A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

I stayed here for two weeks, and it was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. The property was exceptionally well-managed, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every staff member was professional, attentive, and respectful. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is incredibly important, and the team made me feel secure throughout my stay and while conducting business. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Hospitality: 10/10 Professionalism: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10 I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Bueno, pero la experiencia empezó a deteriorarse con el tiempo. No sé muy bien por qué, pero me pareció que les faltaba la formación adecuada en atención al cliente y profesionalismo (a veces parece un poco desorganizado). En general, fue agradable, pero no sé exactamente por qué. Hay mucha gente merodeando en la zona exterior, no sé si son huéspedes o visitantes. Tardan un poco en bajar a fumar cada vez, y es un establecimiento muy público. (Salón abierto al público general)… ideal para reuniones y para trabajar. El desayuno fue un punto culminante, sobre todo cuando hay tocino (días alternos). Probablemente no me volvería a alojar. Posiblemente solo en suites.

Good facilities with gym, pools and closed to Vision City Mall. Good security too. But shuttle service need to improve. especially from airport to hotel where they tend to left person hanging there for 1 hours

A fun and enjoyable stay. A very unique and very large property. I would’ve preferred my room have been in the main building. But this is a very busy and popular hotel. Breakfast is decent, and they have a very good onsite shop for all your conveniences. I’d definitely stay again.

El hotel es un gran servicio y un gran personal, el personal y la oficina delantera para comprender y supervisar qué tipo de huéspedes ya sea negocios, placer etc ...También priorizar los clientes necesitan y no desviar a los clientes que están allí por buena causa en ayudar a nuestro país . El hotel es limpio y agradable y necesita un seguimiento del uso de la piscina para el huésped en casa solo y los niños de la familia no el público . Personal y supervisor y en frente de clientes en el restaurante lado de la piscina es malo . Solver sus problemas tranquilamente no para que los clientes oigan o sepan .

應該是整個巴布亞新幾內亞景色最好的房間了，安全也是最高等級。還有一個長廊可以直接通向海邊，非常方便以及安全。海邊有很多各式各樣的餐廳

Very nice staff, friendly and supportive. The room is big and clean, AC is working well. Strongly recommend.
