacuzzi. Pool closed a bit early on Saturday that last entry at 7.15pm. Hotel was overall quite clean.

Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

Estado aquí por un fin de semana en los Cotswolds. Situado en una ubicación ideal para visitar los pueblos circundantes. Nice viaje a la ciudad de Cheltenham. Habitaciones limpias, gran recepción y servicio de restaurante. La misma selección de desayunos todos los días, pero fue buena y cubría los fundamentos de un desayuno inglés. También estaban muy en él cuando rellenaban las estaciones. No pude probar ninguna acomodación esta vez.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for my 60th birthday. With my daughter. The views are breathtaking and the hotel its self . Great location the staff are very welcoming and courteous. There is lots of parking , unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the spa facilities. Our only negative thing was our room although lovely the carpet had a few stains on it and our windows did not open easily , and the entrance hall to our room was very dirty we had been given a room in the grounds outside of the hotel and for the cost of our stay we were very disappointed after seeing such elegance,with the main Hotel and the lobby etc . We had also been given a room with a bathroom that was more suited to someone who needed more support and although there was nothing wrong with that , it would of been nice to have had a choice of a bath as well and we felt someone else might have benefited more with this set up on their stay.

Very good place to stay. Lovely staff and great facilities. Absolutely amazing. Will come back for sure.

Everyone , the receptionist, the staff included very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the bar and food . The rooms are comfortable . They have a pool and spa.  I just didn’t get to go  It looked inviting., there  are towns and parks an Uber away . There is also a small path around  Hotel to take a short walk .

We were disappointed on arrival to find that we had been allocated a standard room, instead of the Opulent one we had booked through trip. The receptionist was very nice but wasn’t able to give us the room we booked as there wasn’t one available. She gave us a slightly better room which was ok but looked like it was ready for a refresh. We needed to call reception as there wasn’t no hair dryer in the room but there was no instructions for using the phone, when we worked it out there was then no answer! We then needed reception again later as our neighbours were playing really really loud music, again no answer. Besides this, the hotel was very nice, the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced, the pool was nice and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again but book direct.

This was our second trip to this hotel. The location is stunning,  to  wake in the morning and pull back the curtains to reveal a panoramic view of the lake was breathtaking. Breakfasts are amongst the best we’ve ever had. Service first class across the board. Highly recommended.

El equipo de la habitación es viejo, especialmente los productos de lavar la ropa.

Grande hotel. Buena ubicación. Desayuno bueno. Teníamos un piso de piso que estaba directamente en el piso. El cuarto podía llegar ruidoso con la gente fuera y tuvo que mantener las cortinas cerradas en cualquier momento para la privacidad. Podría hacerlo con la instalación de un vidrio espejo. No nos quejamos porque nos quedamos sólo por 2 noches.
