La mejor cosa sobre este hotel es el desayuno, pero el problema es que 2 hoteles utilizan la misma zona de desayuno, por lo que en la mañana apenas se puede encontrar un asiento, especialmente recientemente.

Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

It's one of the best hotels in Bac Giang. Loved the breakfast and plus points for free use of washing machine and its distance to Go! Bac Giang and the big Hoang Hoa Tham park.

La habitación del hotel es muy grande, espaciosa y limpia. Los camareros son muy amables y la ubicación es fácil de encontrar. Está en el lugar más próspero del centro de la ciudad. La señora de la recepción hoy fue particularmente servicial. Encontró una manera de verme debido a un cambio temporal en mi horario. Fue muy, muy bueno. Cálido, ¡definitivamente no me quedaré en otro hotel la próxima vez que venga aquí! ¡Siéntete a gusto aquí! !

By far the best non-chain hotel in Vietnam I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel and the room are new and clean. Loads of free bottles of water were available in the room and the lobby. The favorable price included a breakfast buffet that offered a lot.

訂酒店時，想2025新開的酒店，應該會不錯吧，所以試了一下。結果還是有驚無喜，不由得為酒店的經營思路擔憂。 酒店交通不便，周圍環境很荒涼，沒有開發的感覺。新酒店裝修卻相對老式，覺得5年前看也是，而且很簡化粗糙，傢俱是比較低價的材料。 房間衹有一個垃圾桶，衞生間還沒有，很不方便。浴室還是用浴簾的，而且下水道味道很重。不過水很大很熱。 空調正對床鋪，很容易受寒 房內沒有椅子，傢俱材質很一般。 插座少，電視下一個，床頭各有一個 酒店電梯外燈不亮，需要摸黑去找開關，樓下大堂空調不用 優點是Wi-Fi不錯，穩定。 早餐人少沒有自助，也沒有選擇，最後沒有吃早飯。 反正不推薦這家酒店。
