Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The kids were very happy with two waterparks and a big swimming pool, which was a big plus for families. However, on the first day, there was water on the floor in the room. Not sure whether it came from the air conditioner or due to heavy rain, but it might be good for the management to check. The location is quite far from the city, so it’s more suitable for those who want to relax rather than go shopping or explore food spots. That said, Pok Nong Ikan Celup Tepung is only about 15 minutes away, which is convenient. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing family getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The environment is calm and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very convenient, as it is not far from other beaches such as Pantai Kemasik, which makes exploring the area even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my bracelet behind, and they were honest enough to keep it safely and return it to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

En general, es un bello resort, un buen desayuno. Me encanta el ambiente, una gran habitación, una gran baño, agradable. Sólo vine durante el mantenimiento, así que no había gimnasio. No es adecuado para los viajeros solos a menos que usted sea muy valiente. Algo que he oído durante una noche constantemente pero no hay personas en las habitaciones después de mi habitación 😂. Sólo ignoro. Algunos para mejorar; 1) El duche está en la cierre, necesita reemplazar. 2) No hay bloqueo en la puerta trasera, es relacionado con la seguridad. Pongo un indicador y cuando vuelvo el artículo se mueve. Pero no estoy seguro de que el humano o no humano causado 😂. También nunca vi a ninguna persona de seguridad rodeando. En general, es un bonito resort.

Durante mi reciente estadía en el Paya Bunga Hotel, me impresionó mucho su ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de la ciudad, que ofrece comodidad y accesibilidad a las atracciones locales, como la plaza PB y el famoso Nasi Dagang Atas Tol (sucursal KT), sin olvidar el Pasar Payang, al que se llega en menos de 10 minutos. Lo que hizo que esta estadía fuera diferente fue el restaurante del hotel, ubicado en el piso 11. El ambiente del comedor y la comida en sí eran simplemente excelentes. Este hotel es una joya para aquellos que buscan sumergirse en la cultura y la gastronomía locales, todo mientras disfrutan de las comodidades de una hospitalidad refinada.

Stayed for one night. Location is convenient, close to town and food places. Room is very basic and a bit old. Cleanliness can be improved, especially the bathroom. Air-conditioner was noisy and facilities are limited. Staff was okay. Suitable only for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Checked-in around 3.30pm and took about 15mins. Need to wait for a while before got the room but it’s ok since they served welcome drinks and mini tower and got sofa as well. Stayed at Bumbung room but our room didnt have the beach bag, might be forgot to put? And telephone also not working. Informed the receptionist about this and they wanted to send someone to fix but since took some time so we told no need (my brother’s room was beside us so just used his haha). food 4/5 for me. For dinner we ordered room service. Restaurant sent the menu via whatsapp and can order from there. chicken roselle so good but fried squid with mango salad was a bit meh. Since we went there during low season, bfast was ala carte but of course with unlimited order. Their teh tarik and coffee really good. Love all the food except for laksam which quite bland. They got lots of activities that can try but since we just wanted to chill so didnt try any. Just stroll around the resort. swimming pool area sooo beautiful. The view there really amazing. We also got to see the infamous peacock of Tanjong Jara. Anyway, we had good time there. Would recommend the to people who want to relax and escape from city life.

I must stay at grand con hotel if i came to KT. Thanks a lot to the receptionist because give me the early chek in. The room is clean as always. I like the room view of hotel is the drawn brigde. The hotel is also near the mayang mall , the distance just about 5 minute walking.

At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive from the outside. During the check-in process, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again.

La habitación está en una ubicación estratégica, cerca de la ciudad con vistas al mar. El personal era útil, pero la matriz era muy vieja y se podía sentir las primaveras de sagging. El baño no era muy limpio, posiblemente debido a su edad, con una puerta dañada. La calidad y el mantenimiento globales requieren mejoras.

Estábamos emocionados con la estancia en este hotel, ya que era “el capricho” de nuestro viaje a Malasia. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación con vistas a una pared (literalmente). Pedimos que nos cambiaran la habitación ya que pagando 5 noches en este hotel no lo íbamos a permitir. En resumen, este hotel podría ser un 5 estrellas precioso ya que la ubicación y las vistas son inmejorables y increíbles, pero deja mucho que desear, en ningún momento te da la experiencia que merece un 5 estrellas, ni te sientes en uno como tal. Las zonas comunes del hotel están MUY sucias. El personal es muy distante y muy poco pendiente, en una ocasión pedimos un poco de hielo (porque me hice daño en el pie) y me pidieron 10€ si lo quería. Sinceramente, no recomendamos este hotel ya que gastas mucho dinero y durante nuestro mes en Malasia hemos estado en hoteles mucho más baratos y de “menos estrellas” donde nos hemos sentido mucho más acogidos y a gusto. Básicamente, este hotel no vale para nada lo que cuesta. Y es una pena.
