Un hôtel magnifique, mais déception autour de la piscine extérieure La Pousada de Viseu est un hôtel splendide, plein de charme et d’histoire. L’accueil, le cadre, les prestations… tout était absolument parfait. Un véritable havre de paix. Malheureusement, la piscine extérieure a gâché notre expérience. Des enfants y sautaient bruyamment, éclaboussant dans tous les sens, en criant très fort, sans aucune intervention de leurs parents, ni du personnel de l’hôtel. C’est extrêmement dommage qu’aucun panneau n’indique des règles de respect ou de tranquillité, et qu’aucun membre du staff ne veille à faire régner un minimum de calme. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour nous reposer dans un cadre paisible, et non pour vivre l’ambiance d’une garderie bruyante. Résultat : nous n’avons même pas pu profiter de la piscine, tant l’agitation y était constante. Monsieur le Directeur, si vous lisez ce message, nous vous encourageons vivement à instaurer des règles de bon usage autour de la piscine, en accord avec le standing de votre établissement et les attentes de vos clients venus chercher calme et détente.

La ubicación es más cercana, debe llegar desde Regra en taxi y es más apropiado para conducir. La habitación es grande, la vista del valle del río está muy bonita, el desayuno es rico y el restaurante está decorado elegante y cómodo.

Hoteles en Buckingham, con una excelente vista, con encanto,pero degradado, necesita desconfiar en el mantenimiento.

📍Location: Absolutely breathtaking! The guest house is perched high on a hill with a fantastic panoramic view of the Douro Valley vineyards. It’s a local winery where you can take romantic walks directly among the vines. Access is best by car (free parking is available). While there’s no on-site restaurant, several towns with dining options are just a 5-10 minute drive away. 🛋️ Rooms: We stayed in one of the two separate cabins, which feature full floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The view of the vineyard directly from the bed is unforgettable! Though the room felt slightly smaller than in the photos, it was modern and cozy. The main building has a beautiful, authentic lobby, a swimming pool, and they are currently adding a sauna and jacuzzi. 🍛 Food: The breakfast is a highlight! It’s much more than a standard continental breakfast: everything is fresh and local, including delicious oranges, olive oil, and honey produced right on the farm. They even timed the cooking to our arrival to ensure everything was fresh. For the evening, you can order snacks until 6:00 PM. We also highly recommend the wine tasting in the lobby: it’s €20-25 for 4-5 wines (we loved the red, white, and rosé), and you can add a generous cold cut platter for an additional €25. 🛌🏻 Service: The staff is incredibly flexible and kind. Sylvia, who handled our check-in and the tasting, was professional and informative. Even the lady preparing breakfast (who spoke only Portuguese) was remarkably sweet and attentive. We also received some home made complimentary Port wine! You can also buy their premium products to take home: wines are around €12, olive oil is €6, and their honey is similarly well-priced. Truly one of our best stays ever with fantastic value for money!

Muy bien! ¡Mi coche se ha metido en un pequeño camino de montaña debido a que Google navegaba, y por tensión y árboles en la noche, se ha roto la parte delantera derecha! ¡La recepción ayuda a contactar con la empresa de taxis y describe mi situación en portugués! Como tengo seguros locales, la empresa de taxis arregla directamente el trailer para tratarlo y arregla un taxi para llevarnos al aeropuerto de Porto para cambiarlo!

The spa is excellent & staff super friendly. Easy to park and in a great location. The restaurant is definitely worth eating at in the evening and breakfast is also very good!

Já é a segunda vez que fico neste hotel e é muito agradável. Experiência muito boa. Atendimento 5 estrelas e das duas vezes jantei no restaurante do hotel que também é de qualidade e atendimento fantástico.

Pleasant stay in this hotel. It is designed in a quite modern and stylish way coming with good amenities. Breakfast was sufficient for me (as I’m usually not a big breakfast eater). All the staffs were helpful and friendly. Only the con is that I encountered their argument scenes twice in a row, in a same day… you don’t want to see or hear loud arguments by employees first in the morning at breakfast, 7am! Please be more mindful of the guest and do not show it. I didn’t feel good about it, so I cannot give full 5 stars, otherwise I liked the stay and would love to come back.

Segunda vez aquí, cada vez que vuelvo es mejor. Apartamentos de primera, con todas las comodidades. Piscina cubierta con agua caliente de primera, como nunca antes la había visto. Desayuno fabuloso. Volviendo tan a menudo como puedo. recomiendo
