Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

Great location! Views were amazing at the rooftop! The breakfast choice was excellent.

Fue agradable poder hacer ejercicio porque había piscina y polideportivo. El personal también fue amable. Los espaguetis que se vendían en la cafetería al lado del vestíbulo estaban deliciosos. Sin embargo, fue muy incómodo porque el agua de la ducha de la habitación no drenaba. Tampoco había ninguna tapa que bloqueara el desagüe, por lo que se dejó un largo agujero desatendido, lo cual era desagradable de ver. La comida servida por la mañana tampoco estaba fresca. Me sorprendió ver un moho enorme creciendo en el cono que contiene la miel.

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

Casa de familia súper hermosa, es la primera vez que se toma un desayuno tan exquisito. La mermelada de frutas artesanal hecha por la madre del propietario es súper deliciosa, especialmente la salsa de espino. ¡Ya me la terminé! ! ! Muy recomendable, la ciudad también es muy bonita, la mejor sesión de fotos.

Останавливались в отеле на одну ночь. Без труда поставили машину на паркинг напротив отеля. Очень красивая рецепшн, хорошие номера, полноценный спа с горячим бассейном с минеральной водой, вкусный завтрак. В 100 метрах от отеля современный ТЦ с большим гастрономом на первом этаже и магазин одежды популярных турецких брендов. Все понравилось, рекомендую.

This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Turkey 😊Over the past two days, our overall impression of the hotel has been: peaceful, comfortable, professional, and sincere. The room was tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and we are especially grateful to the lovely girl at the reception desk who waited for us and greeted us warmly. Since it’s the off-season now, there were very few guests, and it seemed like we were the only ones staying here over the past two days. However, the hotel still provided us with a buffet breakfast and maintained a clean swimming pool, which truly showed their dedication and attention to detail. Thank you to all the staff! And thank you, Ephesus, for giving us such wonderful memories!

La primera vez que nos quedamos aquí, nos gusta siempre porque nos sentimos como Home cuando llegamos. Hay un Macrocenter (Supermercado) en el primer piso y muchos pequeños restaurantes / bacterias / especialidades donde se puede comer deliciosas comidas como en Lime Alaçati.

El hotel es un hogar relativamente fresco. Los comentarios son que el hotel de viajes de luna de miel es muy íntimo para renunciar ~ el desayuno está preparado para el personal es más abundante, pero puede que no sea demasiado adecuado para el estómago chino ~ la ubicación del hotel está en el centro de la ciudad
