La habitación era muy buena.
Este gran grupo se ha ocupado de todo el lugar.
En la zona de televisión donde el salón estaba lleno de adultos y niños altos.
Nos dirigíamos a nuestra habitación a las 8:30 de la noche después de salir para tener un tiempo más tranquilo.
Los niños estaban golpeando la puerta mientras correban y bajaban el camino del hall, sí, los padres no los detuvieron.
Pensé que esto se calmaría a media noche.
La gente de la calle hablando mientras sube y baja.
La habitación era muy alta, y la televisión se dejó ahí para ver si eso ayudaba, no lo hizo.
El escritorio delantero debería haber hecho algo para detener este comportamiento.
También era un huésped pagador.
Muy decepcionado.
Le dije al joven que me echó de la vista y dijo que habían tenido problemas con ellos toda la semana.

A little difficult to find at first. However, once there, it was easy to park and then check-in, park long-term, and then get to the room. If you're carrying a lot of baggage, you might have some difficulty as the garage access to the rooms is a bit of a walk. The rooms, however, make up in their look, space, and offerings. Be aware that there might be a smoke smell in the hallways as there were several guests who would smoke outside (usually in the parking garage) and then the smell would tract into the hallways and sometimes elevators. Otherwise, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Work the price for sure.

I arrived on a very early flight and was completely exhausted. I asked the hotel if it was possible to check in early, and luckily, they had a room available and let me check in right away. I was so grateful to be able to take a shower and get some rest.
The hotel facilities are older than I expected, but everything I needed was there. Overall, I really appreciated their kindness and flexibility.

El Watermark fue increíble! La suite junior que reservamos para 2 noches era limpia, organizada, espacial, tenía una abundancia de toallas y el baño estaba elegante! Teníamos un salón completo de la habitación principal y una cocina completa también!!! ¡Este hotel es de 5 estrellas! Restaurante, mini golf, cervecería de colina, camiones de comida, gran campo de juego para niños y diversión familiar Todos rodados en un gran hotel! El personal de la mesa delantera, el mantenimiento de la casa y la cocina fueron amables y profesionales, y se fue a la parte superior y al otro lado, la propiedad es muy sofisticada y llena de tecnología y las medidas de seguridad son muy altas. ¡La capital en una sala de estar es increíble y convenientemente ubicada y accesible desde el hotel. Más que suficiente estacionamiento! ¡Volveremos en octubre por otro fin de semana!

DDayTripper420Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief.
I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY!
Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead.
Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away!
I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess.
So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund.

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

UUsuario invitadoChecked in really late (around midnite but they held my room. I called ahead to let them know I'd be flying in late. Conveniently located on one of the major arteries, which incidentally conveniently ends at the US Coast Guard Training Center. I attended my son's training graduation but his checkout went long - probably because their NCO missed them and didn't want them to leave....so I ended up checking out of the hotel much later than the standard checkout time (11am - I checked out just after 1pm) - but because it was USCG related - they waived the late fee - which was greatly appreciated.
The entrance was easy to park (it was raining) and checkin was really simple once we confirmed my reservation. The breakfast nook was directly opposite the checkin counter which made things easier for later that morning (included breakfast). The elevator hallway had a machine which dispensed junk food and sodas - but you need physical cash to use them. Elevator made for deja vu as it's a standard Radisson layout. The room was clean - no weird smells and quite large and spacious with a receiving room (sofa and tv) hot water pot for coffee tea etc. The bathroom was well stocked with towels but the body wash was weirdly located next to the bathroom sink instead of the shower - that was strange. Hand soap was nice and sizable (useful as a body wash, given the fixed location of the body wash next to the sink). The bed was huge (king?) with plenty of pillows and bedding (sheets blankets etc). The room was quite warm which was nice since it was cold and wintery and wet outside. Staff were all very very nice and welcoming and polite.
All in all - most excellent experience from checkin to checkout. But it's the staff which make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

JJamesTodos los años voy a Richmond para alojarme en este hotel, la habitación es grande y la cama es súper grande. Muy cómodo. El hotel tiene un desayuno buffet, que no es una variedad de instrucciones, pero aún es posible.

UUsuario invitadoIn pics and in person the modern fresh room style is appealing though the functionality is sub-par. An example: one night table was a solid piece, no drawer or shelf with the top diameter much smaller than my laptop. Typically, a phone (use as an alarm), a bottle of water and an iPad , e-reader or book/magazine would be on a nightstand. Whoops, no room for all that and the slick surface made me nervous to leave my iPad on it. The open closet is fine, especially for me as I don't hang or put clothes in a drawer, but the only space available that wasn't in the bathroom is directly below where one would hang their clothes and right above the fridge. This could make it a perfect spot for a soft sided cooler, but this relatively small space (didn't measure, maybe 14”x20” with Keurig-style coffee maker already on it) is where one might set snacks, extra sodas, the cereal one brings because they like to eat the same thing every day and need a spot to set their cereal bowl while grabbing milk out of fridge right below. Not sure about you, but I'm not terribly comfortable putting food & dishes in the bathroom. Unfortunately, that is where my coffee maker needed to go (if I'm remembering correctly) the outlets where not accessible so Mr. Nespresso did need to go in the bathroom.
Bathroom shower had some mold around the caulk area, otherwise serviceable. Not a horrible room overall, but not as nice as other similarly priced nearby chains so I'll stick to those.

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatSÃO CONscientes: me dijeron ayer en el checkout que yo tendría mi depósito de $50 de vuelta a la noche. Entonces dijeron en 3 días. Ahora dicen en 5 días. Aún demuestran que me habían cargado en mi app de tarjeta de crédito... Así que veremos si lo recuperaré!

El baño se está lleno de agua y el suelo se está lleno de agua.
La puerta no está segura en absoluto, y la cadena de latch sólo podría desmontarse si alguien puso duro en la puerta.
En la curta (o al menos lo que parecía ser) se encuentran tintas de sangre, que también tenían una gran cuerda en ella.
PROS: No hay bugs y sin duda nos sentíamos seguros allí. Si en un pinch, nosotros nos quedamos de nuevo porque era barato (si yo recibo mi depósito, es decir. De lo contrario no es barato) Las personas en el hotel eran amables, sólo espero que no estén mentiendo sobre dar mi depósito de vuelta 😂
El desayuno era de cereales, pan, seco, huevos y salsa, y un fabricante de waffles.
Si quieres una estadía refrescante, mira a otro lugar.
