El personal de Sunway ofrece un servicio excelente: son muy amables, pacientes y simpáticos con los niños. ¡Mi hijo está encantado de disfrutar de este viaje al zoológico de Lost World! 5 estrellas. Solo se puede hacer el check-in después de las 15:00 debido a las pocas habitaciones disponibles, ¡así que NO vengan antes! El personal es muy amable y me llama cuando la habitación está lista, lo cual agradezco mucho. La ubicación también es muy buena si planeas ir a Lost World, pero aparte de eso, es un rollo ir al casco antiguo o al centro de Ipoh para comer bien, ya que es una zona apartada. Reserva con antelación en Jeff Cellar, ya que está en la misma zona si buscas comida de alta gama pero buena. Sunway no solo debería vender sus propios productos (marca blanca), sino también incluir productos de exterior como patatas fritas o medicamentos. No es muy conveniente que en toda la planta baja del hotel o dentro de Lost World no haya aperitivos de medianoche que no sean de la marca Sunway. 😂

Everything is good. I book for my 20th annivesary ❤️The hotel is connected to the mall, the room is clean and big for a king studio room with a clean bathtub. Breakfast is like other hotels but everything is delicious. Nasi lemak with squid sambal is very different from other hotels😍 will definitely come again.

It was our favorite destination hotel. Our third visit and longest stay this time. But unfortunately, no more hot Onsen water....😭 Facility is good. The view is amazing. But what made us return to this place was because of Onsen. Onsen water should be hot. It was just like a heated pool this time. I don't know whatever the reason is. If they can't keep Onsen hot, that's not Onsen anymore. It's so disappointing 😞 残念😭

La habitación es grande, pero vieja. Es necesario pagar 1 aparcamiento por día. El desayuno es excelente. Los niños menores de 12 años pagan. La piscina está bastante sucia ya que no hay control, cualquiera sin el traje de baño adecuado puede simplemente saltar. Los alrededores no están mal, con la orilla del río y el jardín japonés cerca.

I stayed at this new hotel in Ipoh for two nights. It’s located just behind the AC Hotel and directly opposite Ipoh Parade, making it a very strategic and convenient spot. All the popular eateries are within a 15-minute walking distance. The room is spacious, more like a studio; very clean, and pleasantly quiet. For a one- to two-person stay, it truly feels more like a home than a hotel. The staff are friendly. While there doesn’t seem to be regular room service or housekeeping, you can request assistance at the counter. Overall, highly recommended!

It was a very mixed experience. The little container was sweet and very comfortable with the curtains closed. Bed and pillows were good quality.  Staff were lovely and very attentive.  The pool was busy with Muslims so I didn’t feel comfortable getting in it with my semi naked body. The container was right next to the pool so it felt very exposed especially when the pool was busy and who wants to close their curtains in the middle of the day?  I asked if I could swim once the pool was empty, however this was after 8pm and the pool was closed. This policy needs to be reviewed for residents of the pool side rooms.  It felt a bit like a halal leasure centre so that wasn’t relaxing when I was looking forward to hanging out at the pool.  The sounding area is beautiful and Taiping is beautiful.  Saying this it wouldn’t stop me from staying again. There were more positives than negatives.

Strategic location, old hotel but reception is helpful. Parking available, just that the ramp is steep, scratching my bumper. Reasonably clean small room. Opposite is a noodle shop for breakfast. Ipoh food very pricy now. Didn’t took any photo because nothing impressive

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. Spacious room and I being offer with a toilet with OKU facility without request. The breakfast is acceptable for the price paid for the room with breakfast provided.

El hotel está en una ubicación muy estratégica. a un par de kilómetros de atracción turística. Habitaciones espaciosas con un sofá cama de tamaño generoso con capacidad para 2 niños, ideal para familias que viajan. El servicio de habitaciones y el portero responden rápidamente a las necesidades de los clientes incluso durante la temporada alta.

We were travelling on a rented motorbike from Penang to Ipoh just for a day visit to some restaurants we know. Along the way it rained heavily as we were about 20min from Ipoh. I decided to use Trip.com once again, and find a cheap hotel. My goodness, what a marvellous surprise for both of us, as it turned out to be such a lovely experience, almost like a 5 star hotel…… The room was gorgeous and facing mountains (west). Everything was perfect and clean. Bed & pillow were clean, smooth sheets and mega comfy! We didn’t eat at their restaurant, but looked nice (see photo). We will stay again, when we are back to Ipoh. PERFECT!!
