The hotel staff is very courteous and the food at the hotel is delicious. It's located very close to Lord Pashupatinath temple, hardly 5 minutes walking distance. Very close to the airport as well.

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good. It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter. The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

El hotel tiene un entorno precioso, buen servicio y una ubicación privilegiada. Está muy cerca de la estupa Boudhanath. El único inconveniente es que no es fácil de encontrar. El restaurante y el té de la tarde del hotel también son deliciosos, y el precio es razonable. En general, es una experiencia muy buena. (Con suerte, incluso puedes encontrarte con un gatito(*^ω^*))

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

清潔でよいホテルですが、窓が開きません。それはかなり息苦しく耐えられないものでした。 ホテルにキャンセルを申し込みまましたが、キャンセル時間の前なのにできないと言われ仕方なく宿泊することに…他の部屋ならバルコニーがあると言われて、18000も多く払うことになりました。 一度キャンセルして、その部屋を取り直ししたかったのですが叶いませんでした。よけいに高く支払うことになり残念な旅行になりました。ホテルとサイトの連携が全く機能していないのが残念です。

Наше путешествие стало еще лучше благодаря этому отелю. Уже на регистрации нас угостили приветственным напитком, что создало отличное настроение. Понравилось, что цены в мини-баре не заоблачные, а вполне приемлемые. Вид из номера на долину был просто потрясающий! Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. Вокруг отеля множество кафе и ресторанов, так что всегда есть где вкусно поесть. Но самое классное – крыша! Там можно не только любоваться видами, но и наслаждаться едой. Кстати, летом можно поплавать в бассейне. Завтрак был очень вкусным и сытным, шведский стол выше всяких похвал. Мы с женой остались очень довольны и обязательно вернемся сюда снова.

Bien sûr toute la ligne!personnel chaleureux et accueillant.Les chambres sont propres et l’entretien super,autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Belle piscine sauf quelle devrait être chauffée…

Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en el Ramada Encore de Thamel. No me equivoqué al volver a elegirlo. Absolutamente todo es excelente: el personal, la habitación, el desayuno (¡madre mía, buenísimo!), la ubicación, la amabilidad de cada empleado, desde el primer momento. Un reconocimiento especial a Nikhil de recepción, cuyo servicio y apoyo, con una sonrisa sincera, es tan reconfortante como el sol en una mañana de principios de otoño. Y al personal y los terapeutas del spa, donde recibí un par de masajes magníficos. Katmandú es una ciudad hermosa, pero a la vez ajetreada. Thamel aún más, así que tener este oasis al que volver después de un largo día de paseo o senderismo es algo que atesoro. En mi caso, esto es aún más significativo, ya que dejé todas mis cosas para ir de excursión al Himalaya durante varios días y volví al hotel con la certeza de que me recibirían con gusto y de verdad. Una vez más, no me equivoqué. Gracias por marcar la diferencia y por comprender el significado de la palabra servicio. Sin duda, te elegiré una y otra vez cada vez que regrese a este Katmandú único que aprendí a amar. Namaste, 🙏🏼.

On this special day, I chose to check in at Shanker hotel. The warm service,delicious food and quality environment,everything is so good. The hotel prepares decorations and cake very thoughtfully, surprised us. Due to the late arrival time, the hotel also thoughtfully provided me with dinner order so that could enjoy it when we arrived. Finally the food upexpectedly delicious. I recommend you to choose Shanker hotel. Wherever it’s a vacation or celebration it is best choice.
