We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit.

Отель хороший - находится на побережье, есть бассейн с лежаками и музыкой, выдают полотенце. Свой выход к морю и кусочек пляжа, также с лежаками. Выбрала номер с видом на море - действительно был балкон и чудесный вид на море. В ванной ничего нет из косметических принадлежностей, надо просить на ресепшене. Разочаровала еда - эти завтраки просто худшее, что можно представить. Есть огурцы, помидоры, пара сыров и колбасы. Оооочень странная яичница. Хлопья. В один день были панкейки, во второй день какой-то бисквит и на третий было печенье. Кофе варят, но больших чашек нет. Выселение в 10 утра, хотя на Трипкоме указано в 11.00. До центра города далеко, пешком не дойти, автобусы не ходят, только такси. Вокруг много ресторанов, супермаркеты и обмен валют есть. Длинная набережная. Для пляжного отдыха отель понравился, но еда просто кошмар

We had a wonderful holiday with family. The weather was good, it was so refreshing. The hotel was smart, good breakfast too.

Este es un hotel nuevo, pero el personal es muy experimentado y profesional. Las habitaciones son súper modernas y están muy bien diseñadas. Amplias y limpias, con comodidades de 5 estrellas y artículos de tocador Nuxe. Y la cama y las almohadas... 😍😍😍 El spa y las instalaciones están impecables. Hay aparcamiento disponible para los huéspedes, lo cual es una gran ventaja si vas en coche, ya que la zona es muy concurrida. Está conectado a un centro comercial, pero también tiene su propia entrada. Hay muchísimos restaurantes y cafeterías a poca distancia. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo! Me alojé allí el día de mi cumpleaños y sin duda lo hicieron muy especial. Incluso me trajeron una tarta y una botella de champán. ¡Muchas gracias! Espero volver pronto.

Beautiful hotel with amazing pool and facilities. Easy to park and relatively quick check in. Fantastic breakfast and free shuttle to and from airport. Only downside was their new drawer refrigerator was useless, everything was warm.

Hoteles en la posición delante del mar y muy horrible el centro de bienestar con una piscina imposibilidad de usarla porque no tiene ni escaleras ni una escalera tres bajar hecho incomprensible nunca visto en todas las piscinas utilizadas en todo el mundo. La piscina exterior es muy grande con una pequeña para niños, pero lamentablemente también esta imposible de usarla porque todas las escaleras en lugar de los pasillos tenían tubos redondos difíciles para bajar y subir no sólo para mí, sino también para otros. ¡Hospitas!

Modern ingericht hotel met een prima ligging t.o.v. de airport voor overnachting na aankomst of avond voor vertrek. In de nabije omgeving is er niet zoveel te beleven. Vertrek je heel vroeg dan kan je breakfast tasje mee krijgen.

It was okayish not what I expected but was able to sleep and also get to all my planned activities.
