Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

Great Stay for Business Travelers Hotel is a large, well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for a work trip. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and good food, and the pool is definitely a standout — a great place to unwind. The gym is adequate for a quick workout during a busy business day. The location near the city of Bakhnin is convenient if you’re there for work, with easy access to nearby areas. Overall, a solid stay for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

El restaurante bbq es muy bueno, muy cerca de unos pocos restaurantes chinos. La única pregunta que tenía es cuando me dieron botellas de agua que estaban 3/4 llenas (alguien ya bebía en ella). Sólo mira esto.

4성급 호텔이지만 지은지 오래되어 올드한 느낌임. 위치는 최상급. 객실에 사용하는 방향제 냄새만 좋게 개선하면 좋겠습니다. 향이 없는게 더 나을 듯 싶습니다. 조식도 주고 이 가격에 가성비는 최고 👍

Stylish and Spacious – Great for Business Stays This is a brilliant hotel with unique architecture that really sets it apart. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to the city, making it ideal for business travelers. The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.

El personal de recepción es eficiente y amable. El hotel es muy nuevo y la habitación es limpia y espaciosa. El desayuno es limitado. No hay mucha variedad. No hay café ni té, solo leche o leche de soja. La ubicación está bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad y de la calle principal. No hay ningún restaurante cerca, así que tendrás que caminar entre 15 y 20 minutos para encontrarlo. En general, una buena estancia, ya que el precio es razonable.

Staff at the front desk are super helpful and they basically speak Vietnamese, English, and Chinese. My family had a great time here. It’s just a bit far from the city center where you get the most restaurants and entertainment.

Es un apartotel bastante nuevo, a 5 minutos en coche de la terminal de autobuses. Hay algunos restaurantes alrededor, pero la ciudad en sí es pequeña y no hay muchas opciones. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son buenas y un poco pensadas. En general muy limpio. El desayuno no es buffet, pero es rico y delicioso. El servicio de gestión de recepción diurna es muy amable. Me alojaría de nuevo.

I extended my stay for one more night. Solo, family or people on business trips will love this place. highly recommend it!
