Resort are just great with v nice scenery, neat and spacious room, balcony with greens and birds humming 👍🏻🎈Facilities with mini golf,indoor and outdoor pools are good. Have spa, kids play room though a bit small, snooker table and soccer board game and bicycle cycling 🚴🏻 are great to have! Enjoyable experience!! Good place for family trip!

We stayed at the hotel for a short time and don't know the hotel facilities. But the price was reasonable. For the location, I think it is better than other hotels, there were some resutaurants and near to shopping mall.

Nos quedamos aquí en un albergue tipo habitación, el baño era muy caliente y desafortunadamente no podía controlar el aire acondicionado desde el cuarto - tenía que pedir a un miembro del personal para esto y la recepción no fue 24h así que después de las 10pm no podía cambiar la temperatura de su habitación. La piscina exterior era agradable sentarse ahí y los locales ofrecieron comida - un día nos dio desayuno que no era el mejor pero no un problema para caminar en el coco tam y conseguir comida. La ubicación era buena, a unos 5-10 minutos a pie del centro de tam coc. También puedes alquilar bicicletas desde la recepción.

Great resort. Very big room, with beautiful bar, swimming pool, gym, kid’s playroom and big restaurant with good delicious food.  Nearby is the boat ride and 30mins drive to Bach Dinh Pagoda complex and 15 mins drive to Mua Cave etc. Great hospitality by all the staff. Location is safe with supermarkets and restaurants and cafes around. There are rooms at 2nd level. Recommend for families, friends and solo travellers.

El complejo aún está en construcción, por lo que aún están realizando algunos trabajos en las instalaciones. Hombre muy amable que nos habló y nos ayudó y hablaba excelente inglés. La ubicación está un poco alejada del bullicio. Hay restaurantes en la misma calle, pero no hay mucho que hacer. Puedes hacer la cueva a pie, lo cual es bueno. En cuanto a la habitación, nos pareció mediocre. Las fotos en Internet se veían mejor. Hay ranuras cerca de la puerta (no encaja correctamente contra la pared). Así que todas las noches revisábamos la habitación en busca de alimañas (no encontramos nada, por cierto). Las bicicletas no son gratis, hay que pagar por ellas. Y el desayuno se sirve en una pequeña mesa en un rincón. La bañera también está un poco inestable. Cuando hace buen tiempo quizás puedas disfrutar un poco más de la piscina en la parte trasera del jardín. Pero de nuevo, son muy amigables.

This place was our most favourite in Vietnam. The man who runs it with his wife is so friendly, always smiling and full of jokes. Every morning we was greeted with a good morning and smiles. We was allowed to rent motorcycle on the sight which was cheap and very good bikes. Plenty of suggestions and a map given if you’re unsure what to do in Da Nang. Always fresh towels given and water, everyday. Me and my Mrs loved Da Nang but staying here was the best place in my opinion. The views you see are just outstanding and only 10 mins away from the main strip

This is a pretty new hotel and everything is in good condition. Room is clean. It's family run and the lady at the front desk stays on site. Although the lady cannot speak English, this can be easily resolved using a translation app. They helped to arrange our transport from and to Hanoi without any problems. We also did laundry at the hotel and our clothes were returned the next morning. Breakfast is not buffet but they serve different food everyday. We had pancakes one day, noodle soup the next. Overall, great value for money.

3~4 May 2026 - 4 Pax 1N Narci Resort Tam Coc. Hotel Manager Jenny sent me a WhatsApp message on 2nd May to welcome us and offered her assistance to arrange for private transport & local tour etc.. Am pleased with the extended service provided by the hotel staff. Since I've yet to find a private driver, she helped to arrange for 2-way transport, pick-up from Hanoi hotel ＞ Narci Resort ＞ Hanoi International Airport (reasonable fees). We arrived at Tam Coc around 1pm, dropped the luggage at the hotel & visited Bai Dinh Pagoda. Checked-in the hotel around 9pm. A modern & beautiful resort opened Feb 2026. To our surprise, our 3x Deluxe Garden Rooms were in different villas & all on level 2 without elevator. My mom age 80 were unhappy as she couldn't climb the stairs & my sisters age 60 & 67 were unhappy that we were separated by different villas. Fortunately, there are 2x Executive Garden Rooms on the ground floor were available but one of the room has smell. So, we decided to pay additional fee for upgrade of 1x Deluxe ＞ 1x Executive + 1x FOC extra bed (3 pax), the other sister stayed the level 2 Deluxe Room. Hotel breakfast spread is good & food is delicious. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel rooms & staff service. Would suggest the hotel to state there is no elevator for Deluxe Garden Room (level 2), so that guests who are unable to climb the stairs will select either the ground floor Executive Garden Room or the Tower Standard Rooms with elevator.

Me alojé en el dormitorio femenino. La habitación está limpia, con limpieza diaria. La ducha también está limpia. Agua caliente por 5 minutos. En la zona de duchas comunes, hay un olor a alcantarilla horrible que se extiende a la zona principal. Pero allí siempre hay agua caliente. El área es bonita, con acceso a la azotea. Muy inusual. Pero no es funcional. No hay enchufes junto a la cama, ni estantería, ni lámpara, ni taquillas. Hay cosas que mejorar. Pero, por lo demás, el hostal es decente. Llegué a las 4 de la mañana y me ofrecieron dormir en la sala de espera. Un lugar completo hasta la hora del check-in, ¡eso fue súper agradable! Desayuno delicioso. Buena ubicación. Un empleado del hostal me llevó en moto al autobús, ¡gracias!
